Abstract

Artotambang is a sub-village that has an illegal sand and stone mining area in its territory. Seeing the mining assets operating in their area, the community then formed a community activity group (pokgiat) as an institution authorized to manage, secure and develop these assets. They then developed these assets through various businesses under the Sub-Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDus). This research aims to look at the scheme and strategy of organizing “pokgiat” through the perspective of Resource Mobilization Theory. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. While the data collection technique involves three main methods: interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study show that the community activity group and BUMDus of Artotambang have successfully mobilized various types of resources to manage and develop their sand mining levy assets. This success can be seen from their ability to effectively manage human, material, non-material and organizational resources. In addition, the organization has also had a positive impact on economic and social aspects. The economic aspect can be seen from the increase in income and community welfare. Meanwhile, the social aspect can be seen from the close social cohesiveness. However, although these two groups have provided great benefits to the community, there are major critical notes and suggestions that need to be considered to maintain the sustainability of these groups, these notes are mainly regarding: institutional legality, potential conflicts, regeneration mechanisms, and transparency and accountability. .

Abstract

Effective water resources management is a crucial challenge in rural Indonesia, especially in the context of climate change and increasing water demand for agriculture. This research examines the process of community empowerment through the Jogo Toya Kamulyan Irrigation Volunteer Forum (FRI) in the downstream area of the Pusur Sub-watershed, Klaten District, Central Java. The research objective is to analyze how the integration of the Support for Participatory Research and Popular Education (SPRE) and Volunteer Effort and Movements (VEM) approaches in the empowerment process of the Jogo Toya Kamulyan Irrigation Volunteer Forum (FRI) contributes to increasing community participation and the effectiveness of irrigation water resources management in the downstream area of the Pusur Sub-watershed. The research applied qualitative methods through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The main findings showed that FRI Jogo Toya Kamulyan successfully established a participatory irrigation management system involving farmers, youth, and women from seven villages. This success is reflected in the normalization of irrigation channels, the development of a transparent water sharing system, and the adoption of technology through the SIBARI application. Interestingly, this study reveals how a grassroots initiative can transform into a water resources management model recognized by the local government, marked by FRI's joining the District Irrigation Commission. This study provides unique insights into the potential of community empowerment in addressing natural resource management challenges, and highlights the importance of multi-stakeholder collaboration and community-based innovation in sustainable rural development.

It is hoped that this training will increase the knowledge and competence of BUMDesa administrators. The type of research used is a descriptive qualitative method with an evaluative approach, namely the evaluation of the implementation of the training that has been carried out. The results of the study show that the task of the facilitator in the training, namely Non-Governmental Mobilizers, has been running well. The knowledge of the trainees has increased, as can be seen from the comparison of pre-test and post-test scores during the training. From the average pre-test score of 51.97, it increased during the post test to 71.40. The trainees felt the impact of increasing their understanding and skills during the training. Abstract

Sinergi Cermat Program is a sustainability initiative designed to optimize Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) through various waste utilization innovations and environmental education programs. The program fosters strategic collaboration between corporations, community groups, and local governments. Key outcomes include the implementation of Oligotrik and Charging Stations that empower the Bang Pilo group, as well as the Batik Javing innovation that transforms plastic waste into eco-paving. Moreover, environmental literacy is strengthened through the development of the "Plastik Baik" Digital Module and the "Kawasan Sehati" application. These initiatives not only create shared value (CSV) but also align with government policies on waste management and renewable energy development, demonstrating real synergy among stakeholders in sustainable development efforts.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to measure and analyze the level of Community Satisfaction Index (CSI) among beneficiaries of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs—KASIH BUMI and Ruang Tumbuh Kalisogo—organized by PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) OMM Region III in Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. The method employed is census (saturated sampling), with the CSI calculated using the weighted average value formula. The overall CSI result showed a value of 3.78 (Converted Value: 94.5), which places the program's performance in the "Very Good" category (Service Quality A).Out of ten assessment elements, nine elements (such as Requirements, Procedures, Implementation Time, and Environmental Impact) were found to be in the "Very Good" category. However, the element with the lowest score was the Economic Impact (U8), with a score of 3.39 (Converted Value: 84.75), which is categorized as "Good."In conclusion, although the CSR program of PT PGN OMM Region III has generally achieved a 'Very Good' satisfaction level (CSI 94.38), the indicator analysis reveals that the Economic Impact dimension still requires improvement. The program needs to enhance concrete and sustainable economic benefits for the beneficiaries.
