Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi informasi sangat membantu dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan manual, baik dari segikecepatan dan kehematan, penggunaan tempat dan waktu serta lebih akurat dalam penemuan kembali. Tujuandari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi EFS ELO terhadap temu kembaliarsip peserta taspen di PT Taspen Kantor Cabang Utama Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desainpenelitian kuantitatif jenis deskriptif bentuk korelasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasiEFS ELO pada bagian layanan, Umum dan Kepesertaan PT Taspen Kantor Cabang Utama Semarang.Penelitian ini menggunakan 30 sampel yang sedang atau pernah menggunakan aplikasi EFS ELO di PT TaspenKantor Cabang Utama Semarang. Teori yang digunakan yakni lima prinsip usabilitas menurut Nielson yaitulearnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, satisfaction dan temu kembali informasi menurut Hasugian yaituquery, index document, match, retrieve document, file. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan padapenelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner, observasi dan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menggunakanteknik analisis koefisien korelasi Spearman. Pengujian hipotesis didapat dari membandingkan nilai signifikankorelasi dengan signifikansi 0,05. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi EFS ELOberpengaruh positif terhadap temu kembali arsip peserta taspen di PT Taspen (Persero) Kantor Cabang UtamaSemarang dengan tingkat keeratan cukup tinggi atau kuat dengan nilai koefisien 0,760.

Abstract

Cooperative performance is one factor that must be taken to ensure that the purpose of the cooperative to run well. Cooperative aims to improve the welfare of members in particular and society in general. The study was conducted to assess the performance of the cooperative based on the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 06 / Reg/ M.CSME / V / 2006. Location study on Cooperative Employees (Kopkar) PT Gudang Garam, Tbk "MEKAR" 2011-2013 period. Aspects of assessment used is the aspect of organization, governance and management, productivity , as well as the benefits and impacts. This research is a descriptive research with quantitative approachment. The performance assessment conducted in Kopkar PT Gudang Garam, Tbk "MEKAR" during the 2011-2013 period fluctuating results. The average value of performance based aspects of the organization during the period 2011-2013 amounted to 89.77 with a very good description, aspects of governance and management  amounted to 70.83 with a good description, aspects of productivity amounted to 59.37 with sufficient description, as well as aspects of the benefits and impacts at 96.87 with a very good description. Abstrak Kinerja koperasi merupakan salah satu faktor yang harus diperhatikan agar tujuan koperasi dapat berjalan dengan baik. Koperasi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota pada khususnya dan masyarakat pada umumnya. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menilai kinerja koperasi berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Negara Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Republik Indonesia Nomor: 06/Per/M.KUKM/V/2006. Lokasi penelitian pada Koperasi Karyawan (Kopkar) PT Gudang Garam, Tbk “MEKAR” periode 2011-2013. Aspek penilaian yang digunakan adalah aspek organisasi, tata laksana dan manjemen, produktivitas serta manfaat dan dampak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekan kuantitatif.  Penilaian kinerja yang dilakukan pada Kopkar PT Gudang Garam, Tbk “MEKAR” selama periode 2011-2013 memberikan hasil yang fluktuatif. Nilai rata-rata kinerja berdasarkan aspek organisasi selama periode 2011-2013 sebesar 89,77 dengan keterangan sangat baik, aspek tata laksana dan manajemen sebesar 70,83 dengan keterangan baik, aspek produktivitas sebesar 59,37 dengan keterangan cukup, serta aspek manfaat dan dampak sebesar 96,87 dengan keterangan sangat baik. Kata kunci: kinerja koperasi, analisis kinerja koperasi, Peraturan MKUKM Republik Indonesia Nomor: 06/Per/M.KUKM/V/2006.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga, dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ikan Hias Air Tawar Pada Toko Rahmat Akuarium, Pondok Aren Tangerang Selatan. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ikan Hias Pada Toko Rahmat Akuarium Pondok Aren Tangerang Selatan, (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ikan Hias Pada Toko Rahmat Akuarium Pondok Aren Tangerang Selatan, (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Harga dan Kualitas Produk secara bersama-sama terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ikan Hias Pada Toko Rahmat Akuarium Pondok Aren Tangerang Selatan.

Abstract

Garbage is one of the problems faced by many cities around the world. Indonesia is one of the largest developing countries contributing to waste in the world. Indonesia is the second largest contributor of waste with a volume of 187.2 million tons / year, with China in first position with 262.9 million tons / year. In 2003, a doctor from Thailand named Dr. Rosukon Poompanvong received an award from FAO for the discovery of eco enzymes. This program is an enabler in the community of Alur Putih village in order to be able to utilize unused organic kitchen waste to be beneficial for the environment. This activity will be carried out on Thursday, October 19, 2023. Before starting the activity, the group KKNT went through several stages discussions about activity partners, learning material about eco enzyme in the Alur Putih village community, then after that we could empower the targets that had been set through through the results of group discussions.

