Catalityc Converter Jenis Katalis Plat Tembaga berbentuk Sarang Lebah Untuk Mengurangi Emisi Kendaraan BermotorCatalityc Converter Type Catalyst Copper Plate-shaped Honeycomb To Reduce Vehicle EmissionsAli MokhtarJurusan Teknik Mesin, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Muhammadiyah Malangemail: alimokhtar011@gmail.com, alimokhtar06@yahoo.co.idABSTRACTDecreased levels of exhaust emissions on Catalityc converter is affected by the material and shape of the catalyst, the catalyst honeycomb-shaped copper plate shows the oxidation and reduction process goes well, it is shown that the levels of CO emissions decreased by 41.85%, whereas for HC emissions decreased by 29.16%, and CO2 emissions fell by 12.88%. In keselurahan Catalityc converter mounting plate type copper catalyst honeycomb models can reduce exhaust emissions compared with using ctalityc converter.Keywords: Honeycomb catalystABSTRAKPenurunan kadar emisi gas buang pada catalityc converter dipengaruhi oleh bahan katalis dan bentuk katalis, katalis plat tembaga berbentuk sarang lebah menunjukkan proses oksidasi dan reduksi berjalan dengan baik, hal ini ditunjukkan dari kadar emisi CO yang turun sebesar 41,85 % , sedangkan untuk emisi HC turun sebesar 29,16 %, dan emisi CO2 turun sebesar 12,88 %. Secara keselurahan pemasangan catalityc converter jenis katalis plat tembaga model sarang lebah dapat menurunkan emisi gas buang dibanding tanpa menggunakan ctalityc converter.Kata Kunci : Katalis sarang lebah

RANCANG BANGUN ALAT KONTROL BEBAN ELEKTRONIK DIGITAL PADA  PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA MIKROHIDRO (PLTMh) OFF-GRIDMachmud EffendyStaf Pengajar Jurusan Teknik Elektro, Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah MalangEmail: machmudeffendy@yahoo.comABSTRACTElectronic load control device (ELC) at the MHP Digital Off-Grid (not connected to the PLN) replaces previous controls are still using analog systems (Machmud, 2008), because analog systems have drawbacks including: difficult to perform the initial setup of the generator voltage stability in the event of changes in consumer loads, so that the percentage error generator voltage and frequency stability is still quite large. In 2010 (Machmud) makes ELC models using Matlab with the PI system that is able to stabilize the voltage of the generator at the second to 8.These results continue the previous research by designing wake ELC using microcontroller system that is equipped with PID control. Series of ELC supporters were also made, among others: the sensor circuit voltage, zero detection circuit, and electronic switch circuit. Voltage sensor circuit that has been made to have the voltage linearity level of 0.997. While the time required to trigger the triac with a maximum of 1000 Ohm load is between 0 to 10 milliseconds.PID system is created using the C language and loaded into the microcontroller IC is able to stabilize the voltage generator in the event of changes in the electrical load. With menggunakann value Kp = 4, Ki = 0:01, the system is able to stabilize the voltage of the generator in the event of changes in the electrical load 100 and 500 Ohm 0hm in seconds to 8 parameters Kp in PID control system is applied to the electronic load control devices MHP does not cause changes significant at keluran controller, so its value can be ignored.keyword: PLTMh, Digital Control

Abstract

Bean sprouts has high nutrition value, cheap, and easy to get. The making process of bean sprouts is very simple, that is by germination process. Germination process increases digestion  power because germination is a catabolic process that serves important nutrition for plant growth by hydrolytic reaction of reserve nutrition in the seed. Germination is affected by  the condition and place. The aim of this study is to know the effect of submergence water and the duration of submergence to the bean sprouts' quality and the increase of the nutrition of  bean sprouts.             The result of this research shows that the temperature of water and the duration of submergence gives different quality and different increase of  the nutrition of  bean sprouts (water degree, dust degree, rendemen, vitamin c, fat degree, reduction sugar degree, protein degree, and density). From the result of this research, it is expected to the increasing of food quality. So, it will be implicated to better health quality of  the people.

Probiotics have a high ability in the activity of lignin degradation and organochlorin in anaerobic condition. Degradation activity of probiotics lignochloritik also not antagonistic to the rumenmicrobial activity. So that could be used as a probiotic probiotics rumen. To increase production,quality and safety of the milk production of dairy cows. necessary to test the application in dairycows in vivo. The study found the addition of probiotics in feed concentrate at 1% increase milkproduction by 30-40% per day with an average fat content of 4.1% and reduce pesticide residues inmilk of dairy cows organochlorin 80-100%. The recommended advice is to level the use of probioticsis best to feed 1% of the concentrate feed.Keywords: Probiotics, lignochloritik, lignin, organochlorin

Abstract

A magic square of order n is an n by n matrix with distinct nonnegative integer with the property that the sum of the numbers in each row, each column and the main and back diagonals is same. This sum is the magic sum. In this paper we will discuss some methods to construct the first n2 positive integers for magic squares. The first method that will be established is Latin square Decomposition. Some magic squares can be derived directly with this method. Other methods that also will be discussed are trial and error method, De La Loubére construction, Strachey construction, and product construction. Finally we conclude that for all positif integers n, n ¹ 2, it can be constructed a magic square of order-n

Abstract

Telah diketahui dari penelitian sebelumnya bahwa kualitas pengkabutan pada mesin penurun kadar air madu merupakan fungsi dari celah nosel/ lubang nosel. tekanan, kecepatan aliran dan kekentalan. Pada penelitian ini dicoba rekayasa nosel agar nosel dapat menghasilkan pengkabutan yang lebih halus tetapi dengan kapasitas yang tidak terlalu turun. Hasilnya adalah nosel yang memiliki pengatur celah, dan mampu memberikan penurunan kadar air lebih baik.

Abstract

Serangkaian penelitian telah dilakukan untuk mendapatkan tanaman anggrek Dendrobium transgenik dengan mengintroduksikan gen gus-A ke protochorm like bodies dengan menggunakan teknik Agrobacterium tumefaciens EHA 105 dan plasmid vektor pCambia 1303. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah protochorm like bodies hidup tertinggi pada media antibiotik (VW + 250 mg/l cefotaxime dan VW + 100 mg/l cefotaxime) diperoleh pada perlakuan periode ko-kultivasi selama 1 hari, dimana persentase PLB hidup pada media VW + 100 mg/l cefotaxime mencapai 82%. Peningkakan lama periode ko-kultivasi pada proses transformasi genetik terbukti meningkatkan persentase kematian PLB. Pada penelitian ini, perlakuan periode ko-kultivasi 2 hari dan 3 hari menghasilkan ekspresi gen gus-A tertinggi pada PLB anggrek Dendrobium, dimana persentase PLB positif gen gus-A mencapai 100%. Tetapi, periode ko-kultivasi 3 hari meningkatkan PLB kontaminasi Agrobacterium tumefaciens (46%) dan menurunkan persentase PLB hidup anggrek Dendrobium (30%) pada media VW + 250 mg/l cefotaxime.
