The latest result of biotechnology always arise pro and contradictions. It does not only gives hope and chance in the promising future, but also has some dangerous problems for a dunty of humanity. However, biotechnology is ambigous that includes positive and negative effects. The benefits can widen and hazard can also minimize, when biotechnology goes on the ethic, morality, culture, and religious norm. The bioethic eventually has to guide the independently valued biotechnology during its development can run well and avoid into turbulence/trouble. This article wants to attend biotechnology before bioethic

An increasing number of population is related to the increasing number of need of food. It is actually followed by farmland being residence. The demand of food production also adds, on the contrary, the facility does not support it. Once, pest and plant disease, environmental flaw, and pollution might obscure. Thus as proof, biotechnology can assist the food production progress and others above the former product rate through an assembly technology of GMOs and GMMs. This technology is dependant on potency of biological varieties that are source of various genes. Its careless application will have damaged and broken the biological varieties. The wisdom and carefulness of this application is needed to

Biotechnology is to apply science concerning the animate creature and technology involve the biological processed application of animate creature (its biological cell process) to create industrial product and environmental processing. It uses a cheap labor service. Because the labor includes bacteria, fungi, plant cells, and animal cells are the main component of industrial process. Nowadays in Indonesia, biotechnology willy nilly must encourage an industrial improvement. As matter of fact, a nation that acquires technology should take in hand the world as it occurs in this biotechnology. We will have nothing and get behind, when we do not work hard to enrich it.

An applying biotechnology within mango culture in vitro is very useful to propagate mango micro plant, preserve germ-plasm, and improve plant genes through genetic engineering. The obstacle of mango culture in vitro has not been found an efficient method to produce mango plantlet, but somatic embryogenesis contribute to produce mango seed. To avoid browning and callus induction is the first most important step of mango somatic embryogenesis. The research findings indicates B-5 media within adding cinetin 1.2 and 3 mg/I produces embryogenesis and noduled callus compact is more than MS media with the same additional cinetin. Embryo somatic can induce in 13-5 media within the extra zeatin 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, and 1.0

Natural antioxidants were isolated from the plants or the rhizomes. Main compounds are phenolics, flavonoids, and isoplavons. Antioxidant activity of the phenolics was determined by the inhibition of autooxidation of linoleac acid in water-alcohol system. Anti-inflamatory activity of the isolated compounds was determined on mouse ears by using a tumour promotere.
