Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of promotion, shopping emotion, and store atmosphere on impulse buying behavior at Transmart Carrefour Mataram City. The population in this study were consumers who visited the Transmart Carrefour Mataram City with a total sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the variables of promotion, shopping emotion, and store atmosphere do not partially have a significant effect on impulsive buying behavior, only shopping emotion, and store atmosphere which has a significant effect, while promotion has an insignificant negative effect and simultaneously shows that the variables of promotion, shopping emotion, and store atmosphere have a significant effect on impulsive buying behavior. In addition, the store atmosphere variable has the most dominant influence on impulse buying.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, workload and compensation on morale partially and simultaneously. This type of research is associative research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study are all employees in the Department of manpower and Transmigration as many as 75 employees. Sampling technique using non probability sampling with purposive sampling method, so that the number of samples obtained as many as 48 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that environmental variables partially no significant effect on morale, while workload and compensation partially significant effect on morale. The variables work environment, workload and compensation simultaneously have a significant influence on morale. The results of this study were also able to show that the independent variables (work environment, workload and compensation) were able to explain the dependent variable (morale) by 44%. While the remaining 46% of morale is influenced by other variables outside the work environment, workload and compensation.

Abstract

This research is a study in philosophy of economics that tried to analyze the implementation of Indonesian democratic economy (ekonomi kerakyatan) principle on Lombok International Airport management with philosophical hermeneutic method. Data used originated from observation data and interviews and also library research that related with the object of this research. The discussion is produced conclusions as below: (1) Indonesian democratic economy is a pillar of Indonesia's economy that based on social justice principle and partiality to society. (2) One of the problems of airport management in Indonesia is a stereotype about users of air transportation departure identified as middle to high social class and don’t provided facilities for people around. (3) Angkasa Pura I (Persero) as Lombok International Airport manager implements Indonesian democratic principle for positioning this airport as a place to develops the public economy with provided facilities to street vendors and MSMEs. This efforts is to create social justice for public especially the people of West Nusa Tenggara

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis adakah pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat dan juga untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memakai uji validitas, reliabilitas analisis regresi sederhana hingga uji t yang dimana untuk menghitung hasil uji tersebut dibantu dengan alat analisis program aplikasi komputer yaitu SPSS 25. Penulis tertarik melakukan penelitian ini karena adanya penurunan kinerja terhadap pegawai Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat yang dapat dilihat dari keterlambatan dan tanpa adanya keterangan hadir diabsensi pegawai Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat tersebut, yang disebabkan karena kurangnya motivasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini dilakukan kepada seluruh pegawai Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat yang berjumlah 44 orang. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas kuisioner dinyatakan valid apabila r-hitung lebih besar dari r-tabel dan apabila nilai conbach alpha > 0.60 maka kuisioner tersebut dinyatakan reliabel. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat dengan kata lain jawaban dari hipotesis yang telah dikemukakan dalam penelitian yaitu H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

Milk is a food that is rich in benefits and nutrients. There are many benefits obtained from the content of milk, making milk produced by many producers. One of the home industries that produces dairy products is Merry Foodies, which is located in Selong, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The business idea of ​​making Komiku dairy products originated from the phenomenon of public interest, especially the Indonesian people who are interested in things that are related to the South Korean state, including processed food products that are often shown on South Korean television shows. In this study, we will discuss how to develop a marketing strategy for "Komiku" dairy products at Merry Foodies, East Lombok with a qualitative research approach. The analysis used in this research is SWOT analysis . The results on the SWOT matrix show that Merry Foodies as a milk processing producer has strengths in terms of packaging, taste, raw materials, and prices. However, there are several weaknesses, namely products that are easily damaged, difficulties in terms of distribution to more remote areas, limited capital and the absence of BPOM. Opportunities owned are quite broad market share, large target market and product diversification. Meanwhile, the threats they have are the season, the nature of consumers and new competitors. The development of the marketing strategy used by Merry Foodies is the convert selling strategy and other strategies in the marketing mix.

Abstract

Media online menjadi sarana komunikasi yang paling digandrungi masyarakat di era internet. Media online bukan hanya sebagai sarana komunikasi biasa tetapi juga digunakan dalam memasarkan pariwisata budaya di Pulau Lombok, salah satunya yang dilakukan oleh media Firstlomboktour.com. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkap peran media Firstlomboktour.com dalam memasarkan pariwisata budaya di Pulau Lombok. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini yaitu "Bagaimana peran media Firstlomboktour.com dalam memasarkan pariwisata budaya di Pulau Lombok?". Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dengan teknik dokumentasi atas teks isi pesan media online Firstlomboktour.com. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa media online Firstlomboktour.com berperan dalam memasarkan pariwisata budaya di Pulau Lombok. Peran media online Firstlomboktour.com dalam memasarkan pariwisata budaya di Pulau Lombok dilakukan dalam bentuk pemberitaan khusus memuat daya tarik wisata budaya di Pulau Lombok. Selain itu, media online khususnya Firstlomboktour.com menjadi media testimoni pengalaman perjalanan wisata budaya bagi para wisatawan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut maka peran media online Firstlomboktour.com bagi industri pariwisata budaya sangat besar manfaatnya. Oleh karena itu, maka diharapkan seluruh pengguna media online untuk terus memanfaatkan media online secara optimal untuk memasarkan pariwisata budaya secara berkelanjutan.
