Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of trust, easiness, and quality information on purchasing decisions online in the Shopee app. The method used in this research is the quantitative method and assessment of the results based on respondents ' answers using a Likert scale. The population in this study is all consumers of Satya Negara Indonesia University student A and the samples in this study amounted to 100, and the sampling Tekhnik used in this study was Probability Sampling, and Sample determination based on simple random sampling. The data analysis methods used in the study are test instruments (validity and reusability), Data normality analysis, assumption Test (normality, multicholinerity, heterokedastisity, autocorrelation), correlation coefficient test, linear regression test Multiple, F-Test, T-Test, and coefficient of determinant (R ²).The results showed that simultaneously (test F) showed that there was a significant influence between the trust variables (X1), the easiness (X2), and the quality of information (X3) against the purchase decision (Y). Partial (T-Test) the trust is influential as positive to the purchase decision, whereas the easiness variable does not affect as positive to the purchase decision, and the information quality has effect as negative to Purchase decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga, dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ikan Hias Air Tawar Pada Toko Rahmat Akuarium, Pondok Aren Tangerang Selatan. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ikan Hias Pada Toko Rahmat Akuarium Pondok Aren Tangerang Selatan, (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ikan Hias Pada Toko Rahmat Akuarium Pondok Aren Tangerang Selatan, (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Harga dan Kualitas Produk secara bersama-sama terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ikan Hias Pada Toko Rahmat Akuarium Pondok Aren Tangerang Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, and brand image on purchasing decisions for Converse shoes in Senayan City. This research design is causal quantitative. The population in this study are all consumers who use Converse products and the research sample conducted is 115 respondents, the sampling technique used is Nonprobability Sampling, and compiling the sample based on Accidental Sampling. Methods of data analysis using the instruments used, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that Product Quality (X1), Price (X2), and Brand Image (X3), both simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

Desa Petajen merupakan desa yang memiliki potensi sumberdaya alam yang baik namun memiliki tingkat ketahanan pangan yang rendah dan angka stunting yang tinggi di Kabupaten Batang Hari Jambi. Salah satu tujuan peningkatan ketahanan pangan keluarga adalah mencegah dan menurunkan angka stunting dan gizi buruk. Melalui upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam teknologi pertanian dan produksi pangan diharapkan dapat menurunkan dan mencegah stunting pada anak dan balita, sehingga kualitas sumberdaya manusia dapat dicapai. Ketahanan pangan rumah tangga di kalangan masyarakat desa didukung dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang berfokus pada pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan termasuk lahan yang sempit. Kegiatan tersebut antara lain edukasi, penyuluhan, pemanfaatan limbah rumah tangga, dan pelatihan budidaya sayuran dengan sistem aquaponik, dan pembuatan pupuk organik dari limbah rumah tangga. Budidaya tanaman meliputi metode tanam menggunakan pupuk organik cair dan teknik budidaya aquaponik dengan memanfaatkan limbah rumah tangga berupa sterofom, ember dan gelas mineral bekas. Tanaman yang dibudidayakan seperti bayam, kangkung, seledri, sawi dan daun bawang. adapun untuk bahan pembuatan pupuk cair organik adalah dari kulit pisang, cangkang telur, EM4, gula pasir dan air cucian beras. Adanya pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang teknologi pertanian aquaponik organik tersebut menghasilkan kemampuan untuk melakukan budidaya tanaman sayuran dan pupuk cair organik berkualitas yang dapat digunakan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan sehari-hari maupun menjadi usaha dalam menambah penghasilan keluarga. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan tersebut sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat setempat dalam rangka mencapai ketahanan pangan rumah tangga dan penurunan stunting. Upaya ketahanan pangan rumah tangga melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam upaya penurunan stunting ini berupa edukasi dan pelatihan mengenai budidaya tanaman sayuran organik yang telah meningkatkan motivasi, pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat. Melalui kegiatan tersebut, masyarakat mampu melakukan budidaya sayuran dan penyediaan pangan keluarga secara mandiri dan menghasilkan bahan pangan berkualitas yang dapat digunakan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari maupun menjadi usaha dalam menambah penghasilan sehingga ketahanan pangan rumah tangga dapat tercapai.

Abstract

This study attempts to ascertain the partial and joint analysis of employee performance, job motivation, and patient satisfaction with respect to basic service standards at the Nice Dental Care Clinic. Questionnaires are distributed as part of the quantitative approaches used in this study to collect data. 50 patients and staff members of the Nice Dental Care Clinic made up the study's sample, This was calculated with a 5% error rate using the Slovin algorithm (e). The analysis of data methods that are used coefficient of determination , T and F test. The factors of career growth, work environment, and mutation account for 2.9% of the work morale variable, whereas additional variables not included in the study do so. The t test results show that employee performance, work motivation and patient satisfaction partially influence the minimum service requirements. Employee performance, motivation if work, and patient happiness regarding minimum service requirements all have a large influence at the same time.

Abstract

This study involved 44 employees at MI Plus Fatahillah Ciledug, Tangerang City, and employed a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination test (R²), partial test (t), and simultaneous test (F) with SPSS version 25. The analysis resulted in the regression equation Y = 3.299 + 0.297X1 + 0.326X2 + 0.339X3. The Adjusted R² value of 0.714 indicates that 71.4% of employee performance is explained by leadership style, compensation, and work environment, while the remaining 28.6% is influenced by other factors. The t-test results show that all three variables have a significant partial effect on employee performance, with significance values below 0.05. Leadership style, compensation, and work environment each have a positive effect. The F-test shows an F count of 36.751 > F table of 2.84 with a significance of 0.000, indicating that the three variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
