Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze (1) performance on production capabilities, (2) Market orientation on performance, (3) innovative performance, (4) Performance on work productivity, (5) Production capacity on competitiveness, (6) Market orientation on competitiveness (7) Innovative on competitiveness (8) Work productivity on competitiveness (9) Performance on competitiveness. The research used primary data by surveying as many as 187 Informal small business respondents in Surabaya city as samples. Research data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study states: (1) Production capacity significantly on performance, (2) Market orientation was not significantly on performance, (3) Innovative have significant effect on performance, (4) work productivity have a significant effect on performance (5) production capacity of influential have significant effect on competitiveness, (6) Market orientation have a significant effect on competitiveness, (7) Innovative have a significant effect on competitiveness (8) Work productivity have significant effect on competitiveness (9) Performance have a significant effect on competitiveness (10) Production capabilities have a significant effect on competitiveness through Performance, (11) Market orientation do not have effect on competitiveness through performance, (12) Innovative have a significant effect on competitiveness through performance, (13) Work productivity have a significant effect on competitiveness through performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of Quality of Work Life on Performance through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in Teachers and Employees of Integrated Al-Ishlahiyah Singosari. The data used in this study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The study population was teachers and employees of Al-Ishlahiyah Singosari Integrated Vocational School, while the sample in this study were 46 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is path analysis, single test with hypothesis testing using the t test. From this study, the results show that there is an influence between Quality of Work Life on Performance through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable Keywords: Quality of Work Life, Job Satisfaction, and Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Spiritual Motivation on the Performance of BKPSDM in Batu City. The type of research used is experimental. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained from questionnaires and interviews. This study amounted to 51 employees who were active employees who were in BKPSDM Batu City. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method that is by using analytical tools such as validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity test, heterocedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, f test and t test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the simultaneous influence between the variables of Leadership Style and Spiritual Motivation has an effect on the performance of BKPSDM Kota Batu employees. (2) Leadership Style partially has a significant effect on employee performance and Spiritual Motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Spiritual Motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to: (a) Know partially the influence of work ethic , work discipline and organizational commitment on employee performance Ministry of Religious Office of Batu City. (b) Knowing simultaneously the influence of work ethic, work discipline and organizational commitment on employee performance Ministry of Religious office of Batu City. This research is a descriptive research with quantitative approach. The data source of this research is the dissemination of the list of statements (questionnaires) and interviews directly to employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religious City of Batu. The data used is primary data. This analysis is done by using SPSS program. The research of this study is to determine the influence of work ethic, work discipline and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously to the performance of employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religious City of Batu. The results of this study indicate that work ethic, work discipline and organizational commitment affect the performance of employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religious City of Batu.Keywords: Work Ethic; Work Discipline; Organizational Commitment; Employee performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction, motivation and leadership style on employee performance of PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk. Dinoyo branch either partially or together. The population and sample are all 41 employees. Data collection through questionnaire distribution. Data analysis in this research using SPSS version 14. Sampling technique using census method and data testing technique used in this research include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing research.The results showed that partially motivation does not significantly affect employee performance while job satisfaction and leadership style significantly influence employee performance. Together shows that job satisfaction, motivation and leadership style significantly influence employee performance.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Motivation, Leadership Style and Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of training and supervision partially or simultaneously using statistical tests with the help of SPSS version 25. The population in this study was 142 members with a sample of 59 target household members by distributing questionnaires to obtain data. The analysis tools used in this study are the instrument test, normality test, classic assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. With the results of the analysis showing that training has a positive effect on productivity, while supervision has no effect on the productivity of the target household. Simultaneously training and supervision affect the productivity of target households BUMDesa Sejahtera Customs Village. Keywords: Training, Supervision, Productivity

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at CV. Lamongan Sub-Contractor Development. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work motivation and time management on employee performance. The independent variables used are leadership style, work motivation and time management, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The sample used in this study were 49 respondents who were employees of CV. Lamongan Sub-Contractor Development. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using SPSS 16.0 computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that leadership style affects employee performance, work motivation affects employee performance, time management affects purchasing decisions. Leadership style, work motivation and time management simultaneously affect employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Time Management And Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at PT Adhiguna Putera on Jl. Mawar No.03, Besuki, kec. Besuki, Kab. Situbondo. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, leadership and human resource development on job performance. The independent variables used are training, leadership and human resource development, while the dependent variable is work performance. The sample used in this study were 45 respondents who are employees of PT. Adhiguna Putera Paiton Probolinggo Branch. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using SPSS 16.0 computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that training affects work performance, leadership affects work performance and human resource development affects work performance. training, leadership and human resource development simultaneously affect work performance. Keywords : Training, Leadership, Human Resource Development and Work Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to understand the influence of work conflict, motivation, and transformational leadership on the performance of the employee at Kantor Camat Lowokwaru Malang. The population in this study were 33 with the same number of samples. This study used an explanatory research type with a quantitative approach. Primary data was measured using a questionnaire and analyzed using a SPSS 14.0. The result shows that both work-conflict and transformational leadership significantly influenced to work performances. On the other hand, motivation doesn't have any influences on work performance. However, altogether those three variables significantly influenced to work performances. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of the study was to describe leadership style, level of education and work environment and to determine its effect on employee performance simultaneously and partially. This research method uses quantitative methods with this type of research (explanatory research). The sample of this research is the employees of PT. GALAXY SURYA PANELINDO using the slovin formula produced as many as 67 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16. for windows. The results of this study indicate that: (1) simultaneously there is a significant influence between leadership style, education level and work environment on employee performance at PT. GALAXY SURYA PANELINDO. while partially (2) leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance (3) education level has a significant effect on employee performance (4) work environment partially affects employee performance at PT. GALAXY SURYA PANELINDO. Keywords : Leadership style, education level, work environment and employee performance.
