Abstract

This research aims to analysed the incoming and the feasibility study of unsalted fishery in KJA at South Warkuk Ranau District of South OKU Region. The research done with purposive method, and the research method used case study method. Simple random sampling as the sample method, taken 24 samples of 52 samples of South Warkuk Ranau. The research done in Ranau Lake of South OKU District where it was the farmers usually depent on their lives from the coffee plant. The result shown that the incoming from this business (unsalted fishery) was 8.906.582 million rupiah in a month and the feasibility study shown that this unsalted fishery had R/C 3,07 so with that value, it was very feasible for farmers to go on this fishery.

Abstract

This research is aimed to : 1) count the comparative pendapatan of organic rice with anorganic rice. 2) count how much the marketing marjin of organic rice and anorganic rice. This research was done in East Ogan Komering Ulu regency which was selected purposively. The method of research used in this research was survey method. The sampling farmers were selected by using disproporsionate random sampling and the sampling farmers were 30 farmers. The result of the research shows that : 1) The marketing run in Lengkiti district consist three marketing channels and the most efficient of marketing channel is channel I,because channel I have short channel comparing with the other channel and marketing cost of channel I is lower than the marketing profit. 2) The marketing marjin values obtained by the agent level of the village is the biggest it is Rp 11.300/kg from organic rice, and the agent of district area at channel III is the biggest comparing with the other marketing institutions, that is Rp 700 per kg to agent of the village at channel I and Rp 650 to agent of the district at channel III..

Abstract

Availablity of rice function ensures supply of rice to meet the needs of entire population in terms of quality, quantity, adn safety. Whereas access to rice is the ability of households to periodically meet considerable amount of rice, to make it happen in an area influenced by several aspect : physical aspects, economc, and social. Purpose of this study is to analyze the availability of rice and access which was conductted in 12 districts in the county OKU using quantitative descriptive method and analyze of secondary data. Results showed in terms of the availibility of rice there are 8 districts which is a surplus and there are 4 which is a defisit. Whereas in terms of access, there are 6 sub-districts are included in both and 6 sub-districts were included in the districts is not good. Seen from the relative condition of the combined availabilty of rice and accees shows that there are there distriscts glittering in a safe position, 7 sub-distriscs glittering alert position and 1 sub-district in a safe position.

Abstract

The aims of this reasearch is to determine the value chain of agroindustry of modified cassava flour (mocaf) in Wonogiri, to mapping the actors in the value chain, to analyze activities in the value chain of agroindustry of mocaf, and to know the distribution of benefits for actors in the value chain. Selection of research location is done on purpose,this research is located in Wonogiri conducted during the harvest season of cassava from August until October 2014.The study was conducted with a purposive method with the entry point is the midstream segment (agroindustry of mocaf) then do a search with a snowball system to get a sample at the point before and after.The results of this reasearch shows there are four kinds of patterns that are relatively equal value chain and often used by each agroindustry, with the main performers determining in the mocaf value chain are suppliers of raw materials (farmers), processing of mocaf, and marketing actors of mocaf consisting of wholesalers and retailers. In each pattern value chain, the role of farmers still do not get high profits when compared with other actors. The use of chain-type pattern 1, pattern 2, and pattern 4 will expand the marketing and increase demand mocaf, while the use of pattern 3 will maximize profits on mocaf agro-industry.

