<![CDATA[This paper examines the concept and implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in a banking company. GCG is a financial system with the aim of creating an economic system that benefits all parties involved. GCG implementation encourages the creation of healthy competition and a conducive business climate. Especially when GCG is implemented in the world of sharia banking, it will increasingly show the pioneering concept of Islam in realizing a sharia-based economic system. Performance appraisal of Islamic banks is very important for every bank stakeholder, namely bank management, customers, business partners and the government in a competitive financial market. The increase in the value of shares and the amount of third party funds is an indicator of increasing public trust in the bank concerned. GCG implementation is also relevant and in line with Islamic values. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is an important principle in the activities and life of a Muslim. Islam very intensely teaches the application of the principles of 'ada (justice), tawazun (balance), akhlaq (moral), shiddiq (honesty), amanah (fulfillment of trust), fathanah (intelligence), tabligh (transparency).]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Earning Per Share (EPS) in Food and Beverages companies listed on the IDX in the 2019-2021 period. This research method uses quantitative methods. The samples used in the study were 9 Food and Beverages sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis technique that been used in this research is multiple linear regression with using Eviews10 program. Based on the classical assumption test using normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test of the model are stated to have fulfilled assumption and no violation. Based on the results of feasibility test model using simultaneous determination coefficient test and simultaneous significance test showed that the regression model declared feasible to be used for research. The result of hypothesis testing shows that profitability has significant influence to the stock price.]]>

<![CDATA[In Indonesia, the National Committee on Governance Policy (KNKG) aims as a response to the occurrence of the financial crisis in Asia which, according to the World Bank, occurred due to poor implementation of corporate governance which is considered the worst crisis in Asia. Bankruptcy of a company can be measured by the financial statements issued by the company, the company's financial statements are a source of information about the company's financial position. The impact of implementing Good Corporate Governance on company performance is the key to success for companies to gain profits. One mechanism that is expected to control agency costs is by implementing good corporate governance. Financial reports made with accounting numbers are expected to minimize conflicts between interested parties.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out how the application of Risk Management in banks that experience problems such as bad debts, as well as to determine the influence between Operating Costs and Operating Income (BOPO), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Loans (NPL) on the Return on Equity (ROE) of Banking Companies, both partially and simultaneously. This study consists of one dependent variable, namely Return on Equity (ROE) and three independent variables, namely Operating Costs and Operating Income (BOPO), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Loans (NPL). The type of research used is Associative Quantitative Research. The population in this study used secondary data obtained from the company's annual report focused on the private conventional banking sector from 2017 to 2021 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This secondary data was obtained by researchers from the IDN Financials Website. The test results simultaneously showed that all independent variables of Operating Expenses and Operating Income (BOPO), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Loans (NPL) together had a significant positive effect on the dependent variable Return on Equity (ROE). This is proven based on the calculated F value of 61.11716 and the Ftabel of 2.81 or in other words (61.11716 > 2.81) and has a Prob value (F-statistic) of 0.000000.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh struktur kepemilikan yang terdiri dari kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, dan kepemilikan publik terhadap kebijakan dividen ketika terjadi ketidakstabilan kondisi ekonomi saat era covid 19. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam index LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2020-2021 dan berjumlah sebanyak 46 buah. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam kebijakan deviden. Namun, kepemilikan institusi dan kepemilikan publik memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out how to develop the data entity relationship model in the data based data management system. Where the entity relationship is a system that is important for the company or as a liaison to explain the relationship between data and database systems. There are many techniques used in database design. One of them is Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). ERD is one of the main diagrams representing the conceptual data model that reflects the user data requirements in the database system. ERD is the first stage in database design. There are several things that must be considered in making ERD for database design. Each database must have entities that are interconnected and each entity must have attributes consisting of a primary key as the entity's characteristics and descriptive attributes. Many users fail to create databases due to errors in ERD creation. Conceptual errors, procedural errors, or technical errors. This article was created using the SLR method, namely reviewing various kinds of references that discuss database design, then drawing conclusions to make it easier for users to overcome problems that occur when making ERD and implementing them.]]>

<![CDATA[Radio is a telecommunication medium that still exists today. However, with the emergence of mastery of new information technology (New Media), it is possible that businesses engaged in this creative industry will experience setbacks. Therefore, all business people must have innovative work behavior in their employees. One important factor that can increase innovative work behavior in its employees is transformational leadership. This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership on the innovative behavior of private radio broadcasters in Padang City. This study uses quantitative methods with simple regression analysis. The study population consisted of 82 broadcasters from private radio stations in the city of Padang, with the totality sampling technique being used as a sample. The results of this study indicate that the level of transformational leadership is in the moderate category with a percentage of 53.7% and innovative work behavior with a percentage of 68.3% is also included in the moderate category. The results of this study also show that transformational leadership has a significant effect on the innovative work behavior of private radio broadcasters in the city of Padang with a significance (<0.01) and a contribution of 48.5%. So the conclusion in this study is that transformational leadership has a significant effect on the innovative work behavior of private radio broadcasters in the city of Padang.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine how big the influence of profitability and leverage on firm value with financial performance as an intervening variable during the pandemic in the Property & Real Estate Industry Sector Period (2016-2020). in property & real estate companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2016-2020 a total of 65 companies. While the sample of this study consisted of 38 companies included in property & real estate companies and were selected by purposive sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression data analysis, using computer assistance with SPSS 21 software program. There is no significant effect between profitability and financial performance variables on firm value. And there is a significant influence between the leverage variables on firm value. There is a significant influence between profitability variables on firm value through financial performance as an intervening variable. And there is no significant effect between leverage variables on firm value through financial performance as an intervening variable]]>

<![CDATA[Performance is the level of individual success as a whole in a certain period when carrying out tasks, such as work standards, targets, or predetermined goals and criteria that have been mutually agreed upon. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and work environment on employee performance at the Sialang Lima Puluh Kota Health Center. This research consists of two independent variables (competence and work environment), and one dependent variable (employee performance). The data collection in this study used a questionnaire filled out by respondents, namely Sialang Health Center employees as many as 51 people. Data analysis used in this study was in the form of SPSS version 22 software. The results obtained based on SPSS data processing showed that there was a partially significant positive effect between competence on employee performance and a negative effect that was not significant between work environment on employee performance, and there was significant positive effect simultaneously between competence and work environment on employee performance at the Sialang Lima Puluh Kota health center.]]>
