Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see how the Indonesian capital market reacts to political events. The political event referred to in this study was the election of the President. Capital market reaction can be seen from the presence or absence of differences in abnormal returns before and after the presidential election. The sample in this study companies included in the LQ 45 index during the presidential election period. The presidential election itself was held on April 17, 2019. Observations were made 10 days before the presidential election and 10 days after the presidential election. The data analysis method used is the paired sample t test. The results showed that there were no differences in abnormal returns before and after the election event. The results of this study indicate that the capital market does not react to these political events.

Abstract

Millennial generation is identified as materialism, likes credit card promotions, lacks unrealistic knowledge and optimism about the ability to repay debts and has a lifestyle around spending, which follows a "spend now" and "pay later" pattern, and as a consequence, they have a higher tendency towards loan products. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the factors of financial knowledge, behavior of seeking assistance, electronic banking have an influence on the behavior of millennial generation financial management in Indonesia. The sampling method uses convenience sampling. The analysis technique used in this research is Explotary Factor Analysis (EFA) processed using SPSS then Confirmatory Factory Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) processed using Analysis of Moments Structures (AMOS). The results showed that there was a significant influence on the behavior of seeking assistance and electronic banking on the behavior of millennial generation financial management in Indonesia, otherwise the financial knowledge variable did not affect financial knowledge. This research is useful: for practitioners in the field of finance can take advantage in the utilization of technological aspects (electronic banking) to improve financial management behavior. For financial managers able to focus on various investment and financing decisions, as well as all matters related to it. For investors to reduce the behavior of lack of responsibility in financial management.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of price, e-promotion, and trust on purchasing decisions online in the Lazada app. The method used in this research is the quantitative method and assessment of the results based on respondents ' answers using a Likert scale. The population in this study is of Satya Negara Indonesia University student A the samples in this study amounted to 86. The data analysis methods used in the study are test linear regression test Multiple, F-Test, T-Test, and coefficient of determinant. The results showed that simultaneously (test F) showed that there was a significant influence between the price variables (X1), the e-promotion (X2), and the trust (X3) against the purchase decision (Y). Partial (T-Test) the price is influential as significant to the purchase decision, and the e-promotion is influential as significant to Purchase decision. whereas the trust variable does not influential as significant to the purchase decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga, dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ikan Hias Air Tawar Pada Toko Rahmat Akuarium, Pondok Aren Tangerang Selatan. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ikan Hias Pada Toko Rahmat Akuarium Pondok Aren Tangerang Selatan, (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ikan Hias Pada Toko Rahmat Akuarium Pondok Aren Tangerang Selatan, (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Harga dan Kualitas Produk secara bersama-sama terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ikan Hias Pada Toko Rahmat Akuarium Pondok Aren Tangerang Selatan.

Abstract

In the overall educational process, teachers are the dominant determinant in education because teachers are professional educators with the primary task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assess and evaluate students. A professional teacher is charged with a number of requirements, among others qualified professional education, scientific competence according they are engaged in, the ability to communicate well with their students, have a creative spirit and productive, has a work ethic and a commitment to the profession and always conduct self-development continuously. However, in practice there are still often found limitations both individually and institution. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of competence, work environment and compensation on the performance of kindergarten teachers in region II Pesanggrahan. The research used survey methods by distributing questionnaires. The research population is all teachers in region II Pesanggrahan amounted to 141 teachers which are 59 teachers as samples using cluster random sampling method. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate the competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance and the work environment also compensation has no positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Simultaneously competence, work environment and compensation have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance.

Abstract

The research objective is to design learning model with orientation capability increase student soft skills. The data collection method used observation, tests and self-assessment. While data analysis using bar charts, check sheets and line charts. Based on the results of data analysis there are several important findings include that the implementation of practice learning through project-based learning approach based industrial culture Gemba Kaizen model of the first cycle and cycle II and III provide a positive response to the formation of students soft skills evidenced by the increase in soft skills mastery significantly with the result that more dominant on communication skills and report writing skills then successively on professional and problem solving skills, personal quality and teamwork skills.

Abstract

The Gojek phenomenon is becoming popular in Bekasi, due to the development of technology and information in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, so that the public inevitably user transportation facilities that are increasingly developing, so that competition is very tight the company is trying to improve service and customer satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to be able to analyze the extent of CRM Segmentation with e-busniess (online) in Gojek Management, as well as Tariffs for Gojek User . This implementation is carried out by taking objects in the area of ​​Bekasi City, West Java Province. Research methods by collecting primary data with a Likert scale questionnaire level 5 scale and interviews with observations to the field. The results of this study are based on population and sample of 75 people, in 2019 showing 40% customer to usage of the go-jek to upgrade service to customer sothat business can run well.
