Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of business collaboration through digital marketing strategies including social media marketing (SMM), influencer marketing and video marketing as digital marketing strategies in supporting the marketing performance of culinary businesses in Malang City. The research method uses a triangulation qualitative study. The results of the study conclude that the role of digital marketing collaboration through social media marketing strategies, video marketing and influencer marketing has a positive impact on marketing performance, both directly and indirectly. The main target of the brand is to get the maximum engagement from the audience for the content. These three strategies provide feedback in the form of audience engagement as measured by the engagement rate for each content. Although not many achieve sales targets directly. However, a high engagement rate will give birth to potential buyers. This stage is the process in achieving optimal marketing performance. Other findings conclude that the main strategy that is suitable in supporting culinary businesses is social media marketing, especially supported by video media as an intervening. The right video content can provide more information for the audience regarding culinary brand details such as raw materials, menus and variants, serving methods, food or drink textures and so on. On the other hand, collaborative marketing using influencers is very supportive for new brands, this is necessary in an effort to create a brand image.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kemampuan BUMDes dalam pengelolaan keuangan yang akuntabel di BUMDes Maskumambang. Laporan keuangan yang disusun BUMDes Maskumambang masih sederhana, disusun secara rapi, pencatatan transaksi dimasukkan secara rinci. Pengetahuan mengenai akuntansi yang kurang luas dapat menyebabkan terjadinya ketidakakuratan laporan keuangan yang menimbulkan kendala dalam mengelola keuangan BUMDes. Kajian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pengurus yang bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola laporan keuangan dan produksi BUMDes. Data yang terkumpul direduksi dan dianalisis kembali untuk diambil kesimpulan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa adanya beberapa kendala yang dialami oleh BUMDes Maskumambang yaitu dalam melakukan penentuan harga produk dan laporan keuangan yang disusun tidak mengikuti kriteria standar akuntansi. Selain itu, terdapat program kerja yang belum terlaksana yang mengakibatkan terhambatnya hasil pelaporan laporan keuangan karena belum dapat memberikan informasi yang sesuai. Sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa pengelolaan laporan keuangan dinilai kurang akuntabel bagi pihak yang membutuhkan. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi sarana evaluasi bagi pihak BUMDes Maskumambang, selain itu bisa dijadikan bahan kajian ilmu untuk menambah wawasan mengenai akuntabilitas pengelolaan laporan keuangan di BUMDes

Abstract

Akuntansi adalah proses mengidentifikasi, mengukur, dan menggabungkan informasi keuangan sehingga pengguna informasi tersebut dapat membuat pertimbangan dan keputusan yang tepat. Ini juga dapat dipahami sebagai seni mengumpulkan, menjelaskan, dan meringkas informasi keuangan secara bermakna, yang terkait dengan persaingan yang semakin ketat dalam kehidupan bisnis, sehingga banyak perusahaan mulai melakukan perbaikan di semua bidang, yang juga berlaku di industri. terkait dengan produk /diproduksi oleh jasa dan biasanya internal perusahaan, sedangkan UKM merupakan kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat produktif yang keberadaannya mendominasi lebih dari 99% struktur perekonomian. Keberadaan mereka dipandang sebagai penolong karena mampu menahan krisis ekonomi dengan lebih baik dan menjadi sumber harapan bagi masyarakat. Karena keberadaannya mampu menciptakan banyak lapangan kerja, mengurangi kemiskinan, pengangguran dan urbanisasi, serta berperan sebagai mesin pembangunan nasional dan daerah. Di sisi lain, keberadaannya dikondisikan oleh banyak batasan internal dan eksternal. Secara internal, keberadaan UKM lebih terbatas. modal, teknik produksi, pangsa pasar, manajemen dan teknologi, dan lemahnya pengambilan keputusan dan kontrol ekonomi, serta lemahnya daya saing. Kajian ini melihat penerapan sistem akuntansi terhadap kelangsungan pengelolaan keuangan sektor UMKM. Karena seperti yang kita ketahui, peran masyarakat dalam pembangunan nasional khususnya dalam pembangunan ekonomi adalah mikro dan UKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif, dan subjek penelitian adalah masyarakat Sukabumi dengan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan juga melalui observasi, dengan kebenaran informasi yang ada dibuktikan dengan bantuan wawancara. Dalam pendekatan ini, orang adalah alat penelitian ilmu pengetahuan dan hasil penelitian ditulis dengan menggunakan kata-kata atau pernyataan tentang situasi yang ada. di dunia nyata. Pengelolaan keuangan yang baik pada suatu perusahaan juga akan menciptakan perusahaan yang baik. Manajemen keuangan ini diperlukan untuk mengelola modal atau laba perusahaan. Dapat dikatakan bahwa penerapan akuntansi dalam suatu perusahaan sangat penting untuk kelancaran jalannya usaha. Ketika Anda melihat perusahaan yang tidak memiliki manajemen keuangan yang baik, aliran keuangannya biasanya tidak jelas. Ini karena mereka tidak mencatat transaksi apa pun yang mereka keluarkan atau terima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Taman Pendidikan AL-Quran Al-Iman Malang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang pada tahun 2023. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif, dan menggunakan software untuk pembahasan uji-uji dengan SPSS versi 25. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan bahwa motivasi tidak berpengaruh positif sedangkan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Namun kedua variabel tersebut secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Dengan penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan atas seluruh aktivitas pengelolaan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an Al-Iman Malang

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) The effect of auditor independence on auditor performance, (2) The effect of auditor competence on auditor performance, (3) The influence of auditor ethics on auditor performance. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach., the type of data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents then analyzed using descriptive statistical methods, validity tests, reliability tests, spearman rank correlation analysis and rank correlation significance tests. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that: 1. There is a close relationship, positive influence, and significant independence of auditors on the performance of auditors at the Cirebon Regency Inspectorate, 2. There is a close relationship, positive influence, and significant auditor competence on auditor performance at the Cirebon Regency Inspectorate, 3. There is a close relationship, positive influence, and significant auditor ethics on auditor performance at the Cirebon Regency Inspectorate.

