Jurnal Pijar : Studi Manajemen dan Bisnis merupakan jurnal yang membahas ilmu di bidang Manajemen dan Bisnis, jurnal ini sebagai wadah untuk menuangkan hasil penelitian baik secara konseptual maupun teknis yang berkaitan dengan keilmuan manajemen dan bisnis. Pijar Jurnal terbit 4 kali dalam setahun yaitu pada bulan Desember, Maret, Juni dan September. terbitan pertama adalah bulan Desember 2022. Naskah yang masuk akan diterima oleh editor untuk kemudian kan dilakukan pemeriksaan kemiripan naskah dengan aplikasi Plagiarism Checker. Proses review dilakukan dengan menggunakan peer review. Abstract

Perubahan dunia kerja, didorong oleh teknologi dan pergeseran nilai sosial, membawa sistem kerja fleksibel sebagai solusi efektif. Sistem ini memungkinkan pegawai mengatur waktu dan tempat kerja, meningkatkan keseimbangan kehidupan dan produktivitas. Pandemi COVID-19 mempercepat adopsi sistem ini, terbukti memberikan manfaat seperti pengurangan stres dan biaya operasional. Di Indonesia, pemerintah telah mengadopsi sistem kerja fleksibel untuk ASN, termasuk di Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK), berdasarkan Perpres No. 21 Tahun 2023. Meskipun menjanjikan, penerapannya menghadapi tantangan dalam manajemen waktu, koordinasi tim, dan dampak psikologis pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak implementasi sistem kerja fleksibel di BPK terhadap kinerja pegawai dan kualitas pelayanan publik. Hasil penelitian diharapkan memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi pengambilan keputusan dan peningkatan efisiensi kerja di sektor publik.

Abstract

The competency gap between graduates and industry needs in Indonesia, driven by low education and labor efficiency, underscores the need to evaluate training program sustainability. This study assesses the Sharia Banker Development Program (SBDP) Nano Bank Syariah 2025 by identifying participant characteristics, evaluating training effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick model, and calculating the Return on Training Investment (ROTI). Employing a mixed-methods approach with 38 purposively selected respondents, data were analyzed descriptively using NVivo 15 and visualized via SIPOC diagrams. Results reveal 88% participant satisfaction, an average post-test score of 92, and a 76% action learning project outcome, indicating enhanced knowledge and skills. Additionally, 52% of participants expressed interest in financial sector careers, with a Net Promoter Score of 12%. A 136% ROTI confirms program viability. Recommendations include post-training mentoring, structuring content from foundational to technical, and expanding technical training duration and topics.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of social media, brand image, and product quality on purchasing decisions at Sate Khas Senayan. To achieve this objective, the research method employed the use of SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 24 software and purposive sampling method. The research sample consisted of 120 respondents who were customers of Sate Khas Senayan. The findings of this study indicate that social media, brand image, and product quality have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This literature review aims to analyze the role of organizational structure in influencing employee work motivation within industrial and organizational psychology. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study synthesizes findings from national and international journals indexed by SINTA and Scopus. The analysis focuses on identifying patterns in the relationship between structural characteristics such as decentralization, hierarchy, communication flow, and division of tasks and employee motivation. The findings show that a participative, flexible, and autonomy-supporting organizational structure positively contributes to motivation by fostering a sense of belonging, clarity of roles, and engagement. This paper contributes a theoretical perspective and practical recommendations for developing organizational designs that enhance psychological well-being and performance at work.

Abstract

This study is based on the phenomenon of inconsistent findings in previous research regarding repeat purchase intention of Indomie in Magelang. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of product quality, brand ambassador, and product innovation on repeat purchase intention based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to Indomie consumers in Magelang. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with criteria of respondents aged at least 17 years and having consumed Indomie. The results of the study show that product quality and brand ambassador have a positive influence on repeat purchase intention, while product innovation does not have a significant effect on repeat purchase intention. Abstract

Discipline is a fundamental aspect for employees in ensuring that a process is carried out accurately and in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. In the context of the civil apparatus in the Republic of Indonesia, this is regulated under Government Regulation (PP) Number 94 of 2021 concerning the Discipline of Civil Servants. This study was conducted with a sample of 51 employees to assess the extent to which the policy on employee discipline implementation within the Board Member Secretariat Bureau of the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK) has been executed along with its impacts. The results indicate that, despite efforts to socialize the regulation in question, there are still civil apparatus (ASN) who do not fully understand the regulation and its consequences. In 2024, instances of ASN arriving late to work, unauthorized absences, and a lack of awareness among some ASN in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities were still found, which could potentially affect the achievement of planned performance targets. The method used in this study was qualitative analysis incorporating interviews, literature review, data analysis, and observation. The findings of this study are expected to provide input to relevant parties as supporting data for evaluating the implementation of employee discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial management of BUMDes Berdikari in Citali Village, Pamulihan District. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis refers to Government Regulation No. 11 of 2021 concerning BUMDes management, which includes aspects of planning, recording, accountability, and supervision. The results of the study show that financial planning is carried out when there is an increase in capital through the preparation of a Budget Plan (RAB) in meeting forums. Financial records have been maintained through the preparation of balance sheets and income statements. Accountability is reported to advisors and supervisors through deliberation meetings. Supervision is conducted through direct visits and monthly evaluation meetings. The financial management practices of BUMDes Berdikari have reflected principles of accountability and transparency, although improvements are still needed in terms of managerial capacity and documentation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of total assets, total liabilities and investment in associated entities on total company equity, with a case study of PT Angkasa Pura II during the 2018–2022 period. A quantitative approach is used through multiple regression analysis methods, with secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial reports. The research results show that total assets have a significant positive influence on total equity, reflecting the important role of assets in increasing company value through optimizing operational capacity. On the other hand, total liabilities show a significant negative effect on equity, which indicates that a high debt burden can reduce the company's financial stability. Meanwhile, investment in associated entities did not have a significant impact on total equity, which can be explained by the long-term nature of the investment and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic which affected the company's fund allocation priorities. Simultaneously, the total assets, liabilities and investment variables contribute 99% to the variation in total equity, as shown by the Adjusted R² value. This research supports capital structure theory and investment theory, which emphasizes the importance of balanced financial management in creating company sustainability. Apart from providing a theoretical contribution to the financial literature, the results of this research also provide practical implications for asset management strategies, reducing liabilities, and optimizing investment in the strategic infrastructure sector. These findings are relevant to support more effective financial decision making in facing long-term challenges.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the ability of BUMDes in accountable financial management in Maskumambang BUMDes. The financial reports prepared by BUMDes Maskumambang are still simple, arranged neatly, transaction records are entered in detail. Insufficient knowledge of accounting can cause inaccuracies in financial reports which create obstacles in managing BUMDes finances. This study was obtained through interviews with administrators who are responsible for managing BUMDes financial reports and production. The collected data was reduced and analyzed again to draw conclusions using data triangulation analysis techniques. The results of the research stated that there were several obstacles experienced by BUMDes Maskumambang, namely in determining product prices and the prepared financial reports did not follow standard accounting criteria. Apart from that, there are work programs that have not been implemented which have resulted in delays in reporting financial statements because they have not been able to provide appropriate information. So it can be stated that the management of financial reports is considered less accountable for those who need it. Based on this research, it is hoped that it can become an evaluation tool for Maskumambang BUMDes, besides that it can be used as material for scientific studies to increase insight into the accountability of financial report management in BUMDes.
