Abstract

This research analyzed the relationship between green innovation and sustainable development. The method used in this research is bibliometric. The bibliometric analysis conveys the journal's authors, provides past, present, and future capabilities of this particular theme, and serves as a goal and guide for current researchers to understand the themes of green innovation and sustainable development. The research aims to empirically capture the intellectual form, capacity, and direction of knowledge development. Achieve the goal using the VOSViewer software and the Web of Science (WoS) scientific database. VOSviewer software was adopted as a bibliometric analysis tool to visualize author, country, journal and keyword networks. The analysis conducted on 4 November 2022 cites 2043 documents from 2015 to 2022. The results prove that the number of green and sustainable innovation publications has grown relevantly in the last eight years. Ranked first in China as the most productive country in green innovation and sustainable development research and ranked second in the USA with the involvement of lead authors and research institutes. Keyword analysis shows that studies on green innovation and sustainable development in the last eight years have focused on environmental, economic, and technological themes. The bibliometric analysis provides data relevant to the main themes studied regarding green innovation and sustainable development.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of financial performance and capital structure on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. The sample in this study was 13 property and real estate sector companies from 2011 to 2020, with a total of 130 observations. This study found that financial performance and capital structure positively affect firm value. Meanwhile, this study finds that dividend policy cannot moderate the effect of financial performance and capital structure on firm value. The results of this study indicate that property and real estate investors still prioritize the firm's financial performance. Investors are relatively more cautious in investing in property and real estate sector companies even though the dividends offered are pretty high. Thus, property and real estate sector companies need to be more creative in improving their financial performance and obtaining resources to develop their business.

Abstract

The telecommunications business situation in Indonesia currently plays an essential role in the national economy. The rapid advancement of technology in Indonesia is increasing, which causes a high need for adequate telecommunication facilities. This telecommunications need aims to support ease in disseminating information and a tool for communicating from one place to another. The essence of this study is to determine the effect of brand trust, brand equity, and social media marketing on brand loyalty among Telkomsel users. The method used is descriptive quantitative and data collection using primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Respondents in this study were individuals who bought the products at least three times in a particular time. The respondents who were determined by the study were 203 sample people. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling. The results of this study indicate that brand trust and equity affect brand loyalty, while social media marketing has no effect on brand loyalty. As well as with the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, the spread is only through online surveys, which are less efficient because they need to interact directly with respondents. This study successfully obtained 214 respondents but only 203 valid or usable data.

Abstract

The progress of building construction that is developing in our country affects the number of diverse building functions resulting in the quantity of buildings, the acceleration of the desired building and the demand for higher quality construction. Mortar is a mixture consisting of Cement, Fine Aggregate and Water. The adhesive in the mortar can be in the form of clay, lime, or cement. Fine Aggregate (Sand) in the mortar mix serves as a filler (glued material) either in a hardened or unhardened state. This final project research was conducted at the Structure and Materials Laboratory of the Banjarmasin State Polytechnic. Data collection was carried out by the method used to collect, study and collect data or sources related to the topic raised in a study. Studies can be obtained from various sources, such as journals, papers, reports, documentation books, internet (browsing) and libraries. The results of the compressive strength on the age of mortar At the age of 3 days Semen Gresik Pasir Barito is 6.05 Mpa, At the age of 7 days Semen Gresik Pasir Barito is 6.05 Mpa, At the age of 14 days Semen Gresik Pasir Awang Bangkal is 8.66 Mpa, At the age of 28 days Semen Gresik sand Awang Bangkal 10.68 MPa. It can be concluded that Pasir Barito is included in zone IV and Pasir Awang Bangkal is included in zone II. Based on the results of the average compressive strength of the mortar, the results obtained were: Barito sand at the age of 3 days was 6.05 Mpa, at 7 days old was 6.05 Mpa, aged 14 days was 7.68 Mpa, and aged 28 days was 9.56 Mpa, Pasir Awang Bangkal at the age of 3 days was 4.14 Mpa, the age of 7 days was 4.75 Mpa, the age of 14 days was 8.66 Mpa, and the age of 28 days was 10.68 Mpa.

Abstract

This research shows that contagious violence is vital in spreading violence against women in Afghanistan. This research argues that it is vital to pay attention to how violence exposes a subject, when it happened and who, i.e. exposed to violence at that time. It is crucial also to produce immunity amidst a society in Afghanistan. It is crucial to prevent the broader transmission of violence in Afghanistan. Contagious violence and immunity theory show that Taliban is the Host of violence that needs to be overcome. Taliban were massively spreading violence to disrupt the immune system of anti-violence in Afghanistan. Hiding the proof and preventing report activity will cause horrible silent spreading of violence. This research also shows that tracing and immediate response to violent acts is needed to cut off the chain of contagious violence. Finding violence clusters and directly intervening is needed to prevent the subject who is already exposed from becoming more violent than the perpetrator. Producing an immunity system and direct intervention in all clusters of violence amidst society is more effective than urging the Taliban to stop the violence. Violence in Afghanistan is a contagious illness that has to be solved so a woman there can access their fundamental rights. Taliban can be categorized as one of " the Hosts" of contagious violence in Afghanistan. Taliban do any forms of violence that harm women's rights and put violence a common thing as a punishment for the woman there.
