Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the Effect of Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-Wom) on Joyism Fashion Online Shop in Instragram. The population in this study took from data obtained from Joyism Malang online shop customers in April-May. Sampling in this study was92 respondents. The analytical method used is purposive sampling technique. The results in this study indicate that product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on E-WOM (Electronic Word Of Mouth). It can be seen that the calculated value is 9,791 with a significant value of 0,000. Product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction that the t- count value is 2.955 with a significant value of 0,000. Customer satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on E-WOM (Electronic Word Of Mouth) that the t-count value is 4.211 with a significant value of 0.000. Customer satisfaction  variable  (Z)  can  mediate  between  product  quality  variables  (X) against E-WOM (Y) showing the results of one-tailed probability or probability on product quality 0.00377462 <0.05.   Keyword: Product Quality, Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM), CustomerSatisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study aims to look at the effect of sales promotion and servicescape on impulsive purchases with emotional shopping as an intervening variable. The data used in this study is the poor Hypermart consumer town square. This study used as many as 100 samples. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The method used is the path analysis method to determine data analysis using the path analysis method and using the validity test, reliability test, normality test, t test and sobel test using the SPSS version 14.0 application.               From the results of the study, it shows that sales promotion and servicescape have a positive and significant effect on emotional shopping, sales promotion and servicescape has a positive and significant effect on impulsive purchases, and shopping emotions have a positive and significant effect on impulsive purchases.Key Word: Sales Promotion, Servicescape, Shopping Emotion, Impulse Buying

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, work environment on the performance of employees of the Village Office of Dau Subdistrict, Malang Regency. Data collection is done by the method of documentation, questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study were all village office employees in Kec. Dau Kab. Malang, a total of 110 with samples using total sample techniques using the Slovin formula, so that the total obtained is 52 people. This study uses quantitative analysis. While the test equipment used is the instrument test, normality, classic assumption, multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 16.0 program. the results of this study indicate that the instrument used is valid and reliable, also the data obtained is normally distributed using the One sample Kolmogrov Smirnov table value of 0.141. As well as free data from Multicollinearity and Heteroscedasticity. The multiple linear regression results show that the independent variables have a positive effect on the dependent variable, also supported by a significant partial test (t test) which is generated by 0.000 (X1), 0.041 (X2), 0.005 (X3) with a standard of significance 0, 05. thus indicating that good leadership, motivation in employees, a good work environment will affect the performance of employees at the Village office in Dau District, Malang Regency.  Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Motivasi Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja Katryawan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research conducted is about the analysis of financial performance and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the value of the company at banks in Malang. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of financial performance and CSR on the value of banking companies partially or simultaneously. The independent variable in this study is the financial performance measured using ROA, ROE, and NPM as well as corporate social responsibility (CSR) variables. While the dependent variable is the value of a banking company. There are 15 banking companies in Malang, 9 of which are used as research samples with financial statements of banking companies in 2016 - 2018. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis and several tests, including classic assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity) and hypothesis testing (t test and F test). The results of this study mention financial performance (ROA, ROE, NPM) does not have an influence either partially or simultaneously on the value of banking companies. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has no influence on the value of the company either partially or simultaneously.Keywords: ROA, ROE, NPM, CSR, and company value.

Abstract

AbstractThe objective of this research is to perceive the affect of the quality in term of working and commitment organization towards the satisfaction of working at dispenduk office and capil in the district of malang. The research is done by using quantitative approach and compiling the data through questionnaire. The scope of population in this research is all the employee working for population civil and also employee working for civil regristation in malang district. The technic used for sampling data is saturated sampling, whereas all the population is a sample for the research that is add up to 99 entities. The method that is being used is instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis. Classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 14 for Windows.The outcome of this research shows the quality of working life and organizational commitment have great affect partially and altogether with the satisfactory of working.Key word: work satisfaction, quality of working life, and organizational commitment.

Abstract

ABSTRACT          This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and brand love on the purchase decision through word of mouth on Oppo Smartphone users at the Mbah Jo Malang counter. The population in this study took from data obtained from Oppo Smartphone counter users Mbah Jo Malang in February-April. Based on the samples taken from data obtained from the Oppo Smartphone Counter Mbah Jo Malang with the number of buyers in the last 3 months namely 1,309 customers. Sampling in this study was 93 respondents. The analytical method used is the Path Analysis method. The results in this study indicate that brand image (X1) has a positive significant effect on word of mouth (Z). And brand love (X2) is positive for word of mouth (Z). That brand image (X1) has a significant positive effect on purchase decision (Y). for brand love (X2) positive for purchase decision (Y). Abstract

ABSTRACT               The use of telecommunications cards, especially in remote areas such as Gersik Putih Village, Gapura District, Sumenep Regency. Many things that occur dipedasaan that occur in the field of telecommunications such as network congestion caused far from the HP signal transmitter tower. The research conducted aims and analyzes whether there is an effect of customer satisfaction as X1 variable and trust in brand as X2 variable on customer retention as Y variable through switching cost as variable Z. This study used a sample of 91 people. The variables of this study consist of custumer satisfaction and trust in brand as independent variables, custumer retention as the dependent variable and switching cost as intervening variables. This study uses path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable custumer satisfaction has a significant level of custumer retention through switching costs and directly. While the trust in brand has a significant effect on custumer retention if through switching costs and does not have a significant effect on custumer retention directly. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to find out the effects of Capital Structure and Working Capital Turnover toward the Profitability of Banking Companies. This research uses explanatory research. The sample selection technique used in this research is purposive sampling with some criteria and 25 Banking Companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2017 are selected. The techniques of data analysis used in this research are multiple linear regression analysis, normality test, classic assumption test consisting of multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. This research also uses hypothesis testing which consists of f test and t test. The results of the research show that the Capital Structure has positive effects on the Profitability and Working Capital Turnover has positive effects on the profitability of the banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017.Keywords: Capital Structure, Working Capital, Profitability

Abstract

 AbstractAbstract               The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and brand image on repurchasing interest with perceived value as an intervening variable. The population and sample in the study were GrabExpress users in Lowokwaru District with respondents as many as 100 people. Data collection by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 16. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and the data testing techniques used in this study included validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and path.                The results of this study state that service quality and brand image have a significant positive effect on perceived value, service quality and brand image have a significant effect on repurchase interest, perception of value not positive which cannot mediate service quality to repurchase interest while perceived value has positive effect towards repurchasing interest that can mediate brand image Keywords: Service Quality, Brand Image, Repurchase Interest, and Value Perception
