Abstract

In this research, there is a phenomenon about the ineffectiveness of handling traffic problems which are the authority of the Bandung City Transportation Service. The ineffectiveness can be seen from the road arrangements, both the direction of traffic flow and the handling of problems with lights and traffic signs as well as the number of bad road vehicles that still pass on the highway. In connection with this phenomenon, the purpose of this study is to determine: 1. The effectiveness of the work of employees at the Bandung City Relations Office and 2. The factors that influence the work effectiveness of employees at the Bandung City Transportation Service. This research took place at the Department of Transportation of Bandung City. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. Data obtained from interviews the data sources were obtained from documents and informants. Research informants are the head of the Bandung traffic service and the community. Data analysis was carried out using interactive analysis techniques, which included data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study concluded that: 1. The work effectiveness of the Bandung transportation service employees was quite good, seen from the work and implementation, the implementation of sudden tasks, the creativity of employees, job satisfaction of employees and users of community satisfaction.2. The factors that affect work effectiveness are employee job satisfaction, sudden assignments, communication and coordination between technical implementing units, cooperation in team work and between implementing units or between sections, employee creativity in completing work, facilities and infrastructure that accommodate and in accordance with needs, as well as community support in the form of road use in accordance with the rules and regulations.

Abstract

The clinic as one of the public service agencies requires the awareness of an accurate and reliable information system, and is adequate to improve its services to patients and other related environments. With such a wide scope of service, of course there are many complex problems that occur in the service process in the clinic. The number of variables in the clinic also determines the speed of information flow required by users and the PHP clinic environment can also be integrated with HTML, JavaScript, Jquery, and Ajax. However, in general PHP is more widely used in conjunction with HTML-type files. By using PHP we can create a dynamic powerful website with the accompanied database management. In addition, the use of PHP, which can mostly be used on many platforms, is one of the reasons why you have to master PHP to become a reliable web development.

Abstract

Many companies today realize that they need fast, accurate and timely information to make decisions, the administrative activities of the organization will affect whether or not the decisions taken by the company. Delays in organizational activities will also affect decisions, where decisions are required accuracy and speed. The research was conducted at CV Amarta Nawa Indonesia in Jakarta research method using qualitative deriktif. Data obtained from interview data sources obtained from documents and informants. Research informants are managers, staff and primary documents from CV Amarta Nawa Indonesia in Jakarta. Data analysis is carried out with interactive technical analysis, which includes data collection, data presentation, data reduction and conclusion drawing. The creation of The Transportation Service Application Program aims in addition to making it easier for employees to also be able tofesiensi time, both in the process of inputting, searching and processing monthly data. With this application program, employees can reduce the level of errors and errors in the delivery of job order data and car orders

Abstract

X is a telecommunications company in Indonesia, PT X itself started its commercial operations since October 8, 1996 and until now PT. Abstract

The Research Title is An Analysis of Cultural Preservation Policy at the Depok Regency Youth and Sports Tourism Cultural Office. This is because aside from the culture and the community, the role of the Government, namely the Department of Youth Tourism culture and sports Depok regency is very large role in the preservation of culture, especially Tayub Dance. This research is about the analysis of cultural preservation policies in the Depok Regency Youth and Sports Tourism Cultural Office on tayub dance arts in Mertasinga Village, Gunung Jati SubDistrict which aims to 1) To find out the implementation of the cultural preservation program policy of the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports Depok regency; 2) To find out the factors that support the policy in the cultural conservation program of the Depok Regency Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports; 3) To find out the obstacles faced in the cultural preservation policy in the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports Depok Regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive research that describes the analysis of cultural preservation policies in the Department of Cultural Tourism of Youth and Sports, and also uses interview methods for data search. The results of this study show that 1) There is still no implementation of cultural preservation program policy in the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports Depok Regency, 2) There are still not maximal cultural development in the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports Depok Regency, 3) There are obstacles to cultural preservation policy in the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports Depok Regency.

Abstract

This research uses qualitative approach. Qualitative approach is a process of research and understanding based on a methodology that investigates a phenomenal.  According to jane richie qualitative research is an effort to improve the social world and its perspective in the world, in terms of concepts, behaviors, perceptions and problems about human beings are meticulous. From the discussion and observation of research, it can be concluded the following: First, it takes a long time to modulate the inventory of goods, therefore it is necessary to improve through development methods such as HIPO and basic visual coding. Second, The lack of thoroughness in modulates every item entering and exiting, for that the need for a program of application of inventory.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and find out the results of the analysis of sources and use of working capital at Bank Sumut for the 2019-2020 period. This research uses descriptive analysis. The object of this research is the Bank of North Sumatra. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data in the form of company financial records at Bank Sumut in 2019-2020. Sources of data used in this study using secondary data sources. The results showed that there was an increase in working capital seen from the table of changes in working capital and the table of sources of working capital use at Bank Sumut, as well as an increase in working capital with quantitative concepts, qualitative concepts and functional concepts in 2019 to 2020.

Abstract

At this time the world has entered the industrial revolution 4.0, where all life activities are based online. The advancement of the world of technology today requires the internet as a means of communication, data exchange, and information seeking media which is in great demand by every group, especially the millennial generation. This study aims to determine the role of tiktok social media in increasing interest in entrepreneurship in the millennial generation. The method that the researcher uses in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method by conducting interviews with 10 informants who have a TikTok account with more than 800 followers. The results of the interview show that TikTok plays a role in increasing interest in entrepreneurship in the millennial generation as a promotional medium and a forum for selling online. so there is no need to meet directly with consumers. That way, the millennial generation doesn't have to spend a lot of money to make brochures, and they don't have to rent an expensive place to sell.

Abstract

An Anti-icing system is a system that aims to prevent the formation of ice when the plane is in the air. The formation of ice in aircraft is of great concern because an airplane flight will pass through the atmosphere, which will experience the formation of the ice at a certain altitude. The formation of such ice will cause a hazard to the aircraft. So that the ice protection system, namely the anti-icing system, is very concerned so that it is always in a serviceable condition. In this study, direct observation and fault tree analysis were used to determine the cause of failure of the Boeing 737-800 NG anti-ice system engine and anti-icing cowl inlet. The results of the analysis using the fault tree analysis method obtained essential events, namely: actuator fails, electrical connector disconnected, Control Selenoid Trouble, Regulator Trouble, Sense Line Connector Trouble, Engine Fault, Engine Control Trouble, Engine Duct Trouble, Panel Buttom Problem, EICAS Module Problem, No Source Electricity, Negative Electrical Source, Wiring Problem.

Abstract

This study aims to improve teacher performance in learning at SD Negeri 1 Sendang, Karanggede District, Boyolali Regency by using class visit supervision. This research is a school action research. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Sendang, Karanggede District, Boyolali Regency. The research subjects were elementary school teachers from class I to class VI. The research procedure uses two cycles. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis techniques. Indicators of achieving the success rate with a minimum score of 75% teachers show high scores following the supervision of post-covid-19 class visits in improving teacher performance. The results of this study indicate that supervision of post-covid-19 class visits can improve teacher performance in learning, this is because through supervision of class visits they feel that they receive input and know the shortcomings in learning. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that through supervision of post-covid-19 class visits, it can improve teacher performance in learning at SD Negeri 1 Sendang, Karanggede District, Boyolali Regency for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. Thus, it can be concluded that through supervision of post-covid-19 class visits, teachers can improve the performance of teachers in learning at SD Negeri 1 Sendang, Karanggede District, Boyolali Regency.