Abstract

The research was aimed to analyze the household consumption to livestock products in urban and rural areas in Kasihan, analyze household expenditures for egg products and other livestock products in Kasihan, and analyze the social and economic factors influence household consumption of livestock products in Kasihan. Selection of research location used purposive sampling method. This research was conducted by interviewing the housewife as the primary data and Bantul in figures in 2013 and Kasihan in number in 2013 as the secondary data. The sampling technique was used proportionate stratified random sampling. The method of analysis was based on cross-tabulation (crosstab) and regression analysis. The results of the research shows that the level of household consumption for livestock products is higher in urban areas than in rural areas. The level of household expenditures highest for livestock products was chicken. Social and economic factors influence the household consumption of chicken meat (r = 0.244), the consumption of milk (r = 0.982), and the consumption of chicken eggs (r = 0.244). Factors which affect the consumption of chicken meat was the price of chicken meat (α = 0.05). Factors which affect the consumption of milk is the number of family members (α = 0.05) and the price of milk (α = 0.01). Factors which affect the consumption of chicken eggs was member of the family income and the price of fish (α = 0.05). The strategy needs to be done to consumption of livestock products was planning diversification of consumption and consumption of livestock products.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to identify potential commodities in fisheries subsector in Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan District, (2) to determine pattern of leading commodities of fisheries subsector agricultural sector in Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan District. The research done with purposive method. Time series date are used in this study namely data based on production during range time 5 years (2008-2012). The result of analysis that commodity fish were identified as a commodity with a base value of LQ> 1 in Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan, namely fish mas and fish patin .the pattern of economic growth in the fisheries sub-sector according to fish commodities in Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan period 2008-2012 according shift share analysis is relatively faster compared with similar fish commodities at provincial.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of farmers on " Prima " seed product based on the perception of Malang farmers. This research was conducted in Malang in February until March 2015. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The number of respondents in this study as many as 50 farmers who have used seed products Ciherang " Prima " . The analysis method used in this research is Customer Satisfaction Index ( CSI ) . Based on this research, farmers satisfied with the performance of attributes in the seed products Ciherang " Prima " , this was indicated by the CSI value of 78.63 %.

Abstract

Marketing Performance PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) consist the analysis of (1) the ability of marketing with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFAs), (2) Audit marketing strategy based Strategic Marketing Plus 2000, and (3) Marketing achievement in statistic different test methods. The analysis result of marketing capabilities, remaining 12 indicators and 4 marketing capabilities of CPO commodity those are Product Development, Selling, Marketing Planning, and Marketing Implementation. For the Rubber commodity remaining 9 indicators and 3 marketing capabilities, namely Selling, Marketing Planning, and Marketing Implementation. On CPO commodity capability of Selling and Marketing Implementation has a highest positive correlations value. Capability of Product Development and Marketing Implementation has a lowest positive correlations value. For Rubber commodity a highest positive correlations are capability of Selling and Marketing Implementation. Marketing Planning and Marketing Implementation has a lowest positive correlations value. With the method of Strategic Marketing Plus 2000 is known that the marketing strategies of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III is relatively lagging behind, which means it does not have a competitiveness. The analysis conducted on the marketing achievement CPO and Rubber based on quantum and value of sales can be achieved according to plan except sales quantum of Rubber.

Abstract

This research aims to compare between two coffee shops in Yogyakarta which researcher analyze the differences of product and service quality attributes and consumer satisfaction level of each coffee shop. This research using survey method with quantitative data, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) by 50 respondents from each coffee shop. According to consumer assessment, there is five sequence of product and service quality attributes that satisfy consumers at coffee shop A are: (1) Taste; (2) Consistency of taste, flavor and portion (3) Hygiene of beverage; (4) Accessibility of coffee shop; (5) Product flavor. Meanwhile, consumer at coffee shop B assess that five sequence of product and service quality attributes that satisfy consumers are: (1) The friendliness of waiters; (2) Waiter’s responses; (3) Taste (4) Hygiene of beverage; (5) Proper price offered. The result showed that customer satisfaction of coffee shop A higher than coffee shop B, that shown by the CSI of coffee shop A is 81 %, while coffee shop B is 78 Generally, consumer satisfaction level of coffee shop in Yogyakarta is good ("satisfy").

Abstract

Marketing analysis pattern of rice-fish farming-duck (PARLABEK) in Karang Pecan Belitang District of East Ulu Ogan Ogan. The purpose of this study to determine how big the marketing margin and the farmer's share received by farmers. Results obtained marketing of products rice-fish-duck has a marketing margin for rice at Rp 2,500 / kg, fish Rp 12.000 / kg, ducks (meat) Rp. 15,000 / kg, ducks (egg) Rp 1,300 / kg, and marketing margin of 31.25% relative to rice, fish 40%, ducks (meat) 30%, ducks (egg) 48% and the farmer's share of each rice 68, 75, fish 60%, ducks (meat) of 70% and ducks (egg) 52% .Sedangkan marketing channels usahatai pattern of rice-fish-iti has two marketing channels that direct marketing channels to consumers and marketing channel through middlemen.
