Abstract

This research is to analyze the effect dimensions of leadership to employees mediated by the motivation of research at PT. Janu Putra Sejahtera. In this study the population of the company PT. Janu Putra Sejahtera with the criteria of being a permanent employee or having worked more than 1 year. From the predetermined assessment, there were 216 employees. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique of 80 respondents. The method of data collection uses a questionnaire method with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of the study show that Motivation (Y1) acts as a mediator between interpersonal roles (X1) of leaders and employee performance (Y2). This is evidenced by the indirect coefficient value of 0.132 greater than the direct coefficient value of 0.113. The results also prove that Motivation (Y1) acts as a mediator between the role of informational (X2) leaders and employee performance (Y2). This is evidenced by the indirect effect coefficient of 0.299 greater than the direct coefficient value of 0.198. Motivation (Y1) acts as a mediator between decisional roles (X3) of leaders and employee performance (Y2). This is evidenced by the indirect coefficient value of 0.249 greater than the direct coefficient value of 0.164. From the results of this study it can be concluded that through motivation, the role of dimensions will be more effective in improving the performance of employees of PT. Janu Putra Sejahtera.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the dimensions ESQ in service quality, namely reliability, responsiveness, access, flexibility, ease of navigation, efficiency, assurance, security, science price, aesthetic situ, and personalization affect the user satisfaction Department of Labor Cooperatives and Small medium Kebumen. The population in this study is the service users Department of Labor Cooperatives, Small and Medium Kebumen. The sample of 100 respondents by using the technique of Non-Probability Sampling with accidental sampling approach, ie sampling technique based on chance, ie who happened to meet the researchers can be sampled if deemed suitable. Based on statistical data analysis, indicators in this study is valid and the variables are reliable. The sequence individually on each of the most influential variable is the variable responsiveness with a regression coefficient of 0.257, and knowledge of the price of the regression coefficient of 0.157, followed by a guarantee by the regression coefficient of 0.120, the security of the regression coefficient of 0.120, while the variables that influence the lowest was efficient with a regression coefficient of 0.069. Department of Labor and Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Kebumen need to retain the elements that have been rated by consumers as well as the need to fix the things that are lacking.

Abstract

The Mangrove Education Center (MEC) is located in the pangkalan Jambi village, Bukit Batu sub-district, Bengkalis district, Riau province. In 2004 in the village of Jambi base, a group of hope together was established, which is a group of local fishermen. The Mangrove Education Center (MEC) was established by the joint hope group to respon to emergency conditions due to abrasion that hit the coast of Pangkalan Jambi village. Abrasion in the Jambi base village occurs due to two factors, namely from nature and humans. The land is naturally abraded due to the force hitting the coast and accompanied by human factors, namely the illegal logging of mangroves by irresponsible people. This study aims to determine the effect of TRIMBA on sedimentation volume, success rate of planting, and utilization of TRIMBA on the impact of land addition. Determination of the sampling location is done by conducting several observations or preliminary studies. Observations were made by finding 3 sample points that represented the TRIMBA. The results showed that the sedimentation volume at station 1 was 6,650 m³, at station 2 it was 480 m³, and at station 3 it was 750 m³ so that the total volume was obtained with a value of 7,880 m³. This sedimentation volume is very useful for the 50% increase in land caused by the presence of TRIMBA. And the success rate of planting has also increased from previous years.

Abstract

This study uses descriptive qualitative research with 3 informants in this study, namely 1 Head of Administration, 1 Head of Community Empowerment and Development and 1 public service worker in Kramat Selatan Village, North Magelang District, Magelang City. To process and analyze the data, the author uses an interactive data model as proposed by Miles and Huberman. As a result, the factors that caused the performance of public service personnel in the Kramat Selatan Village, North Magelang District, Magelang City during the Covid-19 pandemic decreased, namely inadequate service facilities and infrastructure, there were still employees who needed to improve their competence and were also not proficient at using computers, people who needed services do not complete the required data, thus hampering the smooth running of services. Then the effort to improve the performance of public service personnel in the Kramat Selatan Village, North Magelang District, Magelang City during the Covid-19 pandemic is to provide adequate facilities as service facilities and infrastructure during this pandemic, improve performance by including training and capacity building in the computer sector. increasing socialization to the people of Kramat Selatan Village, North Magelang District regarding the procedures for public services and their requirements through various media.

