Abstract

The sand sieving machine, shaker screen, crankshaft rotational motion system, is a machine that facilitates building work in separating the mixture of sand and gravel. In the design and analysis related to the selection of the frame model in order to determine the strength of the material in holding each component of the sand sieving machine, this research uses solidwork software, based on the results of the solidwork software simulation, the stress value in the sieving tank is 3,303 N/mm2, the displacement value is 2,325 mm, the safety factor by means of a simulation of 4,059. The capacity of the shaker screen sand sieving machine has a volume of 0.824 with a length of 160 cm, a width of 70 cm and a capacity of accommodate wet and dry sand media weighing 30 kg.

Abstract

The industrial component of industrial equipment is required to have good quality. The elementsor components of a tool must be light but have strong and corrosion-resistant alloys. Testing ofthe materials to be used must be appropriate and in accordance with the needs. There are severalways, one of which is by using a torque testing machine and Finite Element Analysis (FEA). FiniteElement Method (FEM) or commonly called Finite Element Analysis (FEA), is a numericalprocedure that can be used to solve certain engineering problems. Modeling torsion test objectsusing the FEM with a moment 598.0635 N mm, - 598.0635 N mm with respect to vector Xcounterclockwise. The material used is ASTM A 36 with a mass of 0.0163569 kg and a volume of2083.94 mm^3, torsion test analysis using finite element-based software. Based on thesimulation results, it can be seen that the largest stress (maximum stress) occurs in the XZ vectorwith a value of 10.4783 MPa, while the smallest stress (minimum stress) occurs towards the YZvector with a value of 0.15986 MPa. The largest strain (maximum strain) occurred in vector XZwith a value of 0.000068123 ul, while the smallest strain (minimum strain) occurred in vector XXwith a value of 0.00000107672 ul. The safety factor obtained is 0.71, meaning that the value isless than equal to 1 which indicates that the test object is unable to accept the given load.

Abstract

During a pandemic like today, a very strong immune system is needed to maintain the body's resistance so that it is not easily exposed to disease. Strong immune power is produced from foods and beverages that contain good nutrition and nutrition for the health of the body. One of the drinks that can increase the body's immune power is Traditional Jamu which is well known to the Indonesian people, because Indonesia is very famous for its rich herbal ingredients that have many health benefits. There are so many kinds of herbs that can be found in our country that many foreigners even hunt, because the properties contained in herbs are needed for body health and are rarely found in other countries. This is an advantage for us Indonesian people, who clearly will have no trouble getting raw materials to mix herbal drinks. This is an opportunity for our society, so that they can develop traditional herbal drinks to be more modern and penetrate the global market. This of course requires touches of renewable technology, so it is hoped that traditional Indonesian herbal drinks can be marketed to the wider community and the biggest hope is to enter the international market. However, in reality, there are several obstacles faced by traditional herbal drink manufacturers. Among them is the resulting product has a short shelf life. For this reason, it is necessary to transfer the right processing and packaging technology so that the product shelf life is longer. The method used in this research is a touch of transfer of processing technology and packaging technology to extend the shelf life of the traditional herbal medicine industry in Majalengka, so as to improve product performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the very rapid development of Small and MediumIndustries in Indonesia, this can make economic development in Indonesia even better. Ineconomic development in Indonesia, the role of Small and Medium Industries is quite strategic. Many parties believe that the SME sector business is able to withstand the economic crisis thathas been experienced in previous years. On the other hand, the development of the SME sectorbusiness cannot be separated from the general characteristics that most of the products producedare for the growth of domestic needs, especially in one district. Various business profiles arebriefly reviewed to provide an up- to-date overview of the small and medium industry sectorbusinesses. The type of data used in this study consists of primary data and secondary data. The primary data used is the 2018 sub-district SMI data, while the secondary data includes thename of the SMI, address, product, total production per year, the main KBLI group, KBLI,coordinate points and elevation. Data were collected using the interview method and GPStracking. The results obtained from this study are the potential distribution of Small and MediumIndustries which are spread across 26 Districts in Majalengka Regency, which in 2018 totaled1747 SMI.
