Abstract

AbstractABSTRACTANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF ECONOMIC GROWTH ON INFLATION LEVELS AND INTEREST RATES ON CREDIT DISTRIBUTION AT GOVERNMENT BANKSThe purpose of this study was to determine whether economic growth, inflation rates, and interest rates affect the lending to government banks. The population in this study are Government Banks listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) for the period 2009 to 2016. In the selection of samples, this study uses purposive sampling method, in which as many as 4 Government Banks will be used as samples. The company's financial statements have been published so that the required data is available and can be fulfilled. Testing the data in this study using multiple regression analysis method. Based on the test results, it is known that simultaneously, economic growth, inflation rates, and interest rates have a significant effect on credit channeling at Government Banks. And partially, economic growth and inflation rates have a positive and significant effect on lending to government banks while interest rates have a negative and significant impact on lending to Government Banks listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia in the period 2009-2016.Keywords: Credit Distribution, Economic Growth, Inflation Rate, and Interest Rate

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research has purpose to know the influence of number of credit given and Non Performing Loan (NPL) toward benefit rank to the Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD) in Malang Regency for the 2013-2017 period. This research is a kind of quantitative research which use multiple linear regression analysis. Taking sample of this research use purposive sampling technique which is technique of taking sample based on certain criteria and got six cooperatives from 31 cooperatives as population.The results show there is a significant effect between the amount of credit given to the level of profit. Non Performing Loans (NPL) have a significant effect on the level of profit. Based on the results of the research obtained, it is suggested to the cooperatives to maintain their credit quality and more selective in providing credit to their customers. And then to put more emphasis on the principle of vigilance in carry out lending activities. So that, the credit provided is not a lot of failure or problematic which can lead to increased NPL value. Keywords: Amount of Credit given, Non Performing Loan (NPL) and Rate of Profit.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is based on the growing development of cooperatives at this time, the demand for good and professional management of cooperatives is getting bigger. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze whether there is an influence of the relationship of equity capital X1, equity X2, business volume X3, while the variable Y is the remaining business results. this study uses quantitative methods. The results showed that there was a significant influence between own capital, foreign capital and business volume on the remaining business results, so as to increase the remaining business results by increasing capital and increasing business volume. Keywords : Village Unit Cooperatives, Own Capital, Foreign Capital, Business               Volume,Remaining Business Results.

Abstract

ABSTRACT            The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of store and location variables on purchasing decisions on the Consumer Fertilizer Bawang Cafe & dinning Kota Wisata Batu. The research method used is quantitative. Population and sample used in this research are Consumer Fertilizer Onion Cafe & dinning Town Tour of Stone. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, while the data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.               The results of this study provide empirical evidence that the variable store atmosphere and location both simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Location, Purchase Decision

Abstract

ABSTRAK                Some parties consider dividends have no effect on the value of the company known as the irrelevance of devidend proportion, this party sees that dividends have relevance to the value of the company called the relevance of devidend proportion. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of these factors on the value of the company. To test the hypothesis, secondary data was used with purposive sampling method.                Data analysis techniques use path in analysis with profitability as an exogenous variable and dividend policy as an intervening variable and firm value as an endogenous variable. After the data was analyzed, it was found that profitability and dividend policy had a significant effect on firm value, while the effect of profitability on dividend policy was not significant.Keywords: profitability, company value and dividend policy.

Abstract

ABSTRACT               The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price, completeness of products and product displays of purchasing decisions on consumers super model Bandung branch Dinoyo Malang.               This research is Quantitative research. Population in this research is all consumer of Bandung Super Model of Dinoyo branch of Malang city. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, while the data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.               The results of this study provide empirical evidence that the variable Price, Product Fittings and Display Products both simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions.Keywords: price, product completeness, product display and purchase decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACK The purpose of this reserach is: 1) To analysis the financial performance effect the value of5the company from Consumer Goods di BEI periode 2013-2016. 2) To analysis  Corporate Social Responsibility moderation of financial performance relationships to the value of5the company. 3) To analysis Good Corporate Governance moderation of financial performance relationship to the value of the company. This reserach using secondary data, and sample taking in the reseach5is using method Purposive Sampling by sampling 67 during the periode 2013-2016.The result of this reserach show that: 1) ROA have a significant positive effect on company Value. 2) Based on the result of the analysis can be provade that also CSR be able to moderation relationship ROA with company Value. 3) Based on the result of the analysis that also GCG be able to moderation relationship between ROA with company Value. This shows that Financial Performance the effect on company Value with disclosure Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) as a moderation variable.Keyword: Financial Performance, Company Value, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Corporate Governance (GCG).

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is meant to find the effect of word of mouth, online shopping experience, perceived ease and perceived risk of interest shopping. The sampling technique was conducted by purposive sampling method. The data used in this study is primary data. This type of research belong to explanatory research. The population of this current study was all university students in economy major at UNISMA who had fulfilled the registration fee. Data analysis method used in this research is using multiple linier regression analysis with t test hypothesis. The result of this study indicate that partially online shopping experience and perceived risk significant effect on interest shopping. While word of mouth and perceived ease partially no significant effect on interest shopping.Keywords : word of mouth, online shopping experience, perceived ease,  perceived risk, interest shopping
