Abstract

Researching, Analysis of the development strategy of black pepper farming (Piper Ningrum Linn) in Karet Jaya Village, Buay Pemaca District, South Ogan Komering Ulu District. This study aims to determine internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) and the development of black pepper farming (Piper ningrum Linn) and analyze the strategy of developing black pepper farming in Karet Jaya Village, Buay Pemaca District, South Ogan Komering Ulu. Location determination was deliberately carried out by Perposive with the consideration that in Karet Jaya Village was one of the black pepper producers in Karet Jaya Village, Buay Pemaca District, South Ogan Komering Ulu District.The method used in this study is the survey method and sampling method used in this study is an unbalanced randomized method that uses 23 black pepper farmers, 6 traders, 3 consumers and 1 agricultural instructor, the types of data used are primary and secondary data. Data processing is done by using SWOT Analysis to find out internal factors and what external factors are related to the development of black pepper farming and to analyze the development strategy of black pepper farming in Karet Jaya Village, Buay Pemaca District, South Ogan Komring Ulu District. Based on this research, it is known that the internal factors of developing black pepper farming are strength (have a large enough land, access to market farmers is good enough, farmers have experience in pepper farming). And with weaknesses (Limited working capital, processing of less hygienic pepper, farmers as price takers). As well as external factors in developing black pepper farming is an opportunity (Demand for pepper is increasing, availability of labor). And with threats (the emergence of new competitors in pepper farming, jaundice, the price of pepper decreases). And the strategy for developing black pepper farming is SO strategy (Increasing land area, intensifying pepper farming, can maximize production costs), ST strategy (Improving production quality, Using experience to overcome pest and disease control methods), WO strategy (Government should provide capital assistance , making a more hygienic place in pepper processing. Abstract

Catfish and catfish are freshwater fish commodities that are a source of animal protein consumed by all levels of society because they are easy to obtain at affordable prices. The process of processing catfish and catfish into smoked fish can be done in a modern and traditional way. The most basic difference between these two methods lies in the main ingredients in the manufacture of the smoker. Smoked fish (catfish and catfish) have a fairly high protein content, so these processed products are beneficial for the health of all ages who consume them. The city of Palembang has one of the MSMEs engaged in processing smoked fish (catfish and catfish) in Tegal Binangun Village, Plaju Darat Village, Plaju District. This study aims to determine the income of the smoked fish (catfish and catfish) processing business in the city of Palembang, to determine the added value of the smoked fish (catfish and catfish) processing business in the city of Palembang, and to assess the financial feasibility of the smoked fish (catfish and catfish) processing business. catfish) in Palembang City. The method used in this research is a case study. The case study method is an activity to collect data and information by observing all elements of the population. The sampling method used in this study is the purposive sampling method (deliberately).The results showed that the income of processing smoked fish (catfish and catfish) Mr. Bunyamin was Rp. 1,501,386.30/production process, while Pak Samsul was Rp. 598,679.63/production process. The added value generated from Pak Bunyamin's smoked fish processing business is Rp. 2,052,000.00/production process and Mr. Samsul's is Rp. 896,000.00/production process. Abstract

Risk Analysis of Rainfall Farming in Tanjung Kemala Barat Village Martapura Sub-district, OKU Timur Regency. This study aims: to calculate income and to analyze income risk in cassava farming in Tanjung Kemala Barat Village Martapura District, OKU Timur Regency. This research was conducted in Tanjung Kemala Barat Village, Martapura Sub-district, OKU Timur District, Research Time Implementation was conducted in November until December 2017. The research method used in this research is survey method. Sampling method used is stratified random sampling method. Of the total population of 69 farmers were taken 30 peasants. The research area is determined based on the largest cassava farming area in East OKU Regency. Characteristics of sample farmers are the land area of ​​1 ha, ¾ ha, ½ ha. Farmers age range from 30 to 59 years old and education level between elementary school graduates up to university. Based on the results of data processing shows that the average number of income farmers who do cassava farming in the Village of West Tanjung Kemala Martapura District of East OKU regency of 10.888.189 / year. And cassava farming produces coefficient of variation / CV 0,019 <0,5 then value L> 0, then the farming will have chance to avoid from loss. Keywords: Analysis, Risk, Cassava

Abstract

Banyuasin Regency is one of the rice-producing regions in South Sumatra Province, ranked as the 4th largest nationally as a grain-producing district. with a geographical location at a position between 1.30° - 4.0° South Latitude and 104° 00' - 105° 35' East Longitude which stretches from the central part of South Sumatra Province to the eastern part with a total area of 11,832.99 Km2 or 1,183,299 Ha. The purpose of this paper is to analyze rice farming and its contribution to family income. This research was conducted in MUktijaya Village, Muara Telang District, Banyuasin Regency. The data collected consists of primary and secondary data. The results showed that the average income of rice farmers in Muktijaya Village, Muara Telang District was Rp. 20,132,837, with revenues of Rp. 24,932,000 per ha per year and production costs of Rp. 4,799,163. The average contribution of rice farming income to total household income is 32.88%, while the contribution of non-farming income is the largest contribution with a percentage of 45.32% and the smallest percentage of farming income other than rice is 21.80%. Abstract

