Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Spiritual Motivation on the Performance of BKPSDM in Batu City. The type of research used is experimental. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained from questionnaires and interviews. This study amounted to 51 employees who were active employees who were in BKPSDM Batu City. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method that is by using analytical tools such as validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity test, heterocedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, f test and t test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the simultaneous influence between the variables of Leadership Style and Spiritual Motivation has an effect on the performance of BKPSDM Kota Batu employees. (2) Leadership Style partially has a significant effect on employee performance and Spiritual Motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Spiritual Motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and location on purchasing decisions of Lapis Tugu Malang. The sample and population in this study were 80 respondents who were consumers who had bought Lapis Tugu Malang.The method used is descriptive data analysis, namely by using the tests of validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity test, heterocedasticity test and hypothesis test t. The results of this study indicate that the variable price, product quality and location have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Price, Product Quality, Location and Purchasing Decision

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of Shopping Life Style, Fashion Involvement and Sales Promotion on Impulse Buying at the Three Second shop in Soekarno Hatta Malang. This research is quantitative research. The sampling method used is purporsive sampling. There is a population of 2,700 respondents and a sample of 96 respondents was obtained. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results in this study indicate that simultaneous Shopping Life Style, Fashion Involvement and Sales Promotion have a significant effect on Impulse Buying. And partial Shopping Life Style on the coefficients table is 0.639 so that there is no significant effect on Impulse Buying, Fashion Involvement in the coeffisients table is 0.000 so that it has a significant effect on Impulse Buying and Sales Promotion on the coefficient table. significant effect on Impulse Buying.

Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study uses quantitative data collection through questionnaires. The population in this study is Consumer Resto Fried Chicken Nelongso Branch Sutami Dam Malang. The sample took 88 respondents with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The objectives of this study are: 1) Effect of Service Performance and Satisfaction on consumer loyalty at Resto Ayam Goreng Nelongso Sutami Branch. 2) Partial Performance Analysis of Service Performance and Satisfaction with Customer Loyalty at Resto Ayam Goreng Nelongso Sutami Branch.               The results showed that: 1) Can show simultaneous performance of services and satisfaction with customer loyalty at Nelongso fried chicken restaurant. 2) Related to the partial performance between service performance and satisfaction with customer loyalty at Nelongso fried chicken restaurant. Keywords: Service performance, Authority, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to know the influence of investment decisions and funding decisions on the company's value in the manufacturing company sub-sector of food and beverage listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017, which is as much as 18 companies. Selection of samples using purposive sampling where samples were taken based on certain criteria, thus obtained as many as 16 food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The data analysis techniques in this study used the normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression tests and hypotheses testing. Measuring instrument used to measure investment decision is Price Earning Ratio (PER), for funding decision is Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and for company value is Price to book value (PBV). The results of this study show that the investment decisions positively and significantly affect the value of the company and the funding decisions are negatively and insignificant to the value of the company. Keywords: investment decisions, funding decisions, and corporate values

Abstract

 This study aims to analyze how much the level of accounts receivable turnover at PT WOM (Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha) Finance Division Blitar in the period April - June 2019. The method of data collection in this study uses library research and field research . This type of research is quantitative descriptive, namely the results of this study are numerical data (numbers), after which it is processed and analyzed for conclusions.The analytical method used for testing accounts receivable in this study uses the receivable turn over (RTO) method, which aims to measure the liquidity and activity of the company's receivables. Average collection period (ACP), which aims to measure the average collection time for sales. The arrears ratio, which aims to find out how much the receivables are due and not yet collected from the number of credit sales made. Billing ratio, which aims to find out how much receivables are collected from the total receivables owned by the company.The results of this study indicate that the accounts receivable turnover rate of PT WOM (Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha) Finance Division of Blitar in April amounted to 15.3 times, May 13.7 times and June 13.1 times which is very good can still be in the set average. that is 15 times, so billing by the company is considered good and successful. The average collection of accounts receivable from the company in April was 24 days, May 26 days and June as many as 28 days. The collection period of this company's receivables is quite good, which is less than the company's average of 48 days, so it can be said that the company is very capable of handling billing on time even before maturity. The arrears ratio of companies experienced ups and downs which in April amounted to 14%, May 15% and June only 10%. Where the highest arrears are found in May which can harm the company because the funds should be able to turn back in fixed cash that is embedded in accounts receivable. The cause of the arrears in May was due to the fact that the month coincided with the month of Ramadan and Idul Fitri as well as the number of National holidays and leave for the month. The billing ratio experienced instability which in April was 86%, May 85% and June 90%. Actually the company is able to collect accounts receivable well, it would be good in certain months the company must find a solution so as not to decrease the billing ratio and have to find solutions and ideas so that the following month the billing ratio increases.Keywords: Receivable Turn Over (RTO), Average Collection Period (ACP), Arrears Ratio, Billing Ratio.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand image, price, product quality, and WOM both simultaneously and partially on the decision to buy a Xiaomi mobile phone in Meteor Cell Malang. The population in this study is the number of consumers in April, which is 1,700 which shows the average number of buyers each month. While the number of samples taken was 73 respondents.The results of simultaneous  analysis shows that the influence of brand image variables, prices, product quality and WOM has a significant influence on the purchase decision of Xiaomi mobile phones. While partially brand image, price, product quality and word of mouth have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for xiaomi cellphones. Keywords: Brand Image, Price, Product Quality, WOM, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research to determine the influence of Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Work Environment towards Employee Performance of the PT Kurnia Jaya Bersama. The data used in this study is primary data. The population used is employees of PT Kurnia Jaya Bersama. The sampling technique was done by saturated sampling method. The sample of this research is 73 employees. Data analysis was done by using multiple linier regression method. The result of this study indicate that Simultaneously, Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Work Environment significantly affected the Employee Performance. Partially, motivation has a positive significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a negative significant on employee performance and work environment has a positive significant on employee performance.  Keywords : Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Work Environment, Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT Mainly Indonesia peape have a tendency to make online clothing purchases. It shows the use and emergency of online purchasing application all around us like OLX, Lazada, Tokopedia, and other. The purpose of this study is know determine the  effect of lifestyle and emotional maturity on the decision to buy online clothing in the landungsari Village, Dau district, Malang regency. The sampling technique uing non probality sampling that is a consideration of certain criteria data analysis tool used in this research is multiple Linear regression analysis. The result of this research showed that lifestyle rariables and emotional  maturiry have a significant impact of online clothing purchases both simultaneously and partial. Keywords : lifestyle, emotional maturity, online decition clothing

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is (1) to determine the effect of liquidity on debt policy (2) to determine the effect of profitability on debt policy (3) to determine the effect of income tax on debt policy.The population in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period of 45 companies. In this study using a sampling technique with purposive sampling technique to obtain a sample of 15 property and real estate companies. Analysis of the data used in this study using SPSS version 16. For data analysis methods used in this study include normality test, multiple linear regression test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has a significant effect on debt policy, profitability has a significant negative effect on debt policy while income tax have a significant effect on debt policy.
