Abstract

Abstrack: At present it is using digital air measurements using much better analytical functions in the field using digital measurements that have accuracy weaknesses. Developing a condensation device into the air oxygen meter uses two methods: prioritizing Saltzman and Winkler, this corresponds to the contents in the air directly with air and oxygen. Development of atmospheric atmospheric condensation equipment for example ambient air oxygen concentration measuring generator, carried out with the R2D2 development model with a calibration process based on independent sample test Calibration T-test error test with digital titration and electrochemical methods, In addition to the significance of the measurement result is sig value 0.280 > 0, 05 and the calibration measurement results of the tool developed with a digital meter tool obtained the significance of the results that the sig value of 0.254 > 0.05 there was no difference between several samples using the method used. Abstract

Biologically, clean water can be said to be suitable for use if the water does not contain pathogenic microorganisms that are harmful to human health. Chemically, consumable water is water that has a pH of 6.5-8.5. Physically it also needs attention. This study aims to find out how the relationship between the quality of biology, chemistry, physics, in Jember Regency well water based on the Republic of Indonesia PERMENKES No.492/MENKES/PER/IV/2010". The research begins with taking samples using purposive sampling technique. Then do the MPN test, acidity test (pH), organoleptic test, TDS test, and dissolved oxygen (DO) test for each sample. Based on the results of the correlation analysis it was found that there was no relationship between biological quality and population density and there was a relationship between the quality of physics and population density and there was no relationship between chemical quality (pH) but between chemical qualities (DO) with population density there is a relationship.

Abstract

Abstract: Endophytic bacteria are the most preferred biological agents in the last period to control Pratylenchus coffeae parasitic nematodes in coffee plants Endophytic bacteria are able to control P. coffeae and increase plant growth. The results of the application of endophytic bacteria can be increased through a combination application. This study aims to determine the effect of a combination of endophytic bacterial isolates isolated from a coffee plantation from Kalibendo garden on the growth of Arabica coffee seedlings attacked by P. coffeae nematode. The study used isolates of endocytic bacteria Micrococcus luteus, Micrococcus sp. and Bacillus sp. the density of 109 cfu in two-month Arabica coffee plant seeds with 9 treatments, 4 replications and 3 sub-replication for 4 months of research. The results showed that a combination of endophytic bacterial isolates was able to significantly increase the growth of Arabica coffee plant seeds. Abstract

Abztract: Azotobacter is one group of aerobic bacteria that colonizes root surfaces and is able to produce glyceroline promoting substances, cytokines and Indole Acetate Acid (IAA). Azotobacter can be found in the rhizosphere of various types of plants, such as soy rhizosphere (Glycinemax L.), rhizosphere palm (Elaeis guineensis), coffee (Coffea arabica), and corn (Zea mays). Rhizosphere is a soil zone that surrounds the roots of plants where biology and soil chemistry are affected by roots. This zone has a width of about 1 mm. In this study rhizosphere used is rhizosphere coffea Robusta plant. The purpose of this research is to know the isolated Azotobacter isolate from the rhiszosphere of Robusta coffee plant which attacked by Pratylenchus coffeae parasite parasite from Kalibendo plantation, Banyuwangi. The type of research used is explorative research. In this research successfully obtained 5 bacterial isolates. The result showed that from isolate isolate, 4 isolates were genus Azotobacter while 1 isolate was not known. Keyword: Azotobacter; Plant parasitic nematodes, Rhizosphere.

Abstract

Culex sp. is a vector of filariasis. Vector control mostly uses chemical insecticides which have a negative impact. Buas-buas plants (Premna serratifolia L.) are one of the plants that have the potential as an alternative to the use of chemical insecticides that have been widely used (as botanical insecticides). Buas-buas leaves (Premna serratifolia L.) contain alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, and tannins. This study aimed to test the toxicity of the purified extract of buas-buas leaf (Lethal concentration 50) on the mortality of Culex sp. larvae with an exposure time of 24 hours. Serial concentrations of purified extract used were 850, 1350, 1850, 2350, and 2850 ppm with four repetitions. Each treatment used 20 Culex sp. late three to early four instars. Toxicity testing of Culex sp. gives an LC50 result of 1799.77 ppm.. Kata Kunci: Culex sp.; Premna serratifolia L. ; Terpurifikasi; Toksisitas

