Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the influence of leadership, work environment and communication to employee job satisfaction. The research sample in this study amounted to 42 people who were employees of KUD (Village Unit Cooperative) PAKIS Kec. Pakis Kab. Malang.The method used is descriptive data analysis that is by using validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t hypothesis test, and hypothesis testing f.The results of this study indicate that partially each of the variables of leadership, work environment and communication are equally influential on job satisfaction, while simultaneously leadership, work environment and communication variables also influence job satisfaction of KUD (Village Unit Cooperative) PAKIS employees. Abstract

ABSTRACTThere is always a conflict between shareholders and management within the company, namely in making decisions to distribute dividends to shareholders. It is necessary to pay attention to several factors that can influence the dividend distribution policy. Ratio analysis can be used as an alternative to test these factors. This study aims to determine how much factors Free Cash Flow (FCF), Profitability (ROI), Liquidity (CR), and Leverage (DER) affect the Dividend Policy (DPR). The sample in this study consisted of 12 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2014-2016 period. The sample in this study uses purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study showed that the variable Free cash flow and profitability had a negative effect not significant on dividend policy, while liquidity and leverage had a significant positive effect on dividend policy. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe the brand ambassador, product quality, brand image and purchasing decisions and determine the influence and analyze the brand ambassador and product quality on purchasing decisions with brand image as an intervening variable. The method in this study is to use quantitative methods.The sample of this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Management Department of Malang Islamic University by using purposive sampling, as many as 77 respondents. Methods in collecting data using questionnaires. The analytical method used in this study is the path analysis with SPSS 14.0 FOR WINDOWS.The result of this research indicate that brand ambassador have an insignificant effect on brand image, brand ambassador have no significant effect on purchasing decision, product quality has significant effect to brand image, product quality has significant effect on purchasing decision, brand image has significant effect to purchasing decision, and product quality direct influence on purchasing decisions is greater than the quality of products for purchasing decisions indirectly through brand image.Keywords: Brand Ambassador, Product Quality, Brand Image, and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of product design, product quality, competitive price and brand image on purchasing decisions of consumer case studies N19AB Karangploso Distro Malang. This research was carried out to consumers of the N19AB Distro, and the population in this research was all consumers who had made a purchase at Distro N19AB Karangploso Malang. Samples were taken by questionnaire method. Sample size is 75 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1). Product design has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at N19AB Karangploso Malang distro. 2). Product quality has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at N19AB Karangploso Malang distro. 3). Competitive prices have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at N19AB Karangploso Malang distro. 4). Brand image has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions of N19AB Karangploso Malang distro. 5). Product design, product quality, competitive price and brand image have a simultaneous effect on consumer purchasing decisions N19AB Karangploso distro Malang.Keywords: product design, product quality, competitive price, brand image, purchasing decision

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of communication and leadership style on the performance of the UAM faculty of economics and business. The variables used in this study are performance variables (dependent variables), while the independent variables are communication and leadership style. The results of this study partially concluded that there was no influence between communication variables on the performance of the management and there was an influence between leadership style variables on the performance of the management. Key words: Performance, communication, leadership style.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study are: 1) To determine the influence of halal and price tags simultaneously to the purchase decision. 2) To determine the influence of halal and price tags partially on purchasing decisions. The type of sampling used is accidental sampling, the sample in the study amounted to 96 Students Faculty of Economics and Business Islamic University Of Malang. The results of research by using multiple linear regression analysis shows that the variable of halal label and price simultaneously have an influence on to purchase decision variable, likewise halal label variable and price partially have an influence on purchasing decision variable.  Keywords: Halal label, price, purchase decision
