Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to find out what the potential of the Salman ITB Mosque is, to find out how the economic management of the people at the Salman ITB Mosque is, and to know the process of empowering the economy of the people at the Salman ITB Mosque. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection in this study is by means of interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted online using Google Meeting and met directly with the mosque management and economic management institutions at the Salman Mosque ITB. The results of this study are the potential of the Salman Mosque ITB, namely in terms of facilities and resources that are qualified and professional. Salman Mosque has facilities such as building rentals, kiosks, libraries, cooperatives, canteens, parking lots, and Charity Houses. For the economic management of the people or employees at the Salman Mosque, it is managed by the United Salman Cooperative. This cooperative was established with the aim of helping the welfare of members where members of this cooperative come from employees within Salman's own environment. The empowerment process carried out by the Salman Cooperative is Formation, Training, and Independence. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja potensi yang dimiliki oleh Masjid Salman ITB, mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan ekonomi umat di Masjid Salman ITB, dan mengetahui proses pemberdayaan ekonomi umat di Masjid Salman ITB. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan cara wawancara dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan secara online menggunakan Google Meeting dan bertemu secara langsung dengan pihak pengurus masjid dan lembaga pengelolaan ekonomi di Masjid Salman ITB. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah potensi yang dimiliki oleh Masjid Salman ITB yaitu dari segi fasilitas dan Sumber Daya yang dimiliki sudah berkualitas dan profesional. Masjid Salman mempunyai fasilitas seperti penyewaan gedung, kios, perpustakaan, koperasi, kantin, lahan parkir, dan Rumah Amal. Untuk pengelolaan ekonomi umat atau para karyawan di Masjid Salman dikelola oleh Koperasi Salman Bersatu. Koperasi ini didirikan dengan tujuan untuk membantu kesejahteraan anggota yang mana anggota Koperasi ini berasal dari karyawan yang ada dilingkungan Salman itu sendiri. Proses pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh Koperasi Salman yaitu Pembentukan, Pelatihan, dan Pemandirian.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school consumption cooperatives are categorized as sales cooperatives because of buying and selling transactions between the pesantren and their students. The cooperation between the community and pesantren in selling is the result of their production which is collected and traded in the cooperative with a profit-sharing system. This can be a solution in alleviating the poverty of the surrounding community and efforts towards a prosperous and prosperous society, at least it can help the unemployed. This study aims to find out how the role of consumption cooperatives in Islamic boarding schools in an effort to empower the community and to find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in their performance. The research method used by the researcher is a descriptive qualitative method in the form of written words from the observed subject. empowerment indicators are access, control, participation, and equality.From the results of this study, it can be seen that the achievement of the consumption cooperative of the Raudlatul Hasanah Islamic boarding school in an effort to improve the economic welfare of the surrounding community in the form of creating jobs, prospering the economy of rural communities and realizing an equal standard of living for the community. The supporting factors are: 1). Enthusiastic students. 2). Society participation. 3). coaching. 4). Very strategic location. 5). availability of housing. While the inhibiting factors, namely: 1). Running out of raw materials. 2). reduced student buying interest. 3). Constrained in permit sales of production out of boarding schools.

Abstract

Wakaf uang merupakan produk inovasi baru dari wakaf yang sangat potensial dan memiliki produktivitas dan fleksibilitas yang lebih luas. Namun wakaf uang ini masih belum popular di kalangan masyarakat, belum lagi dengan berbagai perbedaan pandangan terhadap kebolehannya walaupun sudah ada Fatwa DSN MUI yang membolehkan. Sehingga karena hal tersebut persepsi di masyarakat mengenai wakaf uang pun berbeda-beda ada yang setuju dan ada yang tidak. Sebuah persepsi akan terbentuk karena dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor baik yang berasal dari diri pemersepsi, dari objek persepsi, ataupun dari lingkungan sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari faktor pendidikan, pemahaman, akses media informasi, dan kondisi lingkungan terhadap persepsi wakif mengenai wakaf uang baik secara simultan ataupun secara parsial. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan, dengan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi logistik biner, dimulai dari uji instrument penelitian (validitas dan reliabilitas kuisioner), uji kelayakan model regresi (Hosmer and Lemeshow Goodness of Fit Test), uji keseluruhan model regresi (Overall Model Fit), dan uji signifikansi (Uji Ombinus Test dan Uji Wald). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa faktor yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi wakif tentang wakaf uang di lingkungan Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Majalengka adalah faktor pemahaman mengenai wakaf uang karena memiliki taraf signifikansi 0,007 < 0,05. Sedangkan faktor lainnya yaitu tingkat pendidikan, akses media informasi, dan kondisi lingkungan memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan karena memiliki taraf signifikansi > 0,05.

Abstract

The population growth of the City of Tasikmalaya is a potential target market for Islamic banking, the population of the City of Tasikmalaya should be able to increase the market share of Islamic banking in West Java which is at 8.36% and increase the use of Islamic banking. This study aims to determine how much influence Islamic financial literacy, accessibility, financial behavior and motivation have on the interest of the people of Tasikmalaya City in the use of Islamic banking services. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with hypothesis testing on data analysis techniques, namely multiple linear regression test. The findings in this study are that the variables of Islamic financial literacy and motivation show an influence on the interest of the people in use of Islamic banking services. Then on the accessibility and financial behavior variables, it shows that there is no influence on the interest of the people in use of Islamic banking services. Based on the conclusions in this study, it shows that the influence of Islamic financial literacy, accessibility, financial behavior and motivation on the interest of the people in use of Islamic banking services is 57.4%.

Abstract

The current financial service operating system has undergone many changes, various financial service operating systems based on digital technology have emerged that can help the activities and needs of the community. This study aims to determine how much influence the ease of use (Ease of Use) and risk on the Investree Application have on the decisions of students who transact in using Financial Technology (Fintech) Peer to Peer Lending Syariah simultaneously. The research uses quantitative research methods, The risk variable from the t test results with an alpha value of 0.05 then HO is accepted and Ha is rejected, because t = 1.696 < t-table = 1.9917 or sig = 0.094 > = 0.05 then there is no effect of risk on the decision to transact using using Peer to Peer Lending Syariah, therefore it can be concluded that the risk variable has a negative and significant effect on the decision to transact using Financial Technology (Fintech) Peer to Peer Lending Syariah. The R² value has a value of 0.642, so it can be stated that the ease of use and risk in the Investree application affect the decision to transact using peer to peer Sharia financial technology (Fintech) together by 41.2%.
