Abstract

This study aims to determine the professionalism of the neighborhood head in public services in Wenang District, Manado City, North Sulawesi Province during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data in this study were obtained by conducting observations and interviews and documentation with predetermined informants. The results showed that the unprofessional performance of the neigborhood head in Wenang District during the Covid-19 pandemic could be seen from several things, namely the lack of responsiveness, creativity and innovation of the neigborhood head in Wenang District. This is due to several factors, namely changes in work patterns during the COVID-19 pandemic, mastery of basic tasks and functions that are not optimal, leadership, education, mastery of technology and transportation, compensation and welfare and evaluation in terms of measurable performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of competence and job satisfaction affects the performance of PT Freeport Indonesia's employees. This research was conducted at PT Freeport Indonesia Kuala Kencana Office Building 2, Timika Regency. This research was conducted in January 2021. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive analysis. This study uses primary and secondary data. Primary data is the result of direct data collection from respondents by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents who are employees of the Administration Division of PT Freeport Indonesia, Material Expediting, Bulk and Container. Secondary data is obtained from existing sources (PT Freeport employee evaluation reports, books, journals, websites and so on) for reference in making reports. Data analysis used SEM-PLS factor analysis. The results showed that competence and job satisfaction had a significant effect on the performance of PT Freeport Indonesia's employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Public Service in the Era of New Normal in Samsat of North Minahasa Regency. This research design is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to present data systematically, factually and accurately about the facts that occur in the field. This research is more emphasized on data obtained from research subjects. The data sources of this research are divided into two types, namely primary data and secondary data collected by interview, observation, and document techniques. Interviews were conducted on 10 informants. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative analysis. The results showed that public services in the Era of New Normal in Samsat of North Minahasa Regency on each indicator of responsiveness, responsibility and accountability had been carried out properly in accordance with the SOPs and basic references that had been set.

Abstract

This study aims to determine public services during the Covid-19 pandemic in Bahu Sub-District, Malalayang District, Manado City, and also to find out how the Bahu Sub-District government strategy in providing services to the community during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is qualitative research methods. The data is poured descriptively and collected through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews with the Head of the Sub-District, the Secretary of the Sub-District, the Head of the Public Service Section and several communities. The results showed that public services during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Bahu Sub-District, Manado City were still provided directly to the community by implementing a service shift system for village employees. Services to the community have been carried out based on components of public service standards but have not been maximal in service mechanisms, handling complaints and suggestions and implementing health protocols. The Bahu Sub-District government in serving the community must further maximize services in terms of service mechanisms and implementing health protocols through socialization and education to the public as a step to avoid the spread of Covid-19 and make health protocols a new normal habit. In addition, it utilizes communication information technology to provide information to the public and pay more attention to the media that has been provided to respond to complaints, suggestions and input from the public regarding the services provided.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and examine in depth about the performance of civil servants in public services at the Tikala Sub-District Office during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Sources of data used in this study are divided into two types, namely primary data and secondary data. The steps used in data analysis techniques are editing, data classification, then drawing conclusions. The results showed that the performance of civil servants at the Tikala sub-district office was not as expected, because the service during the pandemic was not the same as before the Covid-19 pandemic. Working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic did not go as expected, because the service activities at the Tikala District office were work that had to be completed at the office, not at home.

Abstract

The first objective of this study is to identify the availability and suitability of standardization of government, social, and economic facilities in the city of Bitung. The second is to analyze the Hierarchy of Service Centers in Bitung City. And the third is to analyze the suitability of the service center in the Bitung City RTRW 2013 – 2033 to the existing conditions. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. The data collection methods used are observation, literature review, and documentation study. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the scalogram analysis method, centrality index, and gravity analysis. The first result of this research is based on the conformity of service standardization according to SNI 03-1733-2004, most of the service facilities in Bitung City have met the service standard. The second is based on the results of the scholagram analysis, order/hierarchy I, namely Madidir District. Based on the analysis of the marshal centrality index, Madidir and Maesa sub-districts occupy the first order/hierarchy. Based on gravity analysis, three sub-districts have been found to have weak regional interaction values with Madidir and Maesa sub-districts. And the third, based on the RTRW of Bitung City in 2013-2033, it has undergone changes in accordance with the dynamic development of the city.

Abstract

Service to the community (patients) is a job that specializes in efforts to patients with work demands that depend on certain characteristics in carrying out their work, namely, task characteristics and materials such as (equipment, speed, alertness), organizational characteristics, namely working hours / shift. work and work environment characteristics such as friends, duties, temperature, noise, lighting, socio-culture. This study aims to analyze the quality of services for the Emergency Room in RSUP Prof. dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. The research method used a qualitative descriptive design. A sample of 10 informants was taken by purposive sampling with a research focus on reliability, responsivisness, assurance, empathy and tangibles (physical products) by collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation analyzed by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the quality of services for the Emergency Room in the General Hospital Prof. dr. R. D. Kandou Manado still needs to be improved, especially on responsiveness and tangibility, namely responsiveness and repair and provision of physical equipment which is still considered insufficient.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the response of growth and production of Median potatoes to the application of various doses of Phonska NPK fertilizer in Rurukan Village, North Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted from August to November 2020 in Rurukan Village, East Tomohon District, Tomohon City. The design used was a Randomized Completely Blocked Design (RCBD) with six (6) treatments and three (3) replications consisting of P1 Fertilization Treatment (150 kg/ha), P2 NPK Fertilization Treatment (300 kg/ha), P3 NPK Fertilization Treatment (450 kg/ha), P4 NPK Fertilization Treatment (600 kg/ha), P5 NPK Fertilization Treatment (750 kg/ha) and P6 NPK Fertilization Treatment (900 kg/ha). The results showed that (1) the treatment with Phonska NPK fertilizer at a dose of 450 kg/ha had a significant effect on the growth and production components of the Medians potato plant in Rurukan Village, North Sulawesi Province and (2) the highest plant productivity was obtained in the treatment of Phonska NPK fertilizer with dose 450 kg/ha = 18, 11 tons/ha.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of factors such as working time, number of family members, wages, education level, mastery of special skills, and age on household income of the community around Batuputih tourist attraction. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The method of determining the number of respondents as a sample uses the total quota sampling method. The location selection was based on the consideration that the location is the only natural tourist attraction in Batuputih Bawah Village, Ranowulu District, Bitung City. Analysis of the data used is a multiple linear regression equation model. The results showed that the factors that affect the income of the community around the Batuputih natural tourist attraction are the outpouring of working time, wages and the level of mastery of special skills. Most of the people around the Batuputih natural tourist attraction earn income by working as guides.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Village Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) management policies in Kombi District. The sampling technique used purposive sampling so that Kombi Village, Ranowangko Dua Village and Tulap Village were selected. The research method is descriptive with interviews, with data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.The results showed that the implementation of the Village Owned Enterprise Management Policy (BUM Desa) in Kombi District for communication indicators still found discrepancies, namely the transmission of information dissemination, besides that the clarity of information about each program was still very lacking and the information submitted related to the program was not carried out consistently and continuously by BUMDes in Kombi District.
