Abstract

Server monitoring in information technology infrastructureinfrastructure is essential for companies toensure optimal service for users. Withthe increasing need for availability andservice availability and reliability, PT Neural Technologies Indonesiafaces challenges in maintaining the performance andsecurity of their servers. In this context, designingserver resource monitoring website becomes veryimportant. The proposed system aims toenable real-time monitoring and analysis of server performanceperformance in real-time through comprehensive integration.The system is designed to collect data fromvarious servers, analyze the information, andprovide reports to the administrator. ByThus, potential problems can be identified and addressed before they impact users.before they impact users. Abstract

PT Neural Technologies Indonesiaprovides IT solutions for various industries, includingtelecommunications, healthcare, and mining. Efficiencyserver management is critical for serviceservices, so this project aims to build an integratedintegrated server monitoring dashboard system. This systemcollects data from multiple servers, stores it inin InfluxDB, and visualizes it on a dashboard.The project methodology includes a literature study, integration ofProxmox hypervisor with InfluxDB, implementation ofdata processing, and testing and evaluation toensure system functionality and performance. Project resultsinclude server data processing, integration withdatabases and agents, and features such as time-range filters,update interval, CPU utilization summary, and summary of theTop 5 High Hosts. This system improves the efficiency ofmonitoring and management of servers, as well as improvingsecurity and stability of the company's IT infrastructure. Abstract

In the digital era, PT Pelayaran NasionalIndonesia (PELNI) must strengthen itsIT infrastructure to manage data efficiently, safely,evaluating Kubernetes infrastructure based onmicroservices-based Kubernetes infrastructure for Data CenterInfrastructure Management (DCIM) application. Abstract

This final project aims to develop an integrated monitoring system for Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) applications in a Kubernetes environment. The system uses Prometheus to display metrics, Grafana for data visualization, as well as Grafana Alerts and Telegram bot for real-time notifications. Research methods include needs analysis, grafana dashboard design, prometheus configuration, customization of grafana alerts, and integration with telegram bots. Testing and validation are carried out to ensure functionality before system implementation. Routine maintenance and system upgrades are performed to ensure optimal performance. This monitoring system can provide effective monitoring and fast notifications, improve the performance and availability of DCIM applications, and help organizations identify and handle problems more quickly and efficiently.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology is forcing companies to continue to innovate, including in computer network device updates to support increasingly complex business needs. this report aims to comprehensively explain the process replacement of Core Switches, Distribution Switches, and Access Switches at a food and beverage manufacturing company. This process includes preparatory stages, initial configuration devices, pre-migration documentation, migration execution, post-migration monitoring, error handling, and preparation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documents. Method used in this report is the waterfall method consists of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and stages maintenance. The result of replacing a network device shows significant performance improvements, making network is faster and more efficient and reduces risk operational disruption. The main conclusions of this report is the importance of careful planning and careful execution in maintaining the stability and reliability of the company network, as well as the successful process of replacing key network devices in a food and beverage manufacturing company environment. Abstract

A USB keylogger is a device that can record every typing activity on a keyboard, and secure real-time data transmission is the main focus in the development of this tool. In this research, the author designs practical and efficient hardware, and implements encryption technology to protect data from potential intrusion or manipulation by unauthorized parties. This research includes transmission distance testing, hardware design optimization, and performance evaluation under various environmental conditions. The test results show that this tool is able to transmit real-time data stably and safely on the 2.4GHz frequency. By implementing strict security protocols, this tool is expected to be a reliable solution in developing cyber security penetration tools. The conclusion of this research is that the development of a USB Real-time Keylogger with data transmission via the 2.4GHz frequency has succeeded in meeting the stated objectives, namely creating a practical, efficient and safe tool. The author hopes that this report can make a useful contribution to the field of cyber security and become a reference for the development of similar technology in the future. Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have important role in Indonesia's economic growth. MSMEs are the mainstay of the economic sector and provide the greatest employment opportunities. Number of MSMEs in Indonesia reached 64.19 million with a contribution of 61.97% to gross domestic product (GDP). MSMEs are capable absorbs 97% of the workforce and attracts up to 60.4% of the total investment. In the era of digital revolution 4.0, information technology and Communication has a big influence. Bayzze Store, one of the MSME providers in Bandung, West Java, still using a less efficient manual ordering system. Therefore, the Bayzze Apps application was developed for supports the process of ordering snacks and drinks. This application not only provides information and the latest product recommendations, but also provides features support such as product details, order history, and product search. This application allows prospective buyers make orders easily and effectively, increase purchase intentions and provide economic benefits for sellers and local communities. Extreme programming used as a development and implementation method done using Android Studio and language Kotlin programming. Firebase API is used to store and coordinate data in your applications. This research using BlackBox Testing as a testing technique the system. The Bayzze Apps application is expected to create MSMEs don't just improve performance and adapt with technological developments, but also contribute positive for the local economy and empowerment public. Abstract

From 1993 to 2022, 94,348 workers Indonesian interns (kenshūsei) have been sent to Japan through an apprenticeship program organized by Indonesian government, with 13,699 interns participate in 2022. This program aims to master the knowledge, work ethic and practices in Japan. However, Interns often face challenges in adaptation cultural and language barriers that affect performance and their social interactions. Cultural gaps and barriers language can cause misunderstandings, influence productivity, and hinder effective social interaction between interns and their Japanese coworkers. For To overcome this obstacle, the IPON Live application was developed Translation, designed to facilitate communication real-time two-way between Indonesian interns and Japanese society. This app offers features like live translation, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, menu settings to prevent misunderstandings, level menu courtesy of translation results, and Japanese romaji for makes it easier for workers to communicate without having to read hiragana and katakana. With this application, it is hoped that the Indonesian interns can adapt more easily, communicate, and understand work culture in Japan. This matter will help them maximize their potential and their contributions during the apprenticeship program, as well improve the quality of interaction and collaboration with colleagues Japanese work. The author gets feedback for the application IPON Live Translation can be more useful, and with feedback from sources who implemented the application Testing was carried out again on the sources provide feedback and other sources, authors get the final results according to the Usefulness test data, as many as 89.9% of interviewees Strongly Agree that this application useful in its features.
