Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to determine the effect variables of firm size, investment decisions and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on firm value. The type of research used in this study is explanation. The population of this research is companies in the property, real estate and building construction sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2016-2017 as many as 73 companies. The sampling technique was purposive sampling to obtain 54 companies that met the criteria.This research uses technical analysis of normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test. The measuring instrument used to measure firm size is Ln Total Assets, for investment decisions using Price Earnings Ratio (PER), and for CSR using Corporate Social Responsibility Index company J (CSRIJ) based on the Global Reporting Initiative standard), while firm value is measured using Price to Book Value (PBV).The results of data analysis show that: (1)the firm size has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, (2) investment decisions have a significant positive effect on firm value, while (3) CSR has a negative but not significant effect on firm value.Keywords        :           Firm Size, Investment Decision, Corporate Social Responsibility, Firm Value.

Abstract

ABTRACKThe purpose of this study was to analyze creative economic entrepreneurs in the culinary sub-sector in order to meet taxpayer compliance. The population is 50 culinary sub-sector creative economic entrepreneurs in Malang Regency. Because the population is relatively small, all populations are sampled. The sampling technique uses quantitative methods. The technique sampling uses quantitative methods. The data testing techniques used in this study include description test, normality test, classic assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that the culinary sub-sector creative economic business significantly affects taxpayer compliance with a t-count value of 4,370 and a significance value of 0,000 or 58.9%. Keywords: creative economic, culinary, taxpayer compliance

Abstract

AbstractVillage Government realizes Apparatus competencies through training, is still less effective and efficient. One reason is that the Apparatus does not understand their respective duties. The purpose of the study was to determine the competency development of Village Apparatus in the Sidodadi Village office. The research method uses a type of qualitative research, with data sources: primary data and secondary data. Then the technique of collecting data, observation, interviews and documentation. While the information determination technique is purposive sampling. The informants were the head of village, village secretary, Head of government affairs, head of government affairs, and head of general affairs. Then the data is analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and data verification. To test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the Sidodadi village government in developing competencies is internal. Provide an understandings of administrative skills. Obstacle constraints, among others, senior human resources and inappropriate leadership policies. Keyword: development, competency

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to examine the effect of managerial ownership, debt policy and profitability on the firm value of sub-sectional manufacturing companies of the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017.The population used in this study is the consumer goods manufacturing sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015-2017. The sampling method is purposive sampling according to predetermined criteria. The number of samples is 27 companies. The data in this study used multiple linear regression, classical assumption and hypothesis test.The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership has  negative in significant effect on firm value, debt policy has negative significant effect on firm value and profitability has positive significant effect on firm value. Abstract

ABSTRACTTo find out and analyze the influence of service quality, facilities, prices and products on customer satisfaction Loris Beauty Clinic Malang. The population in this study were Malang Loris Beauty Clinic customers who performed for 3 months, namely as many as 960 who would be respondents in this study. And it has been calculated using the Slovin formula to become 91 respondents. Data collection through questionnaires. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 16. And the sampling technique using non probability sampling methods and data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis.The results of the analysis show that service quality, facilities, prices and products in partial tangible, facilities and products have a positive and significant influence, but the service quality variable has a positive but not significant effect. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image, brand trust and price on oppo smartphone purchasing decisions (case studies on students of the economic faculty and business unisma class of 2018). The variables used in this study are purchasing decision variables (dependent variable), while the independent variables are product quality, brand image, brand trust and price.The results of this study partially conclude that there are effects between product quality variables, brand image, brand trust and price on purchasing decisions and conclude conclusively that there is an influence between product quality variables, brand image, brand trust and price on purchasing decisions.Keywords purchasing decisions, product quality, brand image, brand trust, price.

Abstract

ABSTRACT            The purpose of this study was to find out how the Investment Decision, Financial Decision and Interest Rate has an effect on the Firm Value. The purpose of this study is to see (1)can find out how investment decision have an influence on the firm value, (2) can find out how financial decision have an influence on the firm value, (3) can find out how interest rate have an influence on the firm value.This research uses quantitative research. The population in this study is an Food and Beverages listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period of 2014-2017. The sample in this study is 11 companies which uses purposive sampling technique. The method of research  is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study that Investment Decision, Financial Decision, and Interest Rate has an effect on Firm Value. Investment Decision has a significant and positive affect on Firm Value, Financial Decision has a significant and positive affect on Firm Value, and Interest Rate has a significant affect on Firm Value.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Profitability, Liquidity, and Leverage on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) in Infrastructure, Utilities, and Transportation Companies Registered on the Stock Exchange for the 2015-2017 Period. The population that is the object of this research are all Infrastructure, Utilities, and Transportation Companies Registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2017 period, namely 60 companies. The sampling technique using purposive sampling method, so that 17 companies were obtained. Data analysis in this study using SPSS version 16. The data testing techniques used in this study include normality test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis.The results of the analysis show that partially Profitability (ROA) has no significant positive effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Whereas Liquidity (CR) and Leverage (DER) partially have a significant positive effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) Keywords: Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR)

Abstract

AbstractThis research is conducted to examine the effect of firm size, leverage and profitability on the firm value in banking campanies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2015-2017.The population used in this study is the banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015-2016. The sampling method is puposive sampling according to predetermined criteria. The number of samples is 30 companies. The data in this study used multiple linear regression, classical assumptions and hyphotesis testing.The result of this study indicate that firm size has negative significant effect on firm value, leverage has positive and insignificant effect on firm value and profitability has positive significant effect on firm value. Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity and growth opportunity on the capital structure. This study uses Explanatory Research. The population in this study were all Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2015 until the end of 2017, and a sample of 13 companies. Methods of collecting data through library methods and documentation methods. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. In this study the data analysis used was using SPSS version 20. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method using several criteria. Data testing techniques in this study include: normality test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.               The results of this study indicate that: (1) profitability has a positive effect on capital structure, (2) liquidity has a negative effect on capital structure and (3) growth opportunity has a positive effect on capital structure. Keywords : Profitability, Liquidity, Growth Opportunity and Capital Structure.
