Abstract

At this time rambutan fruit is very popular among the community. Do we know that when we usually pick rambutan fruit, we will also pick the leaves of the rambutan, with the situation in society like this we usually throw the leaves in the trash or we burn them. Can it be known that in rambutan leaves which become organic waste there is a 6% tannin content. The purpose of this study was to find the best contact time in sonication and to find the best tannin weight of rambutan leaves by sonication and maceration methods. From the test results, it can be seen that the more materials and solvents are sonicated, the greater the tannin obtained. The highest tannin content was seen in the variable 30/150 at a sonication time of 60 minutes, namely 7.6502%, it can be concluded that the optimal time of the sonication process to obtain the highest tannin content is at a time of 60 minutes and the weight per volume ratio at 30/150 gr/ml. The highest tannin content is about 7.6502%. With this it can be concluded that tannin can still experience an increase or decrease in this sonication extraction seeing the results have not reached the best level, namely with stationary results with a time of 75 minutes 30/150 gr / ml still decreased and other time variables still increased. It can be said that from this it can still be developed again extraction with higher variables of time and weight of extracted rambutan leaves.

Abstract

Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) is concerned with the role human resource management systems play in firm performance, primarily focusing on the alignment of human resources as a means of gaining competitive advantage. The purpose of this research is to identify the Impact of Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) on Performance Organizations. The method used is literature by using an approach that uses specific examples from academic research on the impact of human resource strategy management on organizational performance. From this review, descriptions and conclusions will be drawn for later evaluation into new research that can be implied in the organization. The results and discussion are divided into 3, namely Human Resources as a Source of Competitive Advantage, the Strategic Role of Human Resources, and the impact of Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) on Performance Organizations. Based on the results of the analysis in this study it can be said that human resources are a source of sustainable advantage, while, traditionally, the costs associated with developing HR strategies as operational costs, these costs would be better off as an investment in assets. Then, the direct source found in this study is human resources which rarely have an effect on company performance.

Abstract

Bleaching earth industrial waste is usually disposed of and landfilled in solid waste disposal. This waste is rich in calcium and sulfur content so that it has the potential as a raw material for making Calcium Nitrate fertilizer. This research aims to process bleaching earth industrial waste into calcium nitrate fertilizer which is rich in the macronutrient Nitrogen and the micronutrient Calcium in accordance with EU Agricultural standards. This research method was carried out by reacting the waste with nitric acid at different concentrations, 0.8M; 1M; 1.2M; 1.M; and 1.6M while being heated at different temperatures, at 50℃, 55℃, 60℃, 65℃, and 70℃, using a magnetic stirrer with a stirring speed of 350 rpm. Then filtered to remove impurities with the filtrate. The filtrate is added with ammonium hydroxide, so that a solid is formed and the pH has reached a neutral atmosphere, then it is filtered and left to stand at room temperature. XRF analysis was carried out to add elements contained in the fertilizer and Kjedahl Spectrophotometer to indicate the total N-content. The highest yield was obtained at a concentration of 1.6 M with a yield of 95.4440% with an actual weight of 2.3861 grams with an operating temperature of 70oC and for the best Calcium content, it was obtained at 23.3% with a N-Total content of 0.64% which complies with the EU Agriculture Commission Standard.

Abstract

The high usage of non-renewable energy and the uncertainty of heat sources in the Karaha- Talaga Bodas area are the background of this research. The high usage of non-renewable energy over-increased necessity can cause the reserve become depleted. Therefore, a different perspective is needed by switching the use of non-renewable to renewable energy, which is geothermal energy. To optimize the potential of geothermal, simillar research about geothermal’s system component is needed, which is heat source. This piece of information regarding the probability of the heat source being foreseeable from the surface, but the detail is still less-effective since most of the possible heat sources do not correspond to those indicated from the surface information, thereby, the gravity method can validating the probability of the heat source. The research purposely indicates the heat source and foresees the conceptual geothermal system in Karaha-Talaga Bodas area using the gravity method. The surface’s study results shows a probability of heat source as the eruption centers in the Karaha-Talaga Bodas area. The gravity’s study results shows a probability of heat source by the Bouguer anomaly, regional gravity anomaly, residual gravity anomaly, and high-density in the Talaga Bodas subsurface area. Meanwhile, the gravity’s study results shows a probability of heat source in Karaha subsurface by the residual gravity anomaly and high density contrast. Based on the conceptual model of Karaha- Talaga Bodas geothermal system, it can be interpreted that the geothermal system in Karaha and Talaga Bodas has different heat source.

Abstract

— Innovation in Indonesian Language Learning through the independent learning curriculum to create a Pancasila student profile. Nowadays there are still many teachers who use theoretical and rote learning techniques, so that learning activities tend to be stiff, monotonous, and boring. Especially in Indonesian language lessons, the material presented is in fact still not able to stick to students as something rational, cognitive, and affective. It is the use of conventional learning methods that has an impact on the level of mastery of the subject matter Indonesian students who are still low. Furthermore, this kind of learning condition is a form of student failure in developinglanguage knowledge and skills, as well as a positive attitude towards the good and correct use of the Indonesian language. Conditions like this can be overcome by implementing learning innovations that can be used by teachers in implementing Indonesian language learning through various approaches, which are contained in four aspects of Indonesian language skills, namely listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

Abstract

This article examines business opportunities in the field of event organizers or event organizers that can be done by anyone. The narrow employment opportunities in Indonesia are not proportional to the increasing number of SMK and Bachelor graduates every year. The government's ability to create jobs in the country has been unable to provide space for vocational school graduates and recent graduates to work. Opportunities are still open to build new fields in the field of entrepreneurship, including the event management service sector or event organizer. Event organizer services or also known as EOs are a business sector that provides opportunities for effective job creation for the community, especially for vocational school graduates and college graduates so that they do not have to compete to find work but instead open up opportunities to create their own jobs as well as for others. . Starting a business in the EO field is not as difficult as people imagine. In this article the emphasis is on project-based learning which is realized in making EO at SMKN 1 Surakarta as a form of our efforts as educators in vocational schools so that graduates of SMK N 1 Surakarta have qualified skills in an EO so that in the future they are able to compete in the world of work, as well as a manifestation of The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project is to provide opportunities for students to learn in informal situations, flexible learning structures, more interactive learning activities, and also be directly involved with the surrounding environment to strengthen various competencies
