Abstract

The OKU Regency Education Office is one of the government agencies responsible for education in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, which is on Jalan H. Moeh. Moeslimin No. 0085, Kemiling Tanjung Baru, East Baturaja District. From the results of the analysis carried out by the author at the OKU District Education Office, there is a problem, that is, people still make complaints manually, namely people come directly to the office, people make complaints through social media and people who have employee numbers send messages via WhatsApp. Data collection was carried out by visiting the place directly by means of interviews, observations and references. Supporting software in making this application is the Windows 10 operating system, Android Studio, Adobe XD, Android version 12. This research resulted in a Complaint Service Application at the OKU District Education Office containing history, vision and mission, organizational structure, field duties, public service standards, galleries, contacts and complaints.

Abstract

Python is a programming language that is widely used by large companies and developers to develop various kinds of desktop, web and mobile-based applications. Apart from large companies and developers, Python is also widely studied among students and campuses, especially IT-based campuses. Learning programming is not easy, but it is not difficult either, depending on how you learn it, and how quickly you learn it. Learning programming can be done more easily by going through the basics of programming which are summarized in three basic structures, namely sequence, branching and repetition. The programming structure is written using an IDE (Integrated Development Environment). One of the IDEs (Integrated Development Environment) for Python programming is Google Colab (Google Colaboratory), which can be run on Windows, Linux and Mac operating systems. This article aims to make it easier to learn basic Python programming using Google Colab, starting from how to create Google Drive files and create notebooks, as well as Python programming on Google Colab based on programming algorithms. The method used is literature study and experiments. A literature study was carried out to examine basic programming concepts which are summarized in algorithms consisting of sequence algorithms, branching algorithms and looping algorithms. The experiment was carried out to try the algorithm code into a Python programmer which was implemented using Google Colab.

Abstract

Information System is a system that is needed as a tool, in data processing with speed, accuracy, and efficiency. Medical Device Sales Information System at CV. Elang Medika Baturaja Using Embarcadero XE2, is a CV that does not use a computer in data processing. This research was conducted by visiting CV. Elang Medika Baturaja, using data collection methods such as interviews, observations, references, and book and journal sources. In making this Medical Device Sales Information System, this system was built using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method which can help work on making medical device sales information systems faster and of course have quality in meeting user needs both in terms of time, cost and also effort The result of this research is a medical device sales information system at CV. Eagle Medika is designed to be able to help CV. Elang Medika in processing data and facilitating transaction and data search, as well as producing fast and accurate reports.

Abstract

Elegant Furniture Baturaja store located in Baturaja City, South Sumatra is one of the business fields engaged in the sale of furniture products that offer a variety of products and types such as chairs, cabinets, tables, sofas, beds and storage shelves. The promotion and sales process remains the same still directly, meaning that customers must come to the store to buy the desired product. The development of a website-based sales information system at Elegant Furniture Baturaja Store is one of the steps to increase sales and product promotion that can be utilized by the company. The purpose of building a website-based sales information system for furniture sales is so that customers can place orders without having to visit the Elegant Furniture Baturaja Store. The information system is built with the PHP programming language and MySQL database, and uses Visual Studio Code as the editor software. It is expected that the online-based sales information system designed using a website can facilitate customers and improve the sales process of furniture products at the Elegant Furniture Baturaja Store.

Abstract

Website desa merupakan salah satu sarana yang penting sebagai portal informasi dan sosialisasi pemerintah terkait tata kelola kawasan perdesaan. Dengan informasi yang tersusun dengan rapi dan baik akan mempermudah masyarakat untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai desa. Masyrakat dimudahkan dalam memperoleh suatu informasi dengan internet dengan dibuatnya sebuah website desa. Website des aini dibuat dengan tujuan sebagai media penyebaran informasi agar dikenal di dunia internat yang luas, menyebarkan informasi kepada masyarakat sekitar wilayah desa dan juga masyarakat luas agar mengetahui potensi – potensi dan informasi tentang desa lain yang ada di desa Karya Jaya. Mempermudah masyarakat maupun perangkat desa dalam menerima dan memberi informasi yang berkaitan dengan desa. Abstract

