Abstract

AbstractMosque as one of the objects of waqf can provide added value if managed productively. Land of the mosque can be used for a variety productive activities according to the principles of Islam. ! is study analyzes the aspects of marketing and " nancial aspects, the feasibility study for the project productive endowments shopping block Masjid AlFairuz Pekalongan.The data used in the form of quantitative and qualitative data. Factors that will be analyzed in the marketing aspects that shape the market, demand and supply, marketing strategy (segmenting, targetting, and positioning), as well as the marketing mix strategy.Financial aspects of the Average Rate of Return, Payback Period, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return , and Pro" tability Index. The results of research projects developing productive waqf shopping block mosque of Al-Fairuz Pekalongan is feasible. In the aspect of marketing, business managers haveestablished a marketing strategy and marketing mix well. On the " nancial aspect, the ARR value indicates the number of 59%, greater than the minimum accounting rate of return of 7.30%. Payback Period calculation produces a value of 2 years, 6 months, 29 days, less than the economic life of the project. Project NPV is positive value of Rp 209,224,199.00. IRR of 20%, greater than the rate of return of deposits mudaraba Islamic banks are used in the calculation (7.30%). PI calculation results show 1.297193465 value greater than 1 (PI 1) .Keywords: Feasibility Study, Waqf Productive, marketing aspects, " nancial aspects

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and collects data through interviews about relevant literature or library materials, such as books, journals and websites, related to the research subject. The beverage industry has grown rapidly in recent years. There is no worry that many investors are interested in investing in Indonesia, and mixue is one of them. The Mixue franchise company was founded in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China, in June 1997, and sells tea drinks and soft serve ice cream. The marketing mix or marketing mix is ​​a marketing tool that forms a strategy for the company's marketing activities to achieve the company's vision and mission in an optimal way. This writing aims to analyze how the use of Marketing Mix has an impact on the Mixue beverage industry and whether it influences purchasing decisions in this industry. The results of this research show that Mixue Comal uses a Marketing Mix system, which consists of seven marketing components including product, price, place, promotion, people, processes and facilities which have a positive impact on the beverage industry and Mixue Comal purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The history of the development of accounting systems is closely linked to the development of knowledge and technology, with accounting practices functioning as a buffer against the needs of society and the corporate environment in the current period of globalization. This research uses research sources from relevant journals. As part of social science, the emergence of accounting science begins with accounting practices in socio-economic life. The emergence of accounting started in Europe, then developed in Indonesia, which was divided into 4 eras, accompanied by technological developments. Accounting plays a role in national economic development with various professions in the accounting field.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze how the use of the SIMDA FMIS application in the Regional Inspectorate of Tegal City can improve the quality of financial reports. Descriptive qualitative research is a type. Primary and secondary data are the types of data used. Interviews, documentation and observations were used to collect data. The research results show that the Regional Inspectorate of Tegal City has used SIMDA FMIS well, according to four indicators: communication, resources, disposition or attitude, and bureaucratic structure. Communication indicators show that communication has gone well, there is no conflict between policy implementers and policy makers and no information distortion, according to communication indicators. Resource indicators are well implemented, there are three factors that ensure the successful use of SIMDA-NG FMIS: resources have adequate expertise and skills; employees are involved in training and education; and facilities and infrastructure that support the use of SIMDA-NG FMIS. Disposition indicators (attitudes), implementers have a positive attitude towards the policy of using the SIMDA-NG FMIS application because it allows employees to prepare financial reports and provide supporting evidence that is more comprehensive, effective and in accordance with the needs for monitoring financial position and performance achievements. Indicators of the bureaucratic structure, especially the level of supervision, have worked well as shown by the smooth submission of financial reports which have never been hampered by SIMDA-NG FMIS.

Abstract

Advancements in educational world make the responsibility of educational institutions in generating graduates with better quality to be able of facing competition of human life in the future. To improve the quality of education, directed strategic efforts are needed in utilizing existing resource opportunities. The implementation of management related to human resources, operations, finance or budget, and administration is very important in formal and non-formal educational institutions. This research aims to reveal the strategic management implemented in educational institutions in improving education’s quality. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method of literature study type with data sources obtained from several journal articles. This research has the results that the programs in improving human resources are the recruitment process, coaching and empowerment of educators. In the management of operations in educational institutions, it is carried out by concentrating the implementation of learning programs and encouraging the growth of community awareness to create community learning activity centers. The budget also supports the implementation of educational programs, so it is important to manage finances and budgets so that educational institutions can operate effectively. Meanwhile, in improving administrative services, it is conducted by strategy formulation, strategy implementation, strategy planning and control, and evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on repurchase intention at Coffee Shops in Pekalongan. This type of research is quantitative research. The test tools are Validity Test, Reliability Test and Hypothesis Test which includes T Test and F Test. The data collection strategy uses questionnaires to 30 respondents. SPSS application is a tool used for data analysis. This study found that service quality and price can affect customer satisfaction directly and there is an indirect effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract

UMKM have an important role in improving the economic sector in Indonesia. Increasing economic growth will also have an impact on the progress and welfare of business people or UMKM. The purpose of this study was to explore the influence of marketing strategy, human resource competence (HR), financial management and accounting information systems in improving the performance of UMKM. This study uses qualitative research methods by analyzing theory and the influence or relationship between the dependent and independent variables quoted from journals sourced from Google Scholar. This study shows that marketing strategy, human resource competence (HR), financial management, and accounting information systems (SIA) have a positive effect on the performance of UMKM.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to define marketing, human resources, and functional strategies. Marketing managers will be guided by this marketing functional level plan as they decide who will sell what, to whom, where, how much, and how. On the other hand, the role and purpose of marketing is to help a business achieve its goals by placing goods and services profitably in the market. This research approach is qualitative, namely research that is natural and produces descriptive information. In this study, information was collected through a research literature study from journals, books, theses, or theses that provide theoretical discussion. The findings of this study indicate that functional strategy and human resource strategy have no effect on business performance, but financial strategy and marketing strategy do.
