Abstract

This research aims to examine the social construction of the community regarding the presence of the Ahmadiyya Community in the city of Medan. The presence of the Ahmadiyya Community in Medan is unlike in other areas outside the North Sumatra province. They face intolerance, leading to persecution and even loss of lives. This research employs a qualitative research method, where the researcher directly observes the community and seeks to understand the social construction of the presence of the Ahmadiyya Community in Medan. Informants in this study include the Ahmadiyya Community preachers in Medan, the Chairman of the Interfaith Harmony Forum (FKUB) in Medan, the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) in Medan, the head of the neighborhood where the Ahmadiyya Community resides, the head of the neighborhood near the Mubarak Mosque, and the people around the residence of the Ahmadiyya Community and the Mubarak Mosque.

Abstract

The role of religious leaders in building adolescent morals is very influential, because without realizing it, religious leaders in a village, especially lau buluh village. Religious leaders on one of the ladders as intermediaries can approach teenagers as an extension of our tongue so that we are more respected among teenagers and more listened to. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach. As a field research, this research was conducted in lau buluh village, kuta buluh district, karo regency, north sumatra province, with the research time starting from august to september 2021. Primary data in this study were obtained directly through interviews with informants, namely lau buluh village officials, community and religious leaders, as well as religious affairs office apparatus in kuta buluh sub-district, karo district. As for secondary data in this study obtained through library studies. Data collection techniques in this study used direct or covert observation techniques semi-structured interview techniques, and documentation/literature techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is the miles and huberman model data analysis, with aktivities in data analysis starting with data collection, data reduction. The result of this research is that the research aims to provide an understanding to the general public that the morals of teenagers are now a question for us, why the chastity of adolescent morals is now different. This is a challenge for perents in educating their children. Because we see many parents who are diligent in worship, but do not emphasize the importance of worship in children. Maybe it’s better for children to control their parents. The most important influence of the damage to adolescent morals is from parents, because parents are the person in charge and the main pillar for a child. In the process of educating children, parents must be patient and gentle and the most importhat thing is to prioritize educating morals first than knowledge. Because morality is more importhat than knowledge.

Abstract

The highest form of goodness or virtue is justice. Islam places a high priority on justice. Since the dawn of thought in humans, justice has been perceived as the primary issue. Because justice in law is frequently defined in terms of interests, the formulation of justice in law is extremely important. In contrast, according to Islamic law, justice is always connected to the divine, specifically in the context of human relationships with God and other people. A viewpoint that connects justice and truth is shown by the way Islamic reasoning about law and justice is constructed. Islam's approach to justice differs from that of the Sunni, Shia, and Khawarij groupings in terms of its dynamics. According to the Sunni perspective, the caliphate is essential for the community's survival as well as for putting the law into practice. The Shia believe that an infallible imam encompasses both inner and outside spiritual and physical leadership in addition to being a leader in Islamic law. The Khawarij, on the other hand, are supporters of a school of thought that, at the start of the Islamic era, was at odds with both Sunni and Shi'a ideologies.

Abstract

High socioeconomic inequality was at the basis of the conflict issues in Maluku, especially Ambon, and East Timor. where immigrants, who are typically from diverse ethnic groups, make up the majority of the economic market players. A dispute may start when it is sparked by a minor issue in a setting of extreme socioeconomic imbalance in society. When racial and religious tensions were aroused, as was the case in the aforementioned account, the violence quickly expanded. This study seeks to pinpoint the conflict's underlying causes, its contributing factors, and its impact on religion. As a result, the studies in this paper's sources were from literature reviews of books, articles, study findings, or reports of religious violence and conflict in Indonesia. The study findings from a number of institutions that directly address the problem of conflict emergence, such as the underlying causes of conflicts, triggering variables, and issues pertaining to conflict resolution techniques, are the sources of data used in this paper.

Abstract

The position of morals in human life as social beings has an important role and influence, this is related to the relationship between humans themselves as well as to their environment, whether they are interconnected or otherwise detrimental to each other. In religion itself, morality is not just a polite attitude but more than that it is the basis of a human attitude. Morals as the basis of human discovery with God as the creator and fellow humans as creatures. Morals in Islam itself are attitudes and characters in behavior that are built, one of the thoughts that are non-destructive in nature, contrary to the cultural order and prevailing teachings.
