Abstract

At present it is using digital air measurements using much better analytical functions in the field using digital measurements that have accuracy weaknesses. Developing a condensation device into the air oxygen meter uses two methods: prioritizing Saltzman and Winkler, this corresponds to the contents in the air directly with air and oxygen. Development of atmospheric atmospheric condensation equipment for example ambient air oxygen concentration measuring generator, carried out with the R2D2 development model with a calibration process based on independent sample test Calibration T-test error test with digital titration and electrochemical methods, In addition to the significance of the measurement result is sig value 0.280 > 0, 05 and the calibration measurement results of the tool developed with a digital meter tool obtained the significance of the results that the sig value of 0.254 > 0.05 there was no difference between several samples using the method used.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe the implemenation of the use TGT model by applying Cerdas Cermat (Smart and Precise) Quiz to Increase the IXE SMP Negeri Sukorambi students’ learning achievement on dynamic electricity in the 2017/2018 Academic Year. Classroom Action Research was Designed by applying TGT Learning Model in Cerdas Cermat Quiz. The research steps was conducted by making small group the students at the beginning. Then, group discussion, presentation of group discussion result, and answering problems exercise. The result of Grade IXE SMPN Sukorambi science daily examination was still low, it was around 30%. It was probably because of the weakness of learning activity which was caused by uninteresting teaching model.

Abstract

Teaching and learning strategies with the jigsaw cooperative model, namely the teaching and learning process consisting of several students who are members of a group who are responsible for mastering the material being taught in the hope of transmitting it to other students / friends who are still in the group. The purpose of this study is to Improving the learning outcomes of Human Motion System Material for Class VIII G students of SMP Negeri 6 Jember using the jigsaw cooperative learning strategy. This research method uses a qualitative approach, this type of research is a type of classroom action research (PTK). Class action in this study was carried out with 2 cycles. Each cycle carried out the improvements to be achieved through the reflection stage. The results showed that by taking research subjects at SMP Negeri 6 Jember class VIII G. From the results of the test results of teaching and learning in cycle 1 obtained results with an average of 65.53% while in cycle 2 an average of 74.47%

Abstract

This research question is How do steps with REACT strategy to improve the students learning activity?. The learning impleentation with REACT strategy had threes steps which are:1) Opening, 2) Main, 3) Clossing. The result of this research showed that the students learning activities improved from cycle I to cycle II which is 18.62% from 67.00% in cycle one become 85.62% in cycle two. The other result of this research is the improved 15% which is from 75% in cycle I to 90% in cycle II. Based on the result of analysis known that using REACT strategy learning not only improve the students learning activities but also improve the student achievement. It is caused by the meaningful learning activity. So the students will well understand the concept of the learning material.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the profile of algebraic thinking in junior high school students in solving mathematical problems in terms of cognitive style (reflective and impulsive). The subjects used were class VIII B Arjasa 1 Junior High School as many as 25 children. Data collection in this study used two test questions, namely the MFFT test (Matching Familiar Figure Test), algebra test and interviews with four students representing different cognitive styles (reflective and impulsive) . In this study students who have reflective cognitive style and students who have impulsive cognitive style can fulfill five indicators of algebraic thinking, namely generalization, abstraction, analytical thinking, dynamic thinking, and modeling.