Entrepreneur Profitability Analysis Sale of Catfish Seeds (Clarias sp) in East Baturaja Ogan KomeringUlu District. The purpose of this study is To analyze the entrepreneurial profitability of catfish seed sellers in East Baturaja Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Litian Pen this carried out in Baturaja East OKU. Determination location do in a manner on purpose (Purposive) with consideration entrepreneurship sales seed fish catfish ( Clarias sp ) cultivated in Baturaja East districts Ogan Comering Ulu . Method The research in research this is survey method used for obtain fact field with use questionnaire as tool data collector from sales seed fish catfish in King stone East districts Ogan Comering Ulu . Method withdrawal example in the use is sample saturated based on research this because total population small then author take 100% amount population. With thus use all over population without should interesting sample research as an observation unit called as technique census . Where 10 entrepreneurs catfish seed sales were homogeneous with above average area of 2 x 3 m ² and 3 x 6 m². The results showed that analysis and the results research that has been done, then could taken conclusion that is profitability entrepreneurship seed sales fish catfish as much as 6.5 0% then entrepreneurship seed fish catfish in Baturaja East RegencyO , bro Comering Ulu very much t profitable . Abstract

Income Analysis of Catfish and Carp Cultivation in Tegal Rejo Village, Belitang I District, Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Regency. This research was carried out in Tegal Rejo Village, Belitang I District, Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Regency. The data collection method used in this study was observation and questionnaires as a data collection tool. Processing method and data analysis using t test analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) the average income of catfish farming is Rp. 8,012,464 and the income of carp cultivation is Rp. 9,145,517 per season, (2) the largest fish farming income received by carp farmers is greater than the income of catfish farmers because the selling price of carp is more expensive. Abstract

Tofu is a healthy soybean-based food ingredient that has been consumed by Asian people for thousands of years. This study aims to analyze the revenue of the round tofu business. The study was conducted in Terukis Rahayu Village, Martapura District, East OKU Regency, using a case study method. The results show that the round tofu business revenue is obtained from the difference between the amount of revenue and total production costs in one month, which is IDR 19,893,691.00/month with an average revenue of IDR 663,123.00/day.

Abstract

Tempeh chips are a snack made from tempeh that can be used as a practical and ready-to-eat snack. This study aims to formulate a marketing strategy for tempeh chips. The study was conducted in Sri Mulya Village, Sinar Peninjauan District, OKU Regency. The research method used in this study is a case study method. The sampling method used a census method with a population of 5 tempeh chip entrepreneurs. The study shows that based on the results of the internal environmental analysis, strengths have a greater value than weaknesses. Meanwhile, based on external factors, opportunities have a greater value than threats. Therefore, the position of the tempeh chip business in Sri Mulya Village, Sinar Peninjauan District, OKU Regency is in Quadrant I, which means it is in a strategy to support an aggressive growth policy (growth-oriented strategy).

Abstract

Siamese orange is one of the horticultural crops that has good development prospects for cultivation. This study aims to analyze the income of Siamese orange farming in Cempaka District, East OKU Regency. The location was determined purposively considering that Cempaka District is the center of citrus plants in East OKU Regency. The research method used was a survey method. The sampling method used in this study was a saturated sampling method, which took all Siamese orange farmers in Cempaka District, East OKU Regency, totaling 24 farmers. Income obtained from Siamese orange farming was calculated using the income formula. The results showed that the income of Siamese orange farming in Cempaka District, East OKU Regency was Rp 94,195,780/year.

Abstract

Pepper (Piper nigrum L.) plays an important role in the Indonesian economy. Although pepper farming has the potential to provide farmers with significant profits, it does not mean that it is without risks. This study aims to analyze the income and risks of pepper farming. The study was conducted in Karet Jaya Village, Buay Pemaca District, South OKU Regency. The location was determined purposively. The method used in this study was a survey method. The sampling method used in this study was a simple random sampling method, by taking 30 pepper farmers as samples. Income received from black pepper farming was calculated using the income formula, while income risk was calculated through a coefficient of variation analysis. The results showed that the average income of black pepper farming in Karet Jaya Village, Buay Pemaca District, South OKU Regency was Rp 3,342,479.00/year. Black pepper farming in Karet Jaya Village, Buay Pemaca District, South OKU Regency has a coefficient of variation CV of 0.009257176 ≤ 0.5 and an L value of ≥ 0, which means that black pepper farming avoids losses.
