Abstract

ABSTRACT         This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, organizational commitment and work motivation on the performance of CV employees. Jade Indo Pratama Malang both partially and together. The population is 130 employees and a sample of 40 people. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS version 16. The sampling technique using quantitative methods and data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis.       The results of the analysis show that partially compensation does not have a significant effect on employee performance and organizational commitment does not significantly influence employee performance while work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Together, it shows that compensation, organizational commitment and work motivation significantly influence employee performance.Keywords: Compensation, Organizational Commitment, Work Motivation and Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine how the Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over and Net Profit Margin had an effect on earnings growth.This research uses quantitative research. The selection of this research sample uses Purposive Sampling techniques using several criteria. And selected 10 coal sub-sector mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study that Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over did not affect earnings growth. While Net Profit Margin has an effect on earnings growth. And it can be concluded that the Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over and Net Profit Margin jointly influence earnings growth. Keywords: Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over, Net Profit Margin and Earnings Growth.

Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style and commitment to the motivation of the management of student organizations in the student creativity unit jam'iyyatul qurro 'wal huffadz UNISMA.               This research is Explanatory Research. This research was conducted at the management of the student creativity unit jam'iyyatul qurro 'wal huffadz UNISMA. The population and sample in this study were 63 people. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS version 20. The data collection technique used is to use the census method and the testing technique used in this study using the Instrument Test, Normality Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumptions, and Hypothesis Tests.               Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that partially the Leadership Style does not have an important effect on the Motivation of Student Organizational Managers and the Commitment variable has an important effect on the Motivation of Student Organizations and simultaneously the Leadership Style and Commitment variables significantly influence Motivation. This means that the independent variable is feasible to explain the independent variables analyzed.Keywords: Leadership Style and Commitment to Motivation of the management of Student Organizations

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this study was to analyze and to describe the common size and financial ratio analysis of financial performance of cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Population in this study. The population in this study were cigarette companies listed on the IDX for the period 31 December from 2015-2017. This research technique uses judgment sampling because the sample used in this study with the criteria of the company provides complete financial statements for the period 31 December from 2015-2017. The source of this research data is in the form of annual data contained in the financial statements of cigarette industry companies for the period 2015-2017 obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange www.idx.co.id The analytical method used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach in the form of.The results of the study show that: Common Size Balance analysis which has not much different analysis results is PT. Gudang Garam Tbk and PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk. For Analysis of Common Size Profit and Loss shows that PT. Gudang Garam Tbk, a company that dominates more than the other three companies. While financial ratio analysis (1) Liquidity in all four companies is dominated by PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk which (2) Profitability is dominated by PT. Gudang Garam Tbk where it has fluctuations with increasing returns (3) Activities at the results of this ratio are dominated by PT. Gudang Garam Tbk which is more stable and more effective, (4) Solvability from the results of the study shows that the performance of PT Gudang Garam Tbk is better.Keywords: Common Size Analysis, Financial Ratio and Financial Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of human relations, working environment conditions and leadership style on the work ethic of the management of the Student Cooperative "Ilham Ramadhan"  Islamic University of Malang both partially and jointly. Population and sample were all administrators totaling 33 people. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis in this study using SPSS version 17. The sampling technique using questionnaire distribution method and data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis.The results of the analysis show that partially human relations does not significantly influence the work ethic of the management, while the conditions of the work environment and leadership style significantly influence the work ethic of the management. Together, it shows that human relations, working environment conditions, and leadership style have a significant effect on the management work ethic.Keywords: Human relations, Working Environment Conditions, Work Ethic Leadership Style

Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality, Prices and Facilities on Consumer satisfaction on KM passenger ships. Napoleon route Kendari-Wanci (Case Study of PT. Aksar Saputra Lines) partially or simultaneously. The population and sample were all KM economy class passengers. Napoleon which numbered 96 passengers. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis in the study using SPSS version 16. The sampling technique using non probability sampling is purposive sampling. The criteria of respondents in this study were KM economy class passengers. Napoleon route Kendari-Wanci. The testing technique of retrieving the data used in this study includes the instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test.                The results of the analysis show that partially the reliability variable does not significantly influence customer satisfaction. While partially the responsiveness, assurance, empaty, price and facilities variables significantly influence customer satisfaction. Simultaneously shows that the realibility variable responsiveness, assurance, empaty, price and facilities significantly influence customer satisfaction.Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Facilities and Consumer Satisfaction