Abstract

The rapid development of world coffee production has led to an oversupply of world coffee resulting in tighter competition between producing countries and in the end prices tend to be depressed. This paper aims to examine the development of the world coffee market so that it can be considered in developing strategies and policy directions for Indonesian coffee commodities. Indonesia's coffee market share in traditional markets tends to decline, therefore efforts are needed, among others, to diversify destination markets and coffee products and increase exports of processed coffee. The results showed that the AEKI strategy was divided into 4 strategies, namely first approaching the Indonesian government to discuss coffee problems in Indonesia and new regulations issued by the United States and holding meetings in the United States to promote Indonesian coffee beans, secondly developing understanding. Regarding the regulation of coffee exports to coffee farmers in North Sumatra which is the most preferred type of coffee bean in the United States so that it has an impact on the products produced, the third is to improve the welfare of coffee farmers through the construction of an AEKI training center in Sumatra which will have an impact on the price of coffee beans, and fourthly increasing the productivity of Indonesian coffee which has an impact on distribution.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to examine the role of consumer health perceptions of seafood in relation to consumer attention to environmentally friendly seafood labels in Indonesia when making purchasing decisions. Based on the previous literature, three variables have been considered for this study, which are as follows: awareness and interest in eco-labels, altruistic values, and socio-demographic and cultural factors. Design/Methodology/Approach - Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed randomly in Indonesia. A total of 301 valid respondents were obtained after passing through filter questions, where responses were recorded on a seven-point anchor Likert-type scale where 1 indicated strongly disagree and 7 indicated strongly agree. Then, the analysis was carried out using Exploratory Factor Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. Findings - In contrast with findings from the primary journal reference, our study found that people with higher level education appear not to have interest in eco-labels. On the other hand, people with altruistic behavior who perceive seafood that is caught or farmed in a sustainable manner can contribute positively to the environment and workers are keen to understand about ecolabels. In Indonesia, awareness and consumers’ health perception are the two factors that have the most impeccable influence on eco-label. This finding is quite the opposite of the results in Spain and Italy where level of education and altruism are the most significant factors. Age of influence - Research Limitations: Most of respondents are not familiar with seafood eco-labels. Practical Implication - Stakeholders in marketing may realign their strategies by creating certain information tools such as logos that can increase consumer’s attention to ecolabels as well as using green attributes as part of their marine sustainable movement to cater the needs of consumers with altruistic values. In addition, the Government can also take a step to educate the importance of marine ecosystem and wellbeing, sustainable fisheries and responsible resourcing. Originality/value - This study is one of the few studies that discusses research on purchase intentions of environmentally friendly seafood in developing countries. Abstract

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan telaah literatur yang berhubungan dengan penelitian seperti buku dan jurnal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tujuan perusahaan, struktur organisasi perusahaan, dan hukum bisnis berperan dalam aktivitas perusahaan.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of inflation and economic growth on the unemployment rate in Indonesia. Where the purpose of this research is 1). To determine the effect of inflation on the unemployment rate in Indonesia; 2). To determine the effect of economic growth on the unemployment rate in Indonesia; 3). The relationship between inflation and unemployment. The method in this article is a qualitative method with literature studies or library research. The purpose of this article is to analyze existing theories by looking at their comparisons with previous theories in the research literature. The results of this study indicate that inflation is very influential on the unemployment rate in Indonesia, as well as economic growth is very influential and significant on the unemployment rate in Indonesia.

Abstract

The long-term success of the company depends on the importance of people because many of the resources of the company itself can be imitated, except for its human resources. So, it is necessary to carry out activities such as training and debriefing for employees. Training is an important indicator provided to employees and is an investment made by people. In the case of employees, participation in training programs, which are paid for by the company, can enable them to feel special and increase their knowledge and skills. Even though there is intense competition for the various jobs available, many organizations experience fairly high employee turnover rates. The employee turnover rate varies from country to country. However, the main cause is job dissatisfaction. Organizational processes also determine the extent to which employees are satisfied with their jobs. The intrinsic and extrinsic motivation of employees, as well as organizational context (policies, procedures, systems, and culture and climate), affect employee satisfaction with the existing organizational system. In this article, 2 main points will be discussed, the first is to investigate the relationship between training activities and human motivation as a function of resource management to understand the role of training activities in increasing employee motivation and the second is to examine the determinants of employee comfort and their effect on job satisfaction. , as well as separation and performance; defines employee satisfaction as employee happiness/pleasure at work triggered by employee intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and organizational context, and considers employee satisfaction as an important factor affecting personnel job satisfaction.
