Abstract

This study intends to test of: first, the effect of earnings, residual income, economic value added, and Operation Cash Flow simultaneously on returns received by shareholders manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and second the effect of earnings, residual income, economic value added, and Operation Cash Flow partially on returns received by shareholders manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses linear regression to see the contribution of each independent variable in influencing stock returns. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2008-2011. Being sampled in this study was determined using purposive sampling method. With purposive sampling method found 40 companies that meet the criteria and deserves to be sampled. Based on the analysis it can be concluded simultaneously Earnings, Economic Value Added, Residual Income and Cash Flow Operation significant effect on the return. In partially, only Earnings and Cash Flow Operation significant effect on the return.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of Intellectual Capital to Corporate Finance Performance. Based on the result of this study, show that : a) There is a positive influence of Intellectual capital (VACA, VAHU, and STVA) to the company's financial performance (Return on Equity, Return on Total Assets, Asset Turn Over, and Growth Revenue).; b) There is a positive influence of Intellectual capital (Vaca, VAHU, and STVA) to the future of company's financial performance, and c) There is a positive influence of average growth of the Intellectual Capital to the future company's financial performance..

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Total Assets (DTA), Cash Ratio, Growth, and Firm Sise on Dividend Policy. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2016. While the sample of the study was determined by using purposive sampling, which obtained a number of 25 companies that qualify as research samples.Based on the analysis results can be seen that the Return on Asset (ROA) have a significant positive effect on dividend policy, Debt to Total Asset (DTA) and Cash Ratio (CR) have no significant positive effect on dividend policy. While Growth and Firm Size have no significant negative effect on dividend policy.

Abstract

Indonesian Muslims have tremendous potential to be a pioneer and world Islamic economic center. Indonesia is the country with the largest Muslim population in the world. Indonesia has made policies that encourage the development of the Islamic finance industry. Classic problems that hinder in the development of Cooperative Shari'ah is limited knowledge of the cooperative management in financial management. Recognizing these circumstances, it would require a new technological innovation that the managers of cooperatives Syariah that some of those who do not understand how to manage the financial well be understood and easy to apply. Therefore, it is necessary to design the automated information system with the technology, so that businesses in the Cooperative Syariah able to easily prepare their own financial statements, without having to understand the concept of financial management. The purpose of this study is the description and design accountable models of Shari'ah cooperative information systems. The method used in this study is a qualitative method that is by arranging the Prototype Model. Results of design research model of this system, is able to develop a model of cooperative systems that facilitate cooperative Shari'ah management preparing financial reports quickly and accurately, can help managers and members of cooperatives Shari'ah to determine the growth cooperatives quickly and can help managers to make decisions rapidly.Keywords: Cooperative Shari'ah, Management Information SystemsJudul Asli : Pengembangan Model Sistem Informasi Koperasi Syariah Berbasis Teknologi Informasi

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a correlation between dividend policy, ownership structure, and corporate governance. Dividend policy is quantified through the Dividend Payout Ratio, the ownership structure is quantified through the management and institutional ownership, and corporate governance is quantified through the presence of a board of directors and an independent board. There are 55 companies from 97 as part of the research, financial firms that are publicly traded on the Indonesian stock exchange were gathered as a sample. Data analysis techniques were performed using ordinary least square regression. Furthermore, based on the findings of the study, it can be concluded that managerial ownership has a positive relationship to dividend policies. The dividend policy of a company is negatively correlated with institutional ownership. The size of the board has a negative relationship with dividend policy; however, an independent board has a positive relationship with dividend policy. Profitability is positively correlated with dividend payments. The characteristics of financial firms that differ from the main industrial sector companies in terms of capital structure, so that it provides the same contribution as other industrial sectors to dividend payments, the capital structure is inversely proportional to dividend payments.

