Abstract

In the endeavor to enhance the quality of healthcare services, Indonesia possesses a substantial number of hospitals, aiming to establish each hospital as an integrated ecosystem amidst the challenges posed by climate change, global warming, and environmental degradation. The imperative of sustainability underscores the need to preserve the quality of the environment and judiciously utilize natural resources. Systematic initiatives are underway to enable hospitals to effectively harness natural potentials and embrace nature-based, environmentally friendly resources such as clean water, energy, paper, and other materials essential for daily hospital operations. This study employs a literature review methodology, commencing with selecting a topic and determining search parameters for relevant journal articles. The chosen database for this inquiry is Google Scholar, with the search focused on publications spanning the years 2014 to 2023, utilizing the keyword 'Green Hospital.' Nine Indonesian journals were selected based on predetermined inclusion criteria, emphasizing the implementation of Green Hospital practices in Indonesia. Numerous hospitals in Indonesia have undertaken diverse measures to align with the principles of green hospitals. These measures encompass enhancements in energy efficiency, adoption of green building design, exploration of alternative energy sources, sustainable transportation practices, eco-conscious approaches to food consumption, waste management strategies, and judicious use of water resources. While acknowledging that the implementation may not have achieved 100% compliance with prescribed standards, it is noteworthy that most Indonesian hospitals have initiated and executed the adoption of green hospital practices in a phased manner.

Abstract

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Electronic Medical Record (RME) is a form of medical record system that uses electronics based on sheets of paper or medical record files. The application of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) requires readiness analysis, which is one way to explore the potential causes of the failure of an innovation. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out readiness assessment activities prior to implementing RME. This research is a type of qualitative research with an analytic descriptive approach with a total of 5 informants, which was carried out on February 8 - August 5, 2023. The methods used were in-depth interviews, observation and document review. The results of the study found that in the man variable, the Eria Hospital medical record unit did not have work shifts and staff were not involved in the preparation process EMR. The money variable Overall budget preparationEMR Not yet budgeted, but can be held as needed. The materials variable Eria Hospital already has an internet connection and that allows for EMR. The methods variable strategic planning in preparationEMR already exists and currently uses a manual medical record flow. The machine variable there is an assessment of hardware requirements, desktop terminals and other devices needed to support the use of electronic medical records. It is recommended that there should be additional medical record officers and special training regardingEMR, adding machines/facilities such as adding laptops/computers and printers to make them effective, and need to display SOPs in the medical records room

Abstract

Yeri Motor sells motorbike spare parts for many types of products and many consumers, but still uses a conventional sales system and does not have inventory management. As a result, owners have difficulty handling sales transactions and managing product inventory. The aim of this research is to create an e-commerce website that can be used to carry out online sales transactions and control products precisely in terms of procurement. The appropriate method to use in inventory control in this case is a probabilistic inventory approach. The inventory control model used is the P model with Back Orders and Lost Sales. This system was created using the PHP programming language, Laravel framework and HTML with a MySQL database. The results of this research show that the application of the system can help companies sell their products online, determine order times and the economic order quantity of a product.

Abstract

Vitamin A is the most essential nutrition, it isbecause ourfood consumption is insuficient and still low, so it must be fulfilled from the outside. Lacking of Vitamin A(KVA) increases pain and death, is prone to infectious diseases such as diarrhea, pneumonia, andeventually death. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between mother's level of knowledge and access to information by administering vitamin A capsules to toddlers. The method used is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. the research population is mothers who have toddlers aged 1-5 years. The Sampling Technique was purposive sampling with the number of samples were 98 respondents. Data collection was carried out using interviews and questionnaires. The data that has been collected is then processed and analyzed using the SPSS version 20 statistical program and analyzed using the chi-square test. Results: there is a relationship between mother's level of knowledge and giving vitamin A capsules to toddlers (p=0.000) and there is a relationship between mother's access to information and giving vitamin A capsules to toddlers (p=0.000). Conclusion: there is a relationship between knowledge level and mother's access to information by giving vitamin A capsules to toddlers.

Abstract

Osteoarthritis is a disease caused by degenerative factors of the knee that suffered damage to joint cartilage so people with osteoarthritis usually complain of pain, stiffness and limitation of function. Knee osteoarthritis has the most common cause to limited motion and body function. This aimes of study to determine closed kinetic chain exercise was better than open kinetic chain to increase functional capability of knee osteoarthritis. The design of this research was experimental pre-test and post-test with control group design, which the population was taken by purposively sampling. Division of the sample into two groups, group one consisted of 10 people. The first group was given Closed Kinetic Chain exercise and group two was given Open Kinetic Chain exercise. The frequency of exercise are 3 times a week for 4 weeks. Increase in ability functional measured by Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Ostearthritis Index (WOMAC). Analysis of significance with Paired ttest (paired) showed that in each group resulted in an increase in functional ability after treatment of knee osteoarthritis is significantly different p<0,05. While a difference test in both groups after treatment using analysis test of Independent t test (unpaired) showed that the value of p=0,019. So thah there was an increase functional capabilities of knee osteoarthritis after treatment p<0,05. In conclution the treatment Closed Kinetic Chain proved improvement the functional capabilities of knee osteoarthritis than the Open Kinetic Chain.
