Abstract

The current study included 430 infected cases with H. pylori bacteria in Bani Waleed city, Libya. Risk factors that might have an important role in an increasing the risk of infection were studied such as drinking stimulants tea and coffee, and smoking. The samples were blood and faces and were tested using rapid test to find the infection. The percentage of infected people who drank both or one of the stimulants was 74%. Most of infected cases were young people between the ages of 25 to 36 years, with an infection rate of 35%. The study also showed that eating spices increased the risk of infection to 64%, however infection rate among men was higher than women at a rate of 55%, while the infection rate among women was 45%. On the other hand, study showed that the smoking was not significant, as 56% for smokers were infected, Also, the study indicated that there is no link between H. pylori infection and chronic diseases such as diabetes and blood pressure, as the results showed that 76% of the infected people do not suffer from any chronic diseases. It was also found that the two blood groups A and O are more prevalent among those infected with H. pylori bacteria, with a percentage of 31% for both types, followed by blood group B, with 26%, then blood group AB at 12%. More studies should be carried out to establish the risk factors and set a control plan.

Abstract

Phase-to-ground leakage in low-voltage network systems can cause transformer damage due to overload. Overloading on transformers is not caused by customer usage but rather by wasted electrical energy to the ground which causes losses. If there is a current leakage, the potential difference between neutral and ground is measured to produce a voltage value. Considering that there is little written about transformer damage caused by current leakage to ground in low voltage network systems, in this research a tool is made that can detect current leakage to ground in low voltage network systems using the ZMPT101B voltage sensor based on IoT. This research is in the form of design and manufacture of a leakage current detector to ground. The method used is the Research and Development method (research and development), namely in the form of observation, literature study. The research stage starts from a literature study in the form of finding references related to research, designing tools, making tools and programs, and testing the tools that are made. Based on the results of Based on the results of the research, this tool can detect leakage current to the ground from the lowest voltage of 24.3 Volts to the highest voltage of 184 Volts so that it can be displayed on the LCD and the blynk application and the system automatically sounds a buzzer as a warning of current leakage to ground. .

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) has the potential to completely change how healthcare is delivered, revolutionizing the healthcare sector. Precision diagnosis, proactive disease prevention, personalised treatment plans, real-time monitoring and intervention, improved medical imaging, streamlined healthcare workflows, ethical considerations, and the potential future implications of AI in healthcare are all explored in this paper. The first section describes how precision diagnosis using AI technologies is improving diagnostic accuracy. Personalised treatment regimens and earlier disease detection are made possible by machine learning algorithms' analysis of enormous volumes of patient data. Additionally, AI makes it possible to actively prevent disease by using predictive analytics to identify those who are most likely to develop a particular condition, enabling early intervention and tailored preventive actions. The second segment focuses on how AI is transforming therapeutic approaches. AI algorithms create individualised treatment regimens by analyzing patient data, including genetics, biomarkers, and information on therapy response. This maximizes treatment efficacy and minimizes side effects. Additionally, wearable technology and remote monitoring devices powered by AI allow for real-time monitoring and intervention, improving patient safety and lowering hospital readmissions. Examines how AI has affected medical imaging. Radiologists' efficiency and accuracy in identifying anomalies are increased by deep learning algorithms' analysis of complicated medical pictures like CT scans and MRIs. As a result, diagnoses are made more quickly and accurately, allowing for quicker interventions and better patient outcomes. The fourth chapter examines how AI streamlines medical procedures. Administrative responsibilities are reduced and errors are minimized by automating operations like appointment scheduling and documentation. By offering timely support and triaging symptoms, intelligent catboats and virtual assistants increase patient involvement and happiness. The fifth segment talks with ethical issues related to AI in healthcare. In order to create and use AI algorithms responsibly, patient privacy, data security, and bias mitigation are essential. Fair and equitable healthcare practices must be ensured by ethical standards and legal requirements. The abstract wraps off with a preview of the potential effects of AI on healthcare delivery in the future. Emerging medical technologies including telemedicine, robotics, predictive analytics, and AI-assisted surgery show immense promise for revolutionizing the industry. To overcome obstacles, maximize advantages, and guarantee a human-centric approach in the integration of AI in healthcare, cooperation between healthcare practitioners, technologists, policymakers, and ethicists is essential.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the practices and challenges faced by primary school female teachers when implementing the distance learning strategy in teaching mathematics, based on two variables: number of years of service and the number of technical training courses and programs. The study sample consisted of (47) teachers from the primary school female teachers. A validated and reliable questionnaire was administered. The results showed that there are some challenges facing teachers when implementing the distance learning strategy, such as increased workload and tasks, weak and intermittent internet connectivity, and the need for greater effort compared to traditional teaching methods. The results also showed that teachers who have received a higher number of technical training courses and have fewer years of service face fewer challenges compared to newly appointed teachers who have not undergone an adequate number of technical training courses.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the role of the Synthetic Strategy on the development of mathematical creative thinking skills. The study sample consisted of (46) eighth-grade female students who were divided into two groups: an experimental group of (24) students taught linear equations using the Synthetic strategy, and a control group of (22) students taught using the traditional method. An experimental approach was employed, and a test for mathematical creative thinking was prepared. A pre-test and post-test were administered to both study groups, and their validity and reliability were confirmed. The Synthetic strategy was applied to teach solving linear equations. The results revealed a difference in the level of mathematical creative thinking in favor of the experimental group, and statistically significant differences were found between the mean scores of the two groups in mathematical creative thinking skills, which were attributed to the teaching strategy and in favor of the Synthetic strategy. Finally, the study recommended using the Synthetic strategy to teach linear equation and diversifying teaching strategies. It also suggested conducting further studies and research to explore the impact of different teaching strategies on the development of mathematical creative thinking skills.