Abstract

AbstractPurposes of this research is to determine how the effect of financial performance on stock price movements in the Indonesian Islamic Stock Index (ISSI) "Empirical Study in the Sector Mining". The variables used in this research are independent variables: Equity Growth, Net Profit, Return On Equity, Dept Equity Ratio. And the dependent variable: Stock Price Movement. The analysis technique in this research are using explanative analysis, classical assumption test and regression analysis. The population in this study is all Indonesian Islamic Stock Index (ISSI) companies empirical studies in the sector mining. The sample used by author is 10 companies Indonesian Islamic Stock Index in empirical studies on the sector mining with the highest market capitalization. The results of this research indicate that Equity Growth, Net Profit, Return On Equity has a significant positive effect on stock price movements in the sector of the Indonesian Islamic Stock Index mining, while the Dept. Equity Ratio has a significant negative effect on stock price movements in the sector of the Indonesian Islamic Stock Index mining.Keywords : Equity Growth, Net Profit, Return On Equity, Dept Equity Ratio and stock price movements

Abstract

AbstractThis study to analyze the effect of leverage, liquidity, profitability, company size, and company growth rate on dividend policy in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. In this study, there are 5 (five) independent variables, namely leverage is proxied by debt to equity ratio (DER), liquidity is proxied by current ratio (CR), profitability is proxied by return on assets (ROA), company size, and company growth rate. The dependent variable in this study is dividend policy proxied by the dividend payout ratio (DPR). The population in this study were all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period with a total of 44 banking companies. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method obtained a sample of data as many as 11 banking companies. The research data collection method uses the method of data documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used panel data regression with software eviews 9. The results showed that partially DER had a negative and insignificant effect on DPR. CR and Size each have a positive and non-significant effect. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Exchange Rate, Inflation, SBI Interest Rate, and International Stock Index Against the Composite Stock Price Index. The analytical method used is a multiple linear regression analysis method carried out with the SPSS 14.0 program. this study uses monthly data for the 2014-2017 period on each research variable. The results of this study partially show that the exchange rate has a significant negative effect on the Composite Stock Price Index, Inflation has no significant effect on the direction of the Composite Stock Price Index, SBI Interest Rate does not significantly influence the negative direction of the Composite Stock Index, the Nikkei 225 Index has a negative effect significant to the Composite Stock Price Index, the Dow Jones Index has a significant positive effect on the Composite Stock Price Index.Keyword : Exchange Rate, Inflation, SBI Interest Rate, Nikkei 225 Index, Dow Jones Index, joint stock price index.

Abstract

ABSTRACTConducting the research it has several aims as follows: (1) To find out theeffect of Modal Structure toward taking the investment decision throughConsumer Good sub sector of food and Beverage Company, (2) to find out theeffect of profitability of taking the investment decision through Consumer Goodbusiness of sub sector of food and Beverage Company, (3) finding the effect ofcompany dimension of taking the investment decision through the Consumer Goodbusiness of sub sector of food and beverage company.The population of research includes all the food and beverage company that wasnoted at the Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) on period 2012 – 2016. Duringconducting this research it use the purposive sampling as the sample selection.According to the criteria that led the research, there are 11 companies used as thesample of research. The method that will be used is regression linear bifilar as themethodology of research.Based on the result of this research, it can be point out into several conclusionssuch as: 1)The result of the t-test shows that modal of structure variable does nothave significantly impact on the investment decision. It reveals that the significantscore occurred by the structure of modal on 0,05 is 0,156. 2) The result of the ttest from profitability variable also shows that it does not have any significanteffect for the investment decision. This fact reveals that the significant scoreobtained the profitability on 0,05 is upper in 0,813. 3) The variable dimension ofthe company gives the significant impact toward investment decision; whereas itmeans that the significant score of variable size company under 0,05 is 0,04.Keywords: Structure of Modal, Profitability, Dimension of Company, andInvestment Decision

Abstract

AbstractThis research method uses quantitative methods. Based on the philosophy of positivism. The sample used in this study is the value of interest rates and rupiah exchange rates with the highest and lowest share prices in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2015.SBI has a significant positive effect on stock prices. This shows that the increase in Bank Indonesia interest rates will have an impact on increasing stock prices. EXCHANGE has a significant negative effect on stock prices. This shows that the increase in KURS will have an impact on the decline in stock prices and vice versa.Keywords: Interest Rates and Exchange Rates.
