Abstract

This study aims to obtain an answer in research on the Effectiveness of Agricultural Product Development in Increasing Food in Pangandaran Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach intended to obtain phenomena in the field so as to produce descriptive data in the form of written words. The data collection technique in this study is by using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the development of agricultural products in increasing food in Pangandaran Regency has not been effective in its implementation. This is based on the measurement theory put forward by David J. Lawless (Evi Suryani, 2016:) states that, there are three factors or variables that greatly determine the effectiveness of effectiveness, namely: (1) Individual Effectiveness, (2) Group Effectiveness, (3) Organizational Effectiveness. Solving problems that must be done to keep running organizational effectiveness indicators, while continuing to carry out their duties and functions as they should, because within the organization it can run, and later there will be an increase in the Effectiveness of Agricultural Product Development in Food Improvement in Pangandaran Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an answer in research on the implementation of government ethics in improving the performance of government apparatus in Pangandaran Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach intended to obtain phenomena in the field so as to produce descriptive data in the form of written words. Techniques in collecting data in this study is to use technical observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of Government Ethics in Improving the Performance of the Pangandaran District Government Apparatus is still not effective in its implementation. This is based on the measurement theory put forward by Edward III (in Agustino, 2014: 149-153) stating that, there are four factors or variables that greatly determine the successful implementation of a policy, namely: (1) Communication, (2) Resources, (3 ) Disposition, (4) Bureaucratic Structure. Solving problems that must be done to continue to run indicators of bureaucratic structure at the Regional Secretariat of Pangandaran Regency, while continuing to carry out their duties and functions as they should, because the bureaucratic structure can work, and later there will be an increase in performance carried out by all employees in the Secretariat Pangandaran Regency area.

Abstract

Digital-based public services are an effort to overcome the limitations of public services directly in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19.So that digital innovation is needed in public services so that effective and efficient. Public services are all forms of services, both in the form of public goods and public services. However, the implementation of public services does not always go as expected, there are certain things that make the public services provided tend to be less good. Based on this, this research study aims to determine the quality of public services and the factors that support and hinder public services. The formulation of the problems raised in this study are as follows: 1. How is SP4N LAPOR-Based Public Service Innovation After the Covid-19 Pandemic at Diskominfo, Banjar City? 2. What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for SP4N LAPOR-Based Public Service Innovation in the Post-Covid-19 Pandemic at Diskominfo, Banjar City? This study uses qualitative methods to describe public services based on SP4N LAPOR (National Public Service Complaint Management System for People's Online Aspirations and Complaint Services). Informants were selected by purposive sampling consisting of the Diskominfo admin team, liaison officials and the SP4N LAPOR user community. Research data was collected using observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show 1). physical evidence (tangible) 2). reliability (reliability) 3). responsiveness (responsiveness) 4). guarantee (assurance) 5). and empathy. everything has been going well except for the physical evidence indicators which still need to be improved, especially in terms of communication media. As for those that support services, namely internal communication and human resources and system support, however, there are also those that hinder them, namely human resources and applications that sometimes have errors.

Abstract

Entitled "Effectiveness of Electronic Attendance in Improving Employee Work Discipline in the Office of Communication and Information Technology in Banjar City". With the development of increasingly sophisticated technology, the government has created an electronic (online) attendance system in government agencies that aims to improve employee work discipline. The purpose of this study is to find out how the effectiveness and impact is given from the implementation of electronic (online) attendance on employee work discipline. This study used a qualitative descriptive study, where the data collection techniques were through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the application of online attendance at the Office of Communication and Information in the City of Banjar has gone quite well. The object of this research is the Office of Communication and Informatics of the City of Banjar. Electronic attendance (online) is an attendance system that is carried out online from an employee's device. This device will then be connected to the office database system, so that when an employee processes attendance, it will be recorded directly. There has been an increase in employee work discipline with the implementation of electronic (online) attendance but it is not yet effective enough because there are still problems in its use. This shows that there are changes that are quite influential for employees to comply with regulations in accordance with the rules that have been set.