Abstract

The phenomenon of prostitution is an old phenomenon that has occurred for centuries. The rise of prostitution in Indonesia is growing along with progress ranging from transportation to technological developments. Apart from the development of science, the rapid growth of prostitution is also caused by fulfilling the essence of society's hedonistic lifestyle. Nowadays prostitution can be easily accessed through electronic technology and social media. The problem of prostitution can become a serious social problem if left untreated. One of the impacts of free prostitution is health problems, disease transmission from free sex can spread quickly and to anyone. In Indonesian law, prostitution is an act that is contrary to the rules of criminal law. The provisions are in Article 506 of the Criminal Code which clearly threatens prison sentences and fines. Abstract

Synthetic Aperature Radar (SAR) is a sensory equipment used in marine remote sensing that emits radio waves to capture a representation of the target scene. SAR images have poor quality, one of which is due to speckle noise. This research uses SAR images containing oil spills as objects that are detected using machine learning with the YOLOv8 model. The dataset was obtained from MKLab by preprocessing to improve the quality of SAR images before processing. Preprocessing involves annotating the dataset, augmenting it with flip augmentation, and filtering it using threshold and median filters in addition to a sharpen kernel that finds the optimal midway value. The default value of the YOLOv8 hyperparameter is used with addition of delta as well as subtraction of the same delta. The implementation of preprocessing and combination of hyperparameters is examined to optimize the YOLOv8 model in detecting oil spills in SAR images. Based on 10 experimental scenarios, initial results with the original MKLab image provide an mAP50 of 49.7%. Implementing Flip augmentation alone on the data set increases the mAP50 value by 18.8%. Followed by the sharpen 1.2 kernel filter increasing the mAP50 value to 68.89%, while the median and thresholding filters tend to reduce the mAP50 value. The combination of experiments with the best results was preprocessing with flip augmentation and sharpen 1.2 kernel filter with hyperparameters: epoch 200, warmup 4.0, momentum 0.9, warmup bias lr 0.01, weight decay 0.005, and learning rate 0.000714, resulting in an mAP50 value of 68.89%. In addition, it was found that the sharpening kernel with a real number midpoint of 1.2 and combination with flipping augmentation had the greatest impact on increasing the MAP50 value in SAR oil spill image segmentation by YOLOv8.

Abstract

TB cases in East Java in 2023 increased. In the Wagir Health Centre area in September 2023 there were 66 cases from July to September 2023, where 2% of TB patients were found to be non-compliant with taking medication, there was still low awareness of family members of patients to conduct sputum examination to the health centre independently. In addition, not all cadres understand how TB is transmitted, and nutrition for TB patients. To overcome this, a community service activity ‘Improving Primary Health Care as an Effort to Control TB in the Wagir Health Centre Working Area’ was carried out. The purpose of this activity is to increase the role of Puskesmas in TB control efforts. The method of community service is by implementing a programme of supervision of taking medication for TB patients, contact investigation and health education activities for cadres. Activities were carried out by a team from the Faculty of Health Sciences, Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University Malang, the nurse in charge of the Wagir Health Centre Area TB control programme, and cadres. Activities were carried out from February to March 2024 in the Wagir Health Centre Working Area, Malang Regency. The results of the implementation of the drug compliance monitoring programme for 10 TB patients, contact investigations for 45 people in contact with patients, and health education for 35 cadres. It is hoped that monitoring and evaluation of the programme from the Puskesmas is needed periodically, to optimise the TB control programme in the Wagir Health Centre Area.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Marginal Resistance: Resistance of the Sampali Village Community to the Citraland Megapolitan Expansion," and aims to examine the forms of resistance carried out by the Sampali Village community against Citraland's megapolitan expansion. Sampali Village, which is located on the outskirts of the city, is facing serious threats to the sustainability of its people's lives due to this large development project. Village residents, the majority of whom work as farmers and laborers, feel the direct impact of land expropriation that threatens their livelihoods and cultural heritage. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach to reveal the dynamics of conflict and resistance strategies implemented by local communities. Research findings show that forms of community resistance include protests, filing petitions, and legal efforts to defend land rights. The Sampali Village community showed strong solidarity and courage in facing pressure from developers. In addition, this research highlights the injustices that often arise in the development process where economic interests dominate without considering the welfare of local communities. The case of Sampali Village reflects the importance of inclusiveness and social justice in every development plan to avoid prolonged conflict and wider negative impacts. Thus, this research contributes to the understanding of marginal resistance and provides important insights for more equitable and sustainable development policies.

Abstract

Biro Kesejahteraan Rakyat Provinsi Jambi sebagai bagian dari Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jambi masih menghadapi beberapa kendala dalam pengelolaan surat masuk yang dilakukan secara manual, seperti pencatatan surat yang tidak terstruktur, proses disposisi yang lambat, serta kesulitan dalam pencarian arsip surat. Selain itu, belum tersedianya sistem terintegrasi menyebabkan proses administrasi surat menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, dirancanglah sistem informasi pengelolaan surat masuk berbasis web yang dinamakan ADBIRA (Aplikasi Digital Biro Kesra) untuk mempermudah proses pencatatan, pengarsipan digital, dan disposisi surat masuk secara sistematis. Pengembangan sistem ini dilakukan menggunakan metode pengumpulan kebutuhan, perancangan antarmuka dan alur sistem, pembuatan basis data, pengkodean program, serta pengujian sistem dengan metode black box. Teknologi yang digunakan meliputi Laragon, MySQL, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript,BootStrap,dan NGINX dengan editor Visual Studio Code. Hasil dari kerja praktek ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi digital yang terintegrasi, meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan administrasi surat masuk, serta mendukung implementasi Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) di lingkungan Biro Kesejahteraan Rakyat Provinsi Jambi.
