Abstract

The presence of technology is able to overcome technical deficiencies in producing more output with the same amount of input or producing output of high quality and quantity. We can see the influence of technology very clearly in various fields, namely by increasing capital productivity, labor productivity and total productivity. Thus, one way to continue increasing economic growth in DKI Province is by improving technology. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of technology on the economic growth of DKI Province. This research uses secondary data for the period 1990-2000 obtained from government institutions. With the independent variable, namely technology which is measured through capital per workforce. This data was analyzed using the Ak model of Solow growth and estimated using the Ordinary Least Square Adjusted (OLS) method. The research results show that technology has a positive and significant effect on economic growth at a confidence level of 96.3 percent with a significance level of α=0.04. The determinant coefficient of this model is 0.9629, this means that 96 percent of the independent variable, namely technology (k), can explain the dependent variable, the remaining 4.82 percent can be explained by other variables outside this model. By knowing the benefits of technology which is very influential in economic growth, it is very important for the DKI Provincial government to take the best policies in maintaining and improving continuous technological progress through science by continuing to improve compulsory school programs and improving the quality of education, providing educational scholarships to finance schools and improving health.

Abstract

This research was conducted to explain, find out and describe the quality of service to customers at Indomaret Dadi Kusmayadi. This research uses a qualitative approach research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis model used by researchers is the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014: 12-14). This research shows the results that the quality of service to customers at Indomaret must be further improved, and that improvements need to be made by Indomaret employees in terms of service quality. a) Increasing the comfort of the place in serving customers, b) Providing the best service to customers, c) Carrying out service accurately and quickly, d) And being able to consistently provide good service in accordance with the provisions of the Company's Standard Operating Procedures at Indomaret.

Abstract

Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD) is vital in the government's implementation in meeting its needs and services to society. One of the components of PAD is Local Retribution. Sumedang Regency has various local retributions, which various authorized agencies manage, and one of them is the parking retribution on the side of the public road. This research aims to determine and describe the financial performance of parking retribution on the side of the public road. This research uses descriptive research methods, with data collection techniques through documentation studies and interviews. The research results show that the average effectiveness ratio of parking retribution on the side of the public road in 2018-2022 is 64.23%, classified as ineffective. Meanwhile, the contribution made to PAD is only 0.17%, which is categorized as very low. However, the analysis of income growth from retribution is dominated by positive growth. In 2021 and 2022, revenue growth could reach 650% and 66%. There is a positive impact from the implementation of subscription parking.

Abstract

In the current economic development, every company must be able to compete fiercely and toughly in the business world. The tighter the competition faced, the greater the desire and motivation of each company to improve its company in achieving its respective targets and goals. This ongoing competition requires every company to be able to maintain its business excellence. The business excellence of a company can be seen from how a company has the values ​​of knowledge, expertise, innovation and other intellectual assets owned by individuals, companies or organizations. Another advantage that can be assessed is how the company can carry out its operations well, and the extent to which a company can produce or produce goods or services. Apart from that, we can also see how a company can manage its finances well in achieving an entity's financial goals.

Abstract

This study presents a review of the factors that can affect employee performance as human resources, this study has the aim of building hypotheses to be used in further research. Previous studies or research, which are relevant, are necessary and important in a reset or scientific article. Human resources are productive individuals who work as the driving force of an organization, both in institutions and companies that have functions as assets so that they must be trained and developed their abilities. There is no organization or company that does not need human resources, all of which are needed to achieve organizational goals. Not only that, this section also has the obligation and responsibility to develop the organization by applying all organizational values and culture. At the same time, the results of the hypothesis; 1. Motivation affects employee performance 2. Career development affects employee performance 3. Human Resource Planning can affect employee performance 4. The work environment can affect employee performance 5. Leadership style has an influence on employee performance. This research is a literature review raised from various previous studies (previous research) in order to serve as reference material for further studies in the human resources field.

