Abstract

Excessive use of the YouTube application by young children should be avoided so as not to affect children's development. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of parents in risk management for implementing digital parenting so that young children are not addicted to opening the YouTube application. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were parents who had children between the ages of 8 and 10 who were identified through purposive random sampling. Information was collected through interview techniques. The collected qualitative data was then analyzed using data triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that the role of parents in implementing digital education to prevent early childhood risks in opening the Yotube application is as follows: Control of content viewed, duration of YouTube viewing, family support, family environment, YouTube is used by children, YouTube should be kids and Youtube as a learning tool and media. The videos they watch are not immoral and take up screen time. Digital parenting is a method that can be used to prevent addiction to opening the YouTube application in young children

Abstract

Cybercrime has become a significant threat in today's digital age. The existence of WhatsApp is also vulnerable to various security risks and cybercrime threats. Lack of knowledge about awareness to be careful playing social media makes not a few users become victims of cybercrime. This research aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the cybercrime risks that can affect WhatsApp users and provide appropriate preventive measures to reduce the negative impact of these threats. The method used in this research is qualitative with in-depth research using observation to observe and study user behavior. Based on the data analysis in this study, the stolen data ranges from personal information and SMS to confidential banking information such as one-time passwords (OTP).

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of electrical circuits based on local wisdom applied to miniature Javanese traditional houses. Javanese traditional houses are an important part of the rich traditional culture in Indonesia. However, with the development of modern technology, aspects of traditional life such as Javanese traditional houses are often neglected. In this article, we propose the implementation of electrical circuits in miniature Javanese traditional houses based on local wisdom. This approach aims to preserve traditional cultural aspects while introducing safe and efficient electrical technology. We apply local wisdom principles, such as the use of natural materials and traditional design concepts, to integrate the electrical circuits with the aesthetic appearance of Javanese traditional houses.The article explains the main components of the electrical circuits used in miniature Javanese traditional houses, including power sources, cable installations, switches, and lighting fixtures. We also discuss safe and efficient installation methods to avoid the risks of fire or short circuits. This implementation is expected to help preserve traditional culture while providing the convenience and safety of modern electrical usage.Through this article, we propose that by combining local wisdom and modern electrical technology, miniature Javanese traditional houses can be a good representation of the unity between cultural heritage and technological innovation. This implementation can serve as an example for cultural preservation efforts in this digital era, ensuring the sustainability and safety of electrical usage.

Abstract

In this digital era, of course there have been many technological developments that are increasingly rapidly affecting the business market, so companies are required to keep up with times. E-commerce has several advantages including transactions do not need to be face-to-face, save time, make transactions easier, and more efficient. Behind these advantages, e-commerce has disadvantages, namely that it can expose consumers to fraud, personal data can be leaked, the system can experience errors and so on. The author made this research to analyze what risks can occur on e-commerce websites using the description analysis method and the purpose of this writing is so that the public can find out the risks that can occur at Shopee, so as to minimize losses that occur to both consumers. Due to uncertainty, every individual or organization's actions must contain risks. There may be a risk that there may be a lot of lack of information about things that will happen in the future, both profitable and detrimental. With the problem of possible risks for Shopee consumers, the Sampling Technique uses Voluntary Sampling, which is one of the main types of sampling methods. non-probability sample. The voluntary sample consists of people who self-opted into the survey. With a total of 315 respondents, it can be concluded that the results of the respondents indicate that transactions can be trusted. feel confident in sharing personal information, responsive in resolving user complaints, so that Shopee is proven to optimize security, service and problem solving for its consumers.

Abstract

TikTok is one of the most popular social media among teenagers, especially Generation Z. By having many advantages and attractive features, using Tiktok also has several impacts or risks that need to be managed properly. This study aims to analyze the risk management impact of using the TikTok application on Generation Z. The research method used is a literature study, online surveys and implementing five steps of risk management, namely; a) Avoidance, b) Retention, c) Sharing, d) Transferring, e) Loss Prevention and Reduction . The survey results show that most of the respondents are aware of potential risks in using the application. The identified risks include data privacy, cyberbullying, digital dependency, negative content, and copyright infringement. To overcome this, companies that own applications must strengthen their security systems and improve content filters so that they do not contain negative or dangerous elements for their users. In addition, parents must also be more proactive in escorting their children when using social media such as Tiktok and actively educate them about the dangers of using it.

