Abstract

ABSTRACT The goal of the study is to determine the effect of visibility, credibility, attraction, and power celebrity endorse on brand image on the Shopee, buying and selling site. The population in this study was the 2016-2018 FEB Students of the University of Islam Malang who used the Shopee, buying and selling site. The number of sample is 96 respondents who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of visibility, credibility, attraction, and power celebrity endorse partially affect brand image. The variables which influenc brand image are visibility, credibility, attraction, and power celebrity. Keywords: Visibility, Credibility, Attraction, Power and Brand Image

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on research carried out with the aim of analyzing the influence of brand image, product quality and price on purchasing decisions on consumer eiger bags for boarding students in dinoyo village, amounting to 374 people. The sampling technique used is proportional stratified random sampling in which the technique is to select samples based on class. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t test and f test. These results indicate that brand image, product quality and price influence purchasing decisions. brand image has a partial effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a partial effect on purchasing decisions, and Price has a partial effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Brand Image, Product Quality, Price, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price, promotion, location, product completeness and service quality on consumer satisfaction of UNISMA students who shop in Indomaret either partially or simultaneously. The population and sample in this study were 85 people. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 14 with data testing techniques used in this study include multiple linear regression test, and testing of research hypotheses. The results of the analysis show that location does not significantly influence customer satisfaction, price, promotion, product humidity and service quality significantly influence customer satisfaction. Simultaneously shows that price, promotion, location, product completeness and service quality influence consumer satisfaction of UNISMA students who shop at Indomaret.Keywords: Price, Promotion, Location, Product Completeness and Service Quality Towards Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine good corporate governance and financial ratios have an influence or not on financial distress. The population used is the textile and garment sub-sector companies in 2016-2019 which are listed on Bursa Efek Indonesia. The technique in sampling is purposive sampling. The companies included in the study criteria consisted of 12 companies for 4 years. The method of collection in this study is the annual report documentation and literature, namely from journals and articles. The analysis used logistic regression and tested the hypothesis with sig values in the logistical test results table.This study has the results of the board of directors, independent board of commissioners, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, liquidity ratios, leverage ratios, and profitability ratios have no significant effect on financial distress. Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Board of Directors, Independent Board of Commissioners, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Liquidity Ratio, Leverage Ratio, Profitability Ratio and Financial Distress

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, work environment on the performance of employees of the Village Office of Dau Subdistrict, Malang Regency. Data collection is done by the method of documentation, questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study were all village office employees in Kec. Dau Kab. Malang, a total of 110 with samples using total sample techniques using the Slovin formula, so that the total obtained is 52 people. This study uses quantitative analysis. While the test equipment used is the instrument test, normality, classic assumption, multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 16.0 program. the results of this study indicate that the instrument used is valid and reliable, also the data obtained is normally distributed using the One sample Kolmogrov Smirnov table value of 0.141. As well as free data from Multicollinearity and Heteroscedasticity. The multiple linear regression results show that the independent variables have a positive effect on the dependent variable, also supported by a significant partial test (t test) which is generated by 0.000 (X1), 0.041 (X2), 0.005 (X3) with a standard of significance 0, 05. thus indicating that good leadership, motivation in employees, a good work environment will affect the performance of employees at the Village office in Dau District, Malang Regency.  Kata kunci : Kompensasi, Motivasi, Komitmen terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

ABSTRACTEmployee job satisfaction is one of the important things for a company. Because if employees feel satisfied with their work, then the services provided to customers will also get better, and it will trigger an increase in sales. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style servant leadership, company culture, and work environment on PT Karya employee job satisfaction Giri Palma. This study uses a sample of 56 employees from a population of 126 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is using purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The sample used is employees who do not work outside the office of PT Karya Giri Palma. Based on the results of research that has been done, it is obtained that the variables of servant leadership style, company culture, and work environment significantly influence employee job satisfaction. The servant leadership style does not significantly influence employee job satisfaction. Corporate culture does not significantly influence employee job satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the factors that influence the capital structure of conventional Indonesian banking in the 2015-2019 period. The variables used to measure the capital structure in this study are the current ratio (CR) that represents liquidity, Return on Asset (ROA) which represents profitability, the natural logarithm of total assets that represent bank size and total sales that represent growth. While for the dependent variable capital structure, measured using Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). There are 39 conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which are used as the population in this study, then using purposive sampling techniques found 10 conventional banks that meet the criteria and serve as a research sample. This study using multiple linier regression analysis using time series data or based on time series. Where in the study the results obtained that the variable liquidity does not affect the capital structure. Then profitability has a significant positive effect on capital structure. And the growth variable is known that has no influence on the variable capital structure. Based on the simultaneous test, the results show that liquidity, profitability, bank size and growth variables have a significant positive effect on capital structure.