Abstract

Poverty is a symptom that is experienced by humans because of differences in resources that have an impact on the welfare of human survival thus the level of poverty is related to the level of one's welfare. People want to have prosperity is a common thing, therefore poverty must be minimized whether it is urban or rural. In East Java, the poverty rate is aiming for an increase in the 2020-2021 period after it decreased in 2022. In the unemployment rate has decreased also accompanied by the Community Development Index (HDI) which has increased, the research uses secondary data taken from the statistics agency for East Java province via the internet to supplement the data. Using multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of softwhare SPSS, the results obtained concluded that poverty in East Java is significantly and negatively affected by the variable HDI.

Abstract

In the rapidly developing digital era, digital marketing and promotional strategies have become the core of companies' efforts to achieve success and sustainable business growth. PT Penawar Legenda Maju (PLM), a leading network marketing company in Indonesia, has utilized digital marketing to achieve its business goals. Superior products such as PLMSaipress Drops, MySaipress Capsules, MyAdam, AdamQu Coffee, and BioSaipress Soap have won the hearts of Indonesian consumers thanks to their guaranteed quality and safety. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach to investigate the digital marketing strategies used by PT. PLM JAYA and analyze the impact of implementing digital marketing on relationships with consumers, company performance and economic development. The research results show that PT. PLM JAYA has succeeded in applying information technology theory efficiently, increasing operational efficiency, interacting with customers via social media, and optimizing digital marketing strategies. Digital marketing and promotions have become a key element in a company's marketing strategy, increasing brand awareness, sales and interaction with customers. By focusing on a specific target market, interesting content, performance measurement, and clear promotional messages, PT. Abstract

Service Strategy is a way of responding to a situation and reality by providing solutions to be able to get out of that situation. One way to get the attention of customers and form a good perception of the product among consumers is by implementing a customer service strategy. Carrying out online account opening procedures properly and providing excellent service quality is a good step in attracting the interest of customers or the public in using sharia banking products. The purpose of this research is to find out, what are the service strategies for opening online accounts for the BSI Easy Mudharabah savings product in attracting public interest at BSI KCP Medan Aksara and what obstacles are experienced by banks and customers in opening accounts online. To find out this problem, this research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the service strategy carried out at BSI KCP. Medan Aksara in order to attract the interest of its customers, namely: Carrying out a referral program, being friendly, polite and courteous, carrying out promotions, being able to handle all complaints, facilities and infrastructure. The obstacles faced are: unsupportive signals, full cellphone storage space, customers who do not understand the procedures for opening an online account, many people who do not understand Android applications.

Abstract

The implementation of correspondence at the Food Crops and Horticulture Agriculture Office is very important to ensure smooth communication between the office and other parties, both internal and external. Correspondence is used for various purposes, such as notifications, requests, submissions, and so on. In the implementation of correspondence at the Food Crops and Horticulture Agriculture Office, there are several things that need to be considered. First, the letter format must be adjusted to the applicable standards and can facilitate the archiving process. Second, the use of clear and easy-to-understand language so that the message can be conveyed properly. In addition, letter security must also be considered. Letters containing confidential or important information must be kept confidential and must not be misused. Therefore, procedures for sending, storing, and deleting letters must be well organized and carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. In practice, the implementation of correspondence at the Food Crops and Horticulture Agriculture Office can utilize information technology, such as the use of email or a mail management information system to speed up and facilitate the correspondence process. However, the use of technology must be accompanied by adequate security so as not to cause harm to the agency. By implementing correspondence properly, the Food Crops and Horticulture Agriculture Office can improve work efficiency and effectiveness and strengthen relationships with other parties, so as to achieve the goals that have been set.

Abstract

TikTok Shop is a social commerce feature that allows users and content creators to promote and sell their products through TikTok. The impact of e-commerce on the Indonesian economy has been enormous, causing the country to experience unprecedented growth in this sector. TikTok Shop, an investment project in the popular social media application TikTok, was initially a huge success, making it easier for businesses and customers to interact in unique ways. However, this growth changed significantly after the TikTok Shop in Indonesia closed. The aim of this research is to determine the impact that occurred as a result of the TikTok shop being closed. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The results of this research are that the closure of the TikTok Shop has a significant impact on product sales. This impact can be positive or negative. The positive impact is that it can increase competition in the e-commerce industry. However, the negative impact is that it can cause a decrease in sales for sellers, difficulty finding alternative e-commerce platforms, and the loss of COD payment methods.
