Analysis of The Quality of Public Services In The Manufacture of Identity Cards (KTP) In The Department of Population and Civil Registration of The City of Majalengka Oxy Hendro Prabowo

Public service is the most highlighted thing in any government organization that provides services. One of the public services provided is the making of Identity Card (KTP), as one of the services provided by the government. In this service, the community becomes the most important assessor in knowing the extent of the quality of public services provided by government officials. This paper aims to find out the extent of the quality of public services carried out by the government apparatus to the community. The background of doing this writing is because in terms of the quality of public services, the government apparatus as the implementation of public services is considered less optimal in serving the community. Karna felt less optimal because it takes a long time in the manufacture. The method of writing used is to use qualitative methods through descriptive approaches, by taking the location of writing in the Civil Registration and Population Office of the City of Majalengka, while the key informants in this writing are the Head of the Population and Civil Registration Office of the City of Majalengka, and the Head of Population Coming Field, then the Community on site as the main assessor in the services provided. The data sources used in this writing are primary data and secondary data. The primary data in this writing is obtained from the results of polling and interviews, while secondary data is obtained from other libraries to support the data that has been obtained. Data collection methods used are literature studies, observations, and in-depth interviews. Data analysis is done through data reduction, data display, data verification and inference. In this study the authors used the dimensions of Public Service in Lovelock theory to measure the extent of the quality of public service. The result is (1) Tangible: not optimal enough, (2) Realiable: not enough oprimal, (3) Responsiveness: optimal enough, (4) Assurance: not optimal enough, (5) Empathy: not optimal enough. From the research that researchers did about the Quality of Public Services in the Making of Identity Cards (KTP) in the Office of Population and Civil Registration of the City of Majalengka, it can be concluded that it has not run optimally. Because it takes a long time in the making, which is not in accordance with the promise given by the government.

Information technology is growing very fast, along with human needs that are also growing, with the internet then we will get millions of information, even we can do business sales through the Internet. therefore it is necessary to use a dynamic website in the sales business as a marketing tool to increase sales. with the website will be easier in introducing its products, as well as conducting various buying and selling transactions.The purpose of this research is to produce a web-based clothing sales information system e-commerce in distro threefive, helping distro threefive in promoting and selling products to consumers. Methodology carried out in data collection related to the preparation or completion of this final task is interviews, observations and literature studies. The results of this study explain the design of the system. which includes ERD, normalization, HIPO structure, program flowchart as well as program performance design. While in the implementation there is a relationship between the table, database structure and application program used and input design (input) and output design (output).

In this research, there is a phenomenon about the ineffectiveness of handling traffic problems which are the authority of the Bandung City Transportation Service. The ineffectiveness can be seen from the road arrangements, both the direction of traffic flow and the handling of problems with lights and traffic signs as well as the number of bad road vehicles that still pass on the highway. In connection with this phenomenon, the purpose of this study is to determine: 1. The effectiveness of the work of employees at the Bandung City Relations Office and 2. The factors that influence the work effectiveness of employees at the Bandung City Transportation Service. This research took place at the Department of Transportation of Bandung City. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. Data obtained from interviews the data sources were obtained from documents and informants. Research informants are the head of the Bandung traffic service and the community. Data analysis was carried out using interactive analysis techniques, which included data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study concluded that: 1. The work effectiveness of the Bandung transportation service employees was quite good, seen from the work and implementation, the implementation of sudden tasks, the creativity of employees, job satisfaction of employees and users of community satisfaction.2. The factors that affect work effectiveness are employee job satisfaction, sudden assignments, communication and coordination between technical implementing units, cooperation in team work and between implementing units or between sections, employee creativity in completing work, facilities and infrastructure that accommodate and in accordance with needs, as well as community support in the form of road use in accordance with the rules and regulations.

The clinic as one of the public service agencies requires the awareness of an accurate and reliable information system, and is adequate to improve its services to patients and other related environments. The Research Title is An Analysis of Cultural Preservation Policy at the Depok Regency Youth and Sports Tourism Cultural Office. This is because aside from the culture and the community, the role of the Government, namely the Department of Youth Tourism culture and sports Depok regency is very large role in the preservation of culture, especially Tayub Dance. This research is about the analysis of cultural preservation policies in the Depok Regency Youth and Sports Tourism Cultural Office on tayub dance arts in Mertasinga Village, Gunung Jati SubDistrict which aims to 1) To find out the implementation of the cultural preservation program policy of the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports Depok regency; 2) To find out the factors that support the policy in the cultural conservation program of the Depok Regency Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports; 3) To find out the obstacles faced in the cultural preservation policy in the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports Depok Regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive research that describes the analysis of cultural preservation policies in the Department of Cultural Tourism of Youth and Sports, and also uses interview methods for data search. The results of this study show that 1) There is still no implementation of cultural preservation program policy in the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports Depok Regency, 2) There are still not maximal cultural development in the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports Depok Regency, 3) There are obstacles to cultural preservation policy in the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports Depok Regency.

This research uses qualitative approach. Qualitative approach is a process of research and understanding based on a methodology that investigates a phenomenal.Â According to jane richie qualitative research is an effort to improve the social world and its perspective in the world, in terms of concepts, behaviors, perceptions and problems about human beings are meticulous. From the discussion and observation of research, it can be concluded the following: First, it takes a long time to modulate the inventory of goods, therefore it is necessary to improve through development methods such as HIPO and basic visual coding. Second, The lack of thoroughness in modulates every item entering and exiting, for that the need for a program of application of inventory.
