Abstract

The development of information technology provides great benefits for society, especially in terms of information. STIMIK Sepuluh Nopember Jayapura is one of the private campuses in the city of Jayapura which has a computer laboratory, the STIMIK Sepuluh Nopember Jayapura computer laboratory provides facilities for students to develop skills in information and communication technology. However, the system used today still has deficiencies in displaying schedule information and practicum modules. Therefore, it is necessary to build a website-based information system that can be useful in displaying schedule and module information clearly and easily understood. The development method uses the prototype method, the data collection method uses the interview method, observation and literature study the design method uses a structured method with context diagrams, and the database description uses ERD and this system is built using the PHP programming language and the database used is MySQL. This information system is based on an online website where the output results are in the form of operators being able to access the information system and input module data and schedules so that students can view or download practicum module data along with the particum schedule. Based on the results of the Black Box testing, all system functions can run properly or 100% valid, so that the module data processing information system and practicum schedule are in accordance with what is expected by the user and the user can access information about the module along with the practicum schedule in real time and it is easier to used.

Abstract

The laboratory is a tool and setting to support the implementation of learning as it relates to the growth of knowledge, abilities, and scientific discoveries. Various tasks performed in the lab, like practicum and administrative tasks in the computer training laboratory, are still done manually using a computer but are not based on information methods. The previous laboratory website is still used for data collecting for practicum participants and recaps of practicum vacations. As a result, they frequently run into problems while trying to recapitulate student data, track attendance for practicum activities, or even teach vacation recap. Abstract

Processing of patient data at the Mulia Mother and Child Hospital has so far been carried out on a paper-based basis and there has been no data integration between the registration, polyclinic, pharmacy and medical records departments. In order for better service and patient data processing to support decision making and provide fast and accurate information, enterprise architecture analysis and planning is needed. The aim of this research is enterprise architecture planning for information systems and information technology that will be applied to maternal and child hospitals in line with the vision and mission so that strategic objectives can be achieved. The research uses the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) method with the Architecture Development Method (ADM). TOGAF ADM has eight stages, this research only uses five stages, namely Preliminary, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, and Technology Architecture. The research results are in the form of an information system and information technology blueprint that can support business processes to achieve the strategic goals expected by Mulia mother and child hospital. Apart from that, the TOGAF ADM method produces architectural designs according to the institution's vision and mission, so that it can overcome existing problems.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a transaction management system for shoe laundry booking at Jivin Clean, which can assist the owner of Jivin Clean in recording laundry orders. The method used to complete this system is the waterfall method, which consists of several stages, including system requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The outcome of this research is a web-based application for managing shoe laundry booking transactions. In the system, the admin can add and modify order data. Additionally, customers can check the status of their laundry progress. This helps customers know whether their laundry is still in progress or has been completed. The transaction management system for laundry orders at Jivin Clean can assist and facilitate Jivin Clean in recording laundry orders. Furthermore, the system operates efficiently, as evidenced by black-box testing results showing 100% success in testing 15 features.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop a web-based information system for repaint services at Karya Mandiri Paint Workshop. In constructing this system, the researcher employed the waterfall methodology, which consists of five phases: system requirements analysis, system design, implementation, system testing, and maintenance. This study resulted in a web-based application for the information system of repaint services at Karya Mandiri Paint Workshop. The system allows for customer data entry, order data input, addition of paint color data, and recording of repaint order queues. The built repaint service system can assist Karya Mandiri Paint Workshop and has been verified through blackbox testing to function effectively

Abstract

The lack of information is one of the challenges faced by people who want to start catfish farming in Banyuwangi, due to a lack of knowledge about catfish farming methods. This is what motivates the author to provide information recommendations using Augmented Reality-based technology as an educational medium. The implementation aims to reach people who want to learn how to farm catfish, from selecting fingerlings to the harvesting process. The method used in creating this learning media is the application of AR (Augmented Reality) technology. Augmented Reality can provide easily understandable and absorbable supporting information. This technique also offers an attractive interface by combining various multimedia aspects, including visuals, audio, and text simultaneously. Augmented reality-based video is applied through brochures. Testing on different smartphones resulted in effective marker recognition in lighting conditions of 10 Lux and above, at distances below 20cm. Marker recognition becomes challenging when markers are torn, wet, scribbled, or damaged.
