Abstract

The empowerment of mediation as an alternative solution to divorce cases in the Religious Court of West Nusa Tenggara is imperative to ensure that every case can be resolved amicably, following the parties’ agreement. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the certification training for non-certified mediator judges. This will enable them to acquire the requisite skills to reconcile parties in litigation and enhance the success rate of mediation. This study examines the Empowerment of Mediation as an Alternative Dispute Resolution to Divorce Cases in the Religious Court of West Nusa Tenggara as a principle to reduce the backlog of cases in the Religious Court, even up to the Cassation Level in the Supreme Court. It used primary legal sources from interviews with competent sources such as Mediator Judges in the Religious Courts, lawyers for the parties, and the parties involved in litigation. Meanwhile, relevant scientific literature, case studies, and expert opinions were used as secondary legal sources. The lack of legal awareness of the parties involved has also contributed to this problem, as many do not comply with existing legal rules. Furthermore, a contributing factor is the lack of infrastructure, such as the insufficient number of courts with adequate mediation rooms and equipment for remote audio-visual communication in courts

Abstract

Currently, enterprise resource planning (ERP) has been recognized as a foundation for the merging of organization-wide data systems. ERP systems connect all aspects of an organization's business, including accounting, finance, human resources, production, and distribution. They also connect the company to its consumers and suppliers across the many phases of the product's or process' life cycle. Just a few studies have been done on the use of ERP systems on construction sites, particularly for designers, technicians, and workers. the main focus has thus far been on retail businesses, engineering companies, and design firms. The purpose of this study is to conduct research on the effectiveness of ERP systems at contractor sites and, as a result, their implementation status. A wide range of market research, literature reviews, and modified surveys may be used as the methodology. The majority of contractor sites are reported to be aware of ERP systems, although only a small number of organizations have so far implemented such systems. The main reason is that every ERP system adoption requires a significant time, financial, and resource investment. However, if used to solve the right issues, these ERP systems could be a successful tool for business development

The discipline variable has a positive significance on organizational behavior. The contribution of discipline to organizational behavior is 32.5% with the equation of regression Y = 3.730 + 0.965 X2. Individual characteristics, discipline, and competency variables simultaneously influence organizational behavior. The magnitude of individual characteristics, discipline, and competence related to organizational behavior is 55.5 while the equation of multiple linear regression is Y = 0.723 + 0.349 X1 + 0.260 X2 + 0.528 X3. Organizational behavior variables have a positive significance on the productivity of employees. The impact of organizational behavior on employee work productivity is 45.9% with the regression equation Z = 12.690 + 0.494 Y

Abstract

Red palm oil can be a source of beneficial ingredients in various foods due to its high total carotene level. This work examined the influence of red palm oil to palm stearin ratio on the Nanostructured Lipid Carrier's turbidity, transmittance, viscosity, β-carotene content, color lightness, and hue. For this purpose, Nanostructured Lipid Carriers were prepared by hot homogenizing red palm oil and palm stearin at several ratios (1:9, 2:8, 3:7, 4:6, and 5:5 (w/w)). According to the present investigation, the ratio of red palm oil to palm stearin primarily affected the turbidity, transmittance, viscosity, β-carotene concentration, color brightness, and hue of NLCs. Furthermore, the study found that adding red palm oil significantly raised the NLC's β-carotene content and turbidity. The ratio of red palm oil to palm stearin that produced the most stable NLC was 5:5 (w/w)

Abstract

Indicators of maternal health services aimed at reducing maternal mortality include prenatal checks, deliveries by health services, and deliveries assisted by qualified health personnel. The purpose of pregnancy checks is to detect pregnancy disorders that can harm the mother and her fetus. Deliveries to health facilities include health centers, clinics, maternity wards, health workers and hospitals. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of intrapersonal characteristics of pregnant women on efforts to prevent maternal mortality risk by using cross-sectional quantitative methods using primary and secondary data. The sample was 34 intrapersonal pregnant women who were sent questionnaires for 2020 data collection in Konawe Regency, where the maternal mortality rate is still high. The research locations were the Asinua Health Center and Anggalomoare Health Center because maternal deaths in childbirth are more widespread. Five intrapersonal characteristics of pregnant women were analyzed. Inferential analysis (Fisher's exact probability test) was used in this study. Maternal mortality risk prevention interventions are influenced by several intrapersonal factors, including the presence of pregnancy risk markers, maternal barriers to health services, satisfaction with midwifery services, as well as knowledge and attitudes about pregnancy risk markers
