Abstract

Abstract: Writing plays an important role for English Foreign Language (EFL) in the real language teaching. This study is a qualitative study and presenting descriptively the data of condition that existed at the time. The subjects of the study are the lecturer in Writing I and the students of Writing I at STKIP PGRI Nganjuk. This qualitative research is conducted to investigate the implementation of Process Approach has been implemented, which involves the description, recording, and interpretation of condition that existed at that time. The sources of data of this study are verbal and non-verbal behaviors of the lecturer and the students’ transcription in teaching and learning. There are some findings obtain from this study. The first finding is the steps of process approach are conducted sequent but the lecturer did not adjust the steps with the needs of syllabus. As a result, the lecturer only implements one step of planning in process approach namely listing technique. Thus, the implementation of process approach is small extent. The second finding shows that most of students respond well because they argue hat process approach is easy to be implemented. The last finding shows that students’ ability is moderate because the most of students’ scores in Writing I course is dominated by “B” score.Key Words: Process Approach, Paragraph Writing

Abstract

This article explore about the Communication model in the debate program in TvOne. Thus is one of the news talk show programs which presents some speakers from the pros and cons in discussing a topic of problems or issues that are being warm, so that there is a process of communi-cation during the verbal and nonverbal impressions between the hosts with the speakers. This study aims, find out how the model of interactional communication debate in TvOne. Find out how the model of transactional communication debate in TvOne. This research uses qualitative content analysis method (content analysis) which focuses its research on the contents of the explicit communication. The results of the study can be concluded, overall program impres-sions TvOne debate describes the two process communication model is the model of interactional communication and transactional communication model. Abstract

This article examines Muhammad Syahrur's understanding of the Sunnah which is deemed perverted but has a contribution to the development of the science of hadith. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method using a library study approach and content analysis. Literature study is used to examine the Sunnah understanding according to Muhammad Syahrur to the Sunnah of the Prophet. in his book Nahwa Usul Jadidah Lil Fiqh Al-Islami then made a grand theory to reveal the understanding of the contribution to the science of hadith. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. While the theory of data analysis and processing uses content analysis. The findings show: first, rationalizing sunnah/traditions that contradict human reason; second, understanding of the Sunnah by Muhammad Syahrur integrating science and breaking scientific linearity; third, the concept of understanding the Sunnah of Muhammad Syahrur can be considered as an attempt to uncover the chaos of the study of the science of hadith.Keywords: Science of hadith, Sunnah, Muhammad Syahrur

Abstract

This article explains about the implementation of reading and telling learning strategies in kindergartens. So far we know that learning is the main aspect in the education process, because the learning experience that students get during the learning process will play a very important role in the formation of abilities which will then determine the quality of education. In the activities of the teaching and learning process, the learning strategy has a very important role, one of which is the application of learning strategies to reading and telling stories. The main discussion in this article explains the Implementation of Reading Learning Strategies and Tells Stories at Kindergarten (Kindergarten) Institutions. This article is a conceptual description taken in depth from various book references and information from various sources. Analysis obtained is that reading activities must be carried out if the child is happy, so that the child will be able to enjoy and digest what they are reading, namely through the world of games or singing..Keywords:  learning strategies, reading and telling
