Reproductive health in the early years of changes in the reproductive system during early adolescence, the development of the reproductive system in humans, both men and women for human survival. Lack of information and knowledge about changes in the reproductive system in adolescence creates anxiety and shame because they are different from their peers. The method used to determine the problem, problem solving, alternative problem solving, method of activities in order to solve the problem. Results and discussion of the prevalence of vaginal discharge increased in 2002, 50% of women in Indonesia had experienced vaginal discharge. Then in 2003, 60% of women had experienced vaginal discharge, this is due to the low knowledge of women having vaginal discharge, for reproductive health. The implementation of vaginal discharge counseling is carried out due to the low knowledge of young women regarding reproductive health, as well as the impact that will occur if reproductive health is not considered for the health of young women in the future. The conclusion there is a change in knowledge, attitudes and views of Sintang State Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) students about flour albus to prevent pathological leucorrhoea by changing risky behavior to maintain genital health.

Poverty is one of the problems that often arise in various cities and even countries. Especially in this era of the Covid-19 pandemic. It is undeniable that this pandemic has resulted in a decline in the economy in Indonesia, especially in the city of Solo. The city of Solo is one of the cultural cities that has the potential for Batik as one of the icons of this city. Not only the potential of craft resources, the potential of human resources, which is often called craftsmen, is also widely found in this city. One of them is the itinerant tailor who goes around every day from one complex to another to help sew the clothes of the local residents. However, with the impact of COVID-19, many itinerant tailors have started to lose their jobs and have a negative impact on their economic growth. This has a negative impact on the sustainable development goals in point 8 regarding decent work and economic growth. In this paper, we use the Design Thinking method which aims to help improve the economy of the people in the city of Solo and also increase the potential of human resources through itinerant tailors who are our partners in processing the waste of the remaining batik cloth produced into a tote bag with a beautiful and elegant design. modern

Covid-19 is a disease that develops rapidly and spreading in several countries. Efforts to prevent covid-19 are carried out by the government through the Ministry of Health by instructing awareness and compliance in the use of masks when outdoors. This needs to be done because Covid-19 can be easily transmitted through the respiratory tract and through contact with contaminated surfaces. Based on observations at the beginning of the pandemic, the people around Kroyo Village, Karangmalang, Sragen, have not all understood the prevention of covid-19 and not all people use masks. Therefore, community service activities are carried out with the aim of providing education on the prevention of covid-19 and the distribution of masks in the Area of Kroyo Village, Karangmalang, Sragen. The method of activity used in this community service activity is education to residents about the prevention of Covid-19 and distribution of masks. The result of this community service activity is that people in the Kroyo Village Area, Karangmalang, Sragen understand about the prevention of Covid-19 and understand the importance of implementing health protocols, including using masks as an effort to prevent Covid-19

The development of information technology is very influential for the progress of a business, one of which is in organizations or companies such as finance. Where Mandala is a leasing company engaged in motorcycle credit services for credit applicants and taking advantage of credit interest payments. Mandala is a company that upholds its commitment to provide the best service to consumers and business partners, through optimal services supported by directed, integrated and sustainable human resource management, one of the most important. With the help of computers can make it easier for anyone to carry out various activities effectively and efficiently. Here the team conducts training for credit analysts in Mandala by making applications with the aim of being an alternative for credit analysts to help make decisions faster with the ANSIS application. In other words, knowledge of computers is one of the most important needs in today's era. One of them is in an effort to assist Credit Analysts in consumer decision-making activities in terms of creditworthiness, a computer-based decision support system model is needed that can provide convenience in conducting analysis.

Bawaslu of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province as the election supervisory body in the province of Bangka Belitung also considers it important to provide information and manage the website properly. For this reason, Bawaslu cooperates with universities and the government to provide technical guidance and training for news and website managers to improve the ability of managers. This technical assitence involves resource persons who are experts in their fields from various agencies. STMIK Atma Luhur as a university accommodates training activities by involving the community service team. The PKM team consists of 3 lecturers and 2 students. The activity took place on December 7, 2019 which took place at the Grand Vella Hotel Bangka. The training participants came from 7 districts/cities with every cities has to send 3 participants. This activities started from morning to evening. The method in this PKM activity is training and technical guidance with the lecture method from the speakers. The activities in addition to the material provided, practical activities were also held to demonstrate how to properly manage the website and news coverage techniques to provide good and correct information. The results of the evaluation of this activities carried out, it was found that the participants gained knowledge and knowledge that could improve their ability to manage the Bawaslu news and website.