Dalam perkembangan teknologi pada saat ini mampu untuk memudahkan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari, salah satunya untuk media informasi tentang website. Media informasi Desa Batu Raden berbasih website, membantu masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi seputar kegiatan, berita, dan informasi lainnya di Desa Batu Raden, sehingga penggunaan media informasi berbasis website ini menjadi lebih efesien dan terjurus. Software atau perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk merancang website ini menggunakan Codeigniter, Codeigniter adalahsalah satu framework open source yang digunakan dalam pengembangan web berbahasa pemrograman PHP. Framework ini dikembangkan oleh Rick Ellis pada tahun 2006. Website Desa Batu Raden dapat digunakan dengan baik, sehingga perolehan informasi dapat tersampaikan kapanpun dan dimanapun tanpa harus terikat ruang dan waktu, Website ini membahas mengenai layanan administrasi kependudukan sehingga persiapan masyarakat dalam dokumen kependudukan bisa jelas dan tidak tumpang tindih. Abstract

Lubuklinggau City is also one of the rice producing areas in South Sumatra province. Every year, rice production results in Lubuklinggau City experience unstable fluctuations up and down depending on the weather. In an effort to prevent price increases due to the uncertain amount of rice production, it is necessary to have precise and accurate predictions about harvest results in Lubuklinggau City. Prediction is the process of forecasting a variable in the future based more on intuitive considerations than on past data, although it places more emphasis on intuition. In price predictions, quantitative data is also often used as complementary information in forecasting. In the research carried out, the method used in the prediction system is the multiple linear regression method. The result of the research is the application of a multiple linear regression model to the agricultural production (rice) production prediction system in Lubuklinggau city using the Python programming language. From the test results, the Mean Absolute Error (MAE) value was 0.35609660506590457, the Mean Square Error (MSE) value was 0.174083367233848, the R2 value was 0.41723298914856677 and the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value was 22.179290114514938. From the results of the tests carried out it can be said that the resulting linear regression model is in the "Good" category. Keywords: Rice, Prediction, Multiple Linear Regression

Abstract

Money is a legal means of exchange or standard for measuring value (a unit of account), issued by the government of a country in the form of paper, gold, silver or other metals printed with certain shapes and images. Detection is a process of checking or examining something using certain methods and techniques. Along with advances in information technology, crimes that utilize technology are also developing. Currently, digital image processing has developed its usefulness to carry out a recognition system for possible criminal disturbances, especially for recognizing unique objects, watermarks on rupiah banknotes. In image segmentation there are also several methods, for example canny edge detection. Canny edge detection is a method that produces a different image display by displaying a relief effect in it. The aim of this research is to detect the authenticity of banknotes with watermarks using the canny edge detection method. The process of using the method above involves image acquisition,grayscale operations, morphology operations, then canny edge detection. There are 21 images used in this research consisting of nominal banknotes of 1,000, 2,000, 5,000, 10,000, 20,000, 50,000 and 100,000. The final result of the canny edge detection process is a collection of pixels that are used to determine whether the image has a watermark or not. From this research, the results of the accuracy of the watermark detection program on banknotes using the canny edge detection method to detect the authenticity of money were 85.71%. Abstract

Terusan Village is a village in East Baturaja District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, South Sumatra Province. Terusan Village is the result of the expansion of the Sukajadi Village area in 2006, the Village Expansion is the result of the Deliberation of Education Leaders, Youth Leaders and Coral Taruna and BPD mothers in 2006. Sukajadi Village has expanded into two villages, namely Terusan Village and Sukajadi Village. The boundary is in the East of Tanjung Kemala Village in the West, Sukajadi Village in the North, Gotong Royong Village in the North of Batu Kuning Village. Each village is led by a village head and assisted by other village officials. The village area is divided into hamlets led by a Hamlet Head and given a sequence using numbers, such as hamlet one, hamlet two, and so on. Data collection is carried out by means of interviews, observations, and literature studies. The stages carried out in research are making database designs, user pages and data content display pages. Database created using Microsoft access, framework using embarcadero xe2. The result of the study is a population data information system located in the village of Terusan kec. East Baturaja kab. Oku. The page contains the data in Terusan Village including, population data, family card data, birth data, death data, immigrant data, and moving data, in Terusan Village. Abstract

Population is a science related to techniques of collecting, investigating, recording and processing population data which consists of processing birth data, processing death data, processing data on population movements and arrivals. Population data processing is the main activity carried out by the Village, where in carrying out population data processing it must be done quickly, precisely and accurately. However, in reality there are still many government agencies that are still processing population data manually, therefore a population data processing information system is needed that can assist in processing population data, and is able to bridge the process of reporting population data from villages to sub-districts so as to speed up the service process. towards the community and influencing the optimization of employee work processes in village and sub-district offices. This information system was built using the waterfall methodology which consists of stages of analysis, design using Data Flow Diagrams to design functional models and Entity Relationship Diagrams to describe the data model, coding using the Embarcadero programming language, is the final stage of the methodology used. With the construction of this system, it can facilitate the process of processing population data at the village level and simplify the process of reporting to the sub-district level.