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of research is to develop a Virtual Laboratory excretory system and determine the effect in improving students' motivation in class XI SMAN 2 Bondowoso. The development study refers to the development model Reflective, Recursive, Design, and Development (R2D2), afterward the product test performed by a quasi-experimental methods. The data collection was conducted by interview, validation expert, and ARCS questionnaires. The product validation result by material experts, development expert of teaching materials, flash media experts, and practitioners shows the percentage 93.05%, 90.62%, 94.16%, 93.88% ("Excellent"). The trial results showed that the Virtual Laboratory on excretion system improves significantly effect (p = 0.00) towards the students in class XI SMAN 2 Bondowoso motivation.Key Words: Virtual Laboratory, R2D2, learning motivation, ARCS Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian adalah mengembangkan Virtual Laboratory sistem ekskresi dan meneliti pengaruhnya dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI di SMAN 2 Bondowoso. Penelitian pengembangan mengacu pada model Reflective, Recursive, Design, and Development (R2D2), selanjutnya uji produk dilakukan dengan metode kuasi eksperimen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, validasi ahli, dan angket ARCS. Hasil validasi produk oleh ahli materi, ahli pengembangan bahan ajar, ahli media flash, dan praktisi lapangan menunjukkan persentase hasil berturut-turut 93,05%, 90,62%, 94,16%, 93,88% (“sangat baik”). Hasil uji coba menunjukkan Virtual Laboratory sistem ekskresi berpengaruh meningkatkan secara signifikan (p=0,00) terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI di SMAN 2 Bondowoso.Kata kunci: Virtual Laboratory, R2D2, Motivasi Belajar, ARCS

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop environment based digital comic as learning media in integrated science lesson. In this study, there are four development steps; surveys and needs analysis, product development, expert validation and a limited field test. Surveys conducted by taking questionnaire to 25 students who have attended in integrated science course. Based on the surveys result, we develop learning media in two stages: developing comic design then uploading into e-learning program. Field test subject is Physics education study program, that attended in  integrated science course. The result of this study shows that environment based digital comic can be used in the process of learning both in the classroom or self-study, with good scores both in expert validation and limited field test. This media can be applied in online learning process. Keywords: digital comic, environtment, integrated science

Abstract

Water is a natural resource which is needed for his life by all sentient beings is therefore important to know the quality of the water before consumption. The condition and texture of soil can affect the quality of the water. In district of Tegalsari Banyuwangi Regency that has a textured ground clay loam and loam water murky conditions, smelling the salty taste while in other regions the same in the sandy loam textured soil condition the water crystal clear, odorless and not felt. This research was conducted to find out the difference in the quality of biology, chemistry and physics there is ground water well textured clay loam, loam and sandy loam. Water quality test using 3 parameters i.e. biological parameter using the method of the test chemical, MPN includes the measurement of pH, and DO, test of physics include the measurement of TDS and organoleptic color, smell and taste. Research results based on biological and chemical parameters showed that water wells on the land of textured clay loam, loam and sandy loam worthy for consumption, while based on physical parameters (TDS) water well on clay loam textured soil proved to be not worth value consumed with TDS > 500 mg/l. In organoleptik water wells are fit to be consumed is water wells on the land of textured sandy loam because the water is colorless, odorless and tasteless No. The entire research results have been adjusted to PERMENKES RI No. 492/MENKES/PER/IV/2010.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this study is to develop Android based information system media about plant diversity in Alas Purwo National Park. This study is a developmen reserach using a 4-D development model (4 D model . Data collection methods used in this study were interviews, documentation, and expert validations. The result of this study about the validation of android based information system was all off expert validation evaluated this media very valid with a percentage of 89.55% in category quantitative assessment. In qualitative assessment, these media need to little modification such as in use of a source of the picture and more efficient to explant about plant description in the media

Abstract

This study aimed to develop a web-based learning materials using Moodle Application. This was a Research and Development study. The data were collected using needs analysis questionnaire, pre-test/post-test, student responses questionnaire, and experts validation. The development process was carried out using ADDIE model (Analyze, Development, Design, Implemantation, Evaluation). The result showed that all expert judgments were on satisfaction category. The content expert gave 80,23%, the learning media expert gave 80,7%, while the development expert agree in the point of 75% and teacher as user prospectus gave agreement on 80%.
