Abstract

Analysis of the behavior of rice farmers towards the performance of agricultural extension workers in Muara Bulian District, Batang Hari Regency by: Uliya, Reno Armando, Tukidi, Enita. The purpose of this study was to determine the behavior of rice farmers towards the performance of agricultural extension workers in Muara Bulian District, Batang Hari Regency. The data analysis method used Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study are The results of the t-test analysis show that: education factors (X2) land area (X3), significantly influence the performance of agricultural extension workers (Y). While education factors (X2), length of farming (X4), Access to information (X5) and member involvement in groups (X6).

Abstract

This research is entitled "Marketing Strategy for Sticky Rice Dodol in the Digitalization Era in Bajubang District, Batang Hari Regency." This research is motivated by the challenges faced by the Sticky Rice Dodol Business in Muara Bulian District. The purpose of this research is to formulate an appropriate marketing strategy for the digitalization era for the sticky rice dodol business. The method used is descriptive qualitative with SWOT analysis to identify internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats). In conclusion, the implementation of intensive digital marketing can increase sales and competitiveness of the sticky rice dodol business.