Abstract

accomplishments of rabies vaccination is still not optimal yet. Meanwhile, the current situation is faced in an environment that apparently still has a low level of awareness and other environmental challenges, which is the opening of traffic lanes for RTA that becomes the risks or potential for entry of disease. Furthermore, the intensity of close relation with cats that almost every house keeps and the habit of hunting moro dogs that are routinely carried out. To solve the problem above, with a strategic management approach, Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Ciamis makes some changes and improvements in the organization. Implementation of the strategy is related to the development strategy of strengthening the function of animal health services which is expected to raise the awareness of animal-owning society to be willing to vaccinate their pets with their own will which shall indirectly protect themselves from rabies transmission. The implementation of the strategies related to the activities carried out by Dinas Perternakan dan Perikanan in the efforts to objectify the program of Pengendalian Rabies menuju Indonesai Bebas Rabies 2030 or to maintain Ciamis Zero Rabies. The output of this study is the accomplishment of rabies vaccination rate increases in line with the increased public awareness. This study uses the J. David Hunger and Thomas L. Wheelen’s theory (1996:9) which are 4 basic elements of the strategic management process and by classifying the strategies according to Kotten's theory (1991) explains several strategies and their implementation in the effort of increasing the accomplishment of rabies vaccination rate, so based on the results of the interview, observation and data processing indicates that there has been an increase in the accomplishment of rabies vaccination rate.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an answer in research on Optimization of Oversight by the DPRD in the Implementation of Development in Pangandaran Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach intended to get phenomena in the field so as to produce descriptive data in the form of written words. Techniques in collecting data in this study is to use technical observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the optimization of oversight by the DPRD in implementing development in Pangandaran Regency has not been effective in its implementation. This is based on the measurement theory put forward by Paulus Effendie Lotulung in (Fachrudin, 2004:93) types of supervision in terms of execution time are divided into two types: 1) a-priori control and 2) a-posteriori control. the solution to the problem that occurs is to continue to pay attention and follow up on work in supervising development in Pangandaran Regency so that the development is effective and goes according to the agreement made in the district Musrenbang and this becomes the main basis for implementing development in Pangandaran Regency.

Abstract

Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) is an old disease that has reappeared. In early 2022, FMD entered Banjar City with a fairly massive attack on beef cattle. Although the mortality rate was low, yet it was very detrimental economically for breeders and livestock businessman. Especially before the feast of sacrifice. In response to these conditions, the government of Banjar City, according to their authority and inseparable from the regulations related to FMD control from the central government, has made various efforts to reduce the number of spreads and take preventive actions. These efforts is carried out with the relevant stakeholders including community participation and breeders. This study aims to describe, know, and portray as well as analyze, and also explain the supporting factors and obstacles in the implementation of the policy strategy implemented by the City of Banjar. This study uses informants as the source of information and data, and documentation so that the,results of the study obtain that communications, resources, dispositions, also bureaucratic structure of the technical implementers and related administrative officials has ran quite well, although it is still based on the existence of incentives. However, for the related implementers stakeholders and public, of the four aspects mentioned, not all as expected, because of sectoral ego reasons or because of a differentscientific backgrounds, so that they make different understandings. The results of the study and analysis show that the implementation of the FMD control policy strategy in the city of Banjar is running according to its objectives.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems with the performance of the Education and Culture Office employees who are still not optimal. Many factors influence this performance, three of which are Motivation, Competence and Bureaucratic Reform. Thus, the purpose of this study is to find out and describe the influence of motivation, competence and bureaucratic reform on the performance of employees of the Banjar City Education and Culture Office. The method used is descriptive qualitative with the results of the study showing that work motivation tends to be very high, as well as very high employee performance. Thus, motivation influences employee performance. This means that if motivation increases, it will be followed by an increase in the performance of the Banjar City Education and Culture Office employees. Competence tends to be very high, as well as very high employee performance. Thus, competence affects employee performance. This means that if competence increases, it will be followed by an increase in the performance of the Banjar City Education and Culture Office employees. Bureaucratic reform tends to be very high, as well as very high employee performance. Thus, if bureaucratic reform affects employee performance. This means that if bureaucratic reform increases, it will be followed by an increase in the performance of the Banjar City Education and Culture Office employees. Motivation, competence and work bureaucratic reform tend to be very high, as well as very high employee performance. Thus, motivation, competence and bureaucratic reform affect employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out about the effect of price, promotion, and purchasing decisions of Aglonema ornamental plants. A total of 40 respondents were used as research samples. Non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique was the sampling technique used. Questionnaires were used as a data collection tool using validity tests and reliability tests. In this study used for data analysis. then the classic assumption test used is the multicollinearity test, the normality test and the heteroscedasticity test. Using the t-test, F-test, and the Coefficient of Determination (R2)) to assess the hypothesis in this study. The results of the F test value show that Price (X1), Promotion (X2), and Product Quality (X3), together have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions (Y). The results of the t-test show that: 1. Price, 2. Promotion, 3. Product Quality, 4. Purchase Decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and promotion simultaneously on purchase intention at Sibungsu Singaparna Donuts, Tasikmalaya Regency. The effect of product quality and promotion partially on buying interest in Donat Sibungsu Singaparna, Tasikmalaya Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 people as respondents Donat Sibungsu Singaparna Tasikmalaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version 25. Simultaneously product quality and promotion have a significant effect on purchase intention Partially, the product quality variable has a significant effect on purchase intention, as well as the promotion variable, which partially has a significant effect on purchase intention.