Abstract

Cryptocurrency market volatility has been an interesting topic of research in recent years. Previous studies have shown that crypto market volatility affects investment risk levels and crypto asset price movements. In this study, the author used visualization and bibliometric analysis to further understand cryptocurrency market volatility. The bibliometric analysis results showed that research on crypto market volatility continues to grow and is widely conducted by researchers from the range of 2017 to 2023. The most common research themes related to financial markets, cases, volatility spillovers, and cryptocurrency volatility. From the research results, it can be concluded that cryptocurrency market volatility is a topic of interest to many researchers. Factors that influence crypto market volatility, such as political events, regulations, and blockchain technology adoption, are the main focus of research in this field.

Abstract

Smeska is one of the entrepreneurship programs belonging to the Solo Techno Incubator which is structurally related to Solo Technopark and is under the auspices of the Regional Research and Development Agency for the City of Surakarta. This program provides entrepreneurship training for non-digital startups or MSMEs with the hope that the output of the participants will be able to carry out end-to-end processes (production, branding, marketing, digitization & packaging) as well as setting the team's focus on the area of business achievement. With the special segmentation of MSME players, until the third year this program was running, it was still not far from the conventional scale even though digitization had become the point in the training. One solution that can accommodate this digitalization is to design a MSME product recommendation system that makes it easier for the client side, in this case buyers, to find what products they need. The purpose of this study is to make a Hybrid Recommendation model for the MSME Product Selection Recommendation System. The system development method used is Extreme Programming (XP) which consists of stages namely planning, design, implementation, as well as testing and integration. The Hybrid Recommendation modelling design used in this study is Pipelined Hybridization where the first recommender in this system is Content Based with naïve bayes techniques which will be input to the second recommender using Knowledge Based modelling with Case Based techniques. Modelling for this MSME product selection recommendation system can provide filtering of the search for conformity product items along with 5 choices of product search attributes, namely brand, price, material, variant and size. Based on the results of the Hybrid Recommendation modelling with 20 sample data, Adzkira chips get the highest similarity value of 0.99000 from the search input for MSME product types of chips. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a significant contribution to developing a recommendation system for selecting MSME products, as well as strengthening digitalization and business transformation efforts for Smeska program participants.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of data science which is increasingly popular. To support this development, especially in the field of research, methodologies are needed so the projects created can be well structured and organized. This research aims to discuss one of the most widely used data science methodologies, that’s cross industry standard process for data mining (CRISP-DM). This research used a type of literature review research with data collection technique used literature study. Based on the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that CRISP-DM methodology can be used in the field of data science projects precisely in the areas of data mining, artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, big data, data analysis, and data analytics. This methodology has six stages that each of these stages has different phases from one to another. For those phases, researchers can follow phases that have been commonly used in other studies or can adjust according to their respective projects. Then as a consideration in using CRISP-DM methodology, it can be considered based on the benefits and challenges of it.

Abstract

In addition, this abstract will highlight the application of renewable energy technology in wooden crane boats. The use of solar panels and solar-powered energy storage systems helps reduce ship dependence on fossil fuels, as well as maintain the balance ofcoastal ecosystems. Local wisdom remains the cornerstone in the development of wooden crane boats that incorporate electronic technology. At the same time, this technological adaptation enriches local wisdom values by increasing the efficiency, safety and sustainability of ships. In conclusion, the use and development of wooden otok-otok ships with a touch of electronics is an evolution of local wisdom in the field of shipping. The integration of electronic technologies such as navigation sensors, communications and renewable energy helps improve the performance and efficiency of this ship. Maintaining local wisdom values while adopting technological innovations is the key in maintaining the sustainability of the otok-otok kayu in the modern era which is increasingly connected electronically.

Abstract

Communication is a vital element that influences all aspects of organizational life, from interpersonal relationships, teamwork, to interactions with external parties. In this context, research is conducted to understand how effective communication can enhance collaboration, efficiency, and creativity in the workplace. Through literature review and empirical studies, this article describes how communication errors can lead to barriers in task execution, create interpersonal tensions, and even impact the organization's reputation. Conversely, effective communication can foster a harmonious environment and support individual and organizational development. Good communication has a significant impact on overall organizational performance. Therefore, organizations need to recognize the importance of communication as a valuable tool to achieve strategic goals and cultivate a positive and productive work environment. By understanding and implementing the principles of effective communication, organizations can enhance productivity, collaboration, and creativity, which, in turn, will have a positive impact on the long-term success of the organization.
