Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of venture capital, labor and raw materials on the production value of potato dodol in Siulak District, Kerinci Regency.. This study used a population consisting of 62 respondents of potato dodol SMEs business actors. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the F test and t test, with a significant (α) 5%. Data analysis using statistical data management software, namely SPSS 22.00 for windows. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the variables of working capital, labor and raw materials simultaneously affected the production value of potato dodol in Siulak District, Kerinci Regency. While the partial effect is that the variables of labor and raw materials have a significant effect on the production value of potato dodol in Siulak District, Kerinci Regency, while business capital has no significant effect on the production value of potato dodol in Siulak District, Kerinci Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of information asymmetry, earnings quality, firm size, and voluntary disclosure with the Cost of Equity Capital in Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. This study used a sample of 22 companies during the 2018-2021 period using purposive sampling. This study uses secondary data with descriptive statistical data analysis methods, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the extent of voluntary disclosure has a positive effect on the cost of equity capital with a significant value of 0.006. Meanwhile, information asymmetry, earnings quality, and firm size have no significant effect on the cost of equity capital.

Abstract

This research is in-depth about the crucial role of critical thinking in shaping entrepreneurial mindset in university students. Through a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to the heads of groups participating in the Unpad Independent Entrepreneurship Program 2023, this study analyses the impact of critical thinking skills on building a positive entrepreneurial attitude. The results showed a positive and significant correlation between critical thinking skills and entrepreneurial mindset. Students who are able to improve their critical thinking skills are more likely to have attitudes that support entrepreneurship. The findings provide important insights, highlighting the importance of critical thinking development in the context of higher education as a strategic step to support the development of entrepreneurship. Taking these findings into account, higher education institutions can design more effective learning strategies to prepare students for the challenges of the dynamic world of entrepreneurship. As a result, this research provides a foundation for designing educational programmes that are more adaptive and responsive to the needs of students in developing an entrepreneurial mindset.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors influencing economic growth in the city of Bandung. Through interviews with stakeholders and analysis of recent economic data, factors such as the small- scale industry sector, infrastructure, waste management, tourism, per capita income, and the field of accommodation and food services are evaluated to understand their impact on the city's economic growth. The results indicate that the small-scale industry sector plays a significant role, along with infrastructure and waste management, in driving positive economic growth. Additionally, tourism, per capita income, and the field of accommodation and food services also make important contributions. This research provides an in-depth understanding of key factors that need attention for designing policies that support sustainable economic growth in Bandung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the production costs of the domestic industry “Elis Bandung” located in Gandekan RT02/RW04, Pucangan, Kartasura, Sukoharjo, Central Java. At the same time, group production costs into direct costs, direct labor costs and manufacturing overhead (BOP). This industrial park was established in 1998. The analysis method includes interviews and data collection for the 2023-2024 season. In this study, the domestic industry divided its employees into production, packaging, frying, baking, administration, drivers, agents, and sales. Production in the small biscuit industry “Elis Bandung” includes kneading, mixing with flour, hydraulicizing the dough, molding, baking, frying, packaging and finally the distribution process. Elis Bandung biscuits have a delicious, attractive flavor thanks to the blend of shrimp juice and meat sauce. This domestic industry is already in operation. Output reaches 80,000 per day and total income 15,000,000 to 25,000,000 per day. From the results of the analysis of the domestic industry, it was concluded that the company "Elis Bandung" can make a profit through the analysis of production costs and profits earned.