Dian Bersinar Foundation Medan is a non-profit (independent) foundation in advancing education through the provision of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) for children on the outskirts of the railroad tracks. the end of the learning program is carried out officially in an academic event in the form of graduation activities. The purpose of Community Service at the Mandiri Bina Prestasi Polytechnic in the graduation of the Dian Bersinar Foundation Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Medan is to provide services to the community that support the implementation of general government tasks through the provision of packages in the form of bags and several books as wellstationary.This assistance is expected to be an encouragement for PAUD students to continue their education to elementary school. This package was handed over to 12 early childhood children in the presence of the Dian Bersinar Foundation, Medan, the Mandiri Bina Prestasi Polytechnic Team (three lecturers and two students) and parents. The method used in this activity is the approach/persuasive method and observation. Based on observations before graduation, social workers are looking for donors to contribute to the graduation package. With the existence and active role of the Mandiri Bina Prestasi Polytechnic Medan, the graduation was carried out well and memorable because each child received a bag package. In the future, community service can be further developed in more tangible collaborations at the Dian Bersinar Foundation Medan, such as mentoring teaching and learning activities, training, and the arts.

Mathematical Learning Based on Multymedia at MTs Sabilul Muhtadin, Bangka District Euis Asriani -; Ririn Amelia

The aim of this community service project was to develop students motivation of MTs Sabilul Muhtadin in mathematical learning based on multimedia. This approach used to créate mathematical learning in fun, interested, and easy ways to be understood, The participants were 30 (thirty) students of VIII grade. For concluding the effectivity of the approach, disributed a questionary in the end of learning meeting. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistic in pie diagram. At satisfaction item, the highest percentage was at group that feel satisfied at 70%. At interested item, 66.67% students were interested to learn mathematics with multimedia approach. At motivation, encouragement, and activeness, the highest proportion was at motivated, to be encouraged, and active group, namely at 60% percentage, respectively. Toward this project, can be concluded that mathematical learning based on multimedia approach, generally improve the satisfaction, interested, encouragement, activeness, and motivation. Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) is an infectious disease whose development is very fast and has become a pandemic in several countries, including Indonesia. The use of masks is one of the efforts recommended by WHO to prevent the spread of Covid-19. The purpose of this community service was to increase knowledge through socializing the use of masks and distributing 2000 of 3-ply masks to community in Tasikmalaya City and Tasikmalaya Regency in September 2020. This activity went smoothly and without a hitch. The community response was quite good, very open and enthusiastic. This activity was very useful, especially for people whose activity in public areas such as markets and sports fields. It is hoped that it will be sustainable and need for periodic monitoring with wider range to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

Pariaman City is located on the west coast of West Sumatra with an area of 73.36 square kilometers, consisting of an ocean area of 12 square kilometers and a coastline of 12 kilometers. As an area close to the sea, the life of the people of Kota Pariaman is very dependent on marine products. One of the villages in Pariaman City that is very dependent on marine products is the community of Pasir Marunggi Village, South Pariaman District. The strategic location of Pasir Marunggi village is the road to Minangkabau International Airport. The catch is sold on the beach and at auction. From 2000 to 2015 the fishermen's life of Pasir Marunggi village began to develop along with the emergence of technology and the business of rice stalls (restaurants) as one of the tourist attractions in Pariaman City. Some of the obstacles faced in addition to the lack of knowledge in the field of Information Technology in computer-based administrative processes, resulted in undocumented catches and good fisherman cultivation. Thus, the introduction of a computer-based administration system in Marunggi village is very much needed by the surrounding community, especially members of the Joint Business Group (KNM). The service material has been given well and it can be seen that there is an increase in participants' knowledge based on the results of the evaluation that has been done. The average service success rate reaches 77% as measured by participant observations during the activity

This community service aims to provide not only knowledge but also readiness to face the TOEFL (Test of English as Foreign Language) exam for students and lecturers in West Nusa Tenggara. This community service is carried out online using zoom technology as a learning medium for one month. The target community is the campus community, namely students and lecturers from various universities in West Nusa Tenggara. The method used in this community service is the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) method, where participants are divided into several groups, then given tips and strategies in answering the TOEFL test. Each group discussed and exchanged ideas in answering all the questions in the TOEFL. The cost of this community service activity is fully sourced from the service implementation team. After the implementation of this community service activity, participants have the ability and readiness as well as a quite significant score than before.