Abstract

The use of educational report cards as a tool for evaluating educational performance is often not optimal in a number of educational units. This indicates the low level of adoption of education report cards as an effective evaluation instrument. This article explores the application of mentoring with the Mentoring-Monitoring strategy as an effort to increase the adoption of educational report cards. The research method used involved a qualitative descriptive approach at 10 target schools. The research results show that the implementation of mentoring with the Mentoring-Monitoring strategy is very effective in increasing the adoption of educational report cards in assisted education units. After the mentoring activity, the results of the adoption of educational report cards increased from 0 schools to 10 schools or a 100% increase in the adoption rate of educational report cards. This also had an impact on increasing the district's adoption rate, namely an increase of 48.89% for the educational report card exploration indicator. The Monitoring activity steps in the Mentor-Monitor strategy function to ensure the successful adoption rate of education report cards by using them quality as a form of effort to improve schools through data-based planning.

Abstract

This article explains how the condition of the community in the Payakabung Village area, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency after the Covid 19 pandemic has not fully recovered, then there is the role of the surrounding company, namely PT PLN Indonesia Power UPDK Keramasan ULPL Indralaya in helping restore the socio-economic conditions of the community through the "Bumi Becaro" program. stands for " Bumi Lestari Caram Seguguk Bersamo " which means protecting the earth together. It is with this spirit that the community empowerment program in Payakabung Village is carried out using the Triple Bottom Line approach which focuses on the goals of the planet, people and profit, so that the programs implemented will have an impact not only on social and economic life but also pay attention to the environment so that the empowerment program will be sustainable. As a result, beneficiary groups feel the positive impact, socially this program produces new groups that are active in empowerment, economically there is an increase in people's income and environmentally this program also has a direct impact because it has a zero waste concept that supports the circular economy that is environmentally friendly.

Abstract

This article explains the conditions of the Palembang City women's empowerment program by optimizing the production of environmentally friendly traditional cloth. Namely, PT PLN Indonesia Power UPDK Keramasan assists in training in making environmentally friendly products, making environmentally friendly filters, and digital marketing. The women's empowerment program in Palembang City is implemented with a Triple Bottom Line approach which focuses on planet, people, and profit goals, so that the program implemented will have an impact not only on social and economic life but also on the environment so that the empowerment program will be sustainable. As a result, the beneficiary groups feel the positive impact, this program produces new groups that are active in empowerment, and there is an increase in members' income environmentally this program is also better because the fabric produced uses natural dyes and the processing uses a closed water system—this saving on water and electricity usage.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang menyebabkan disiplin kerja pegawai pada Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Yogyakarta belum baik, selain itu untuk merumuskan upaya meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai pada Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, dan instrumen penelitian berupa pedoman wawancara atau interview guide. Hasil penelitian disiplin kerja pegawai Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Yogyakarta masih belum baik karena masih menghadapi berbagai masalah antara lain: faktor internal kurangnya kesadaran diri, kuranganya komitmen serta tanggungjawab dan faktor eksternal adanya kejadian diluar predikasi macet, kecelakaan dan pegawai yang aktif di masyararakat. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai pada Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Yogyakarta adalah meliputi pengawasan atasan langsung, pembinaan pimpinan, monitoring dan evaluasi, keteladanan pimpinan, dan adanya reward dan punishment. Good employee work discipline is the key to achieving performance so that the goals of an organization will be achieved. On the other hand, the evaluation of the work discipline of the Yogyakarta Religious High Court employees has not been good. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that cause the work discipline of employees at the Yogyakarta Religious High Court not to be good, in addition to formulating efforts to improve employee discipline at the Yogyakarta Religious High Court. The data analysis method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, the data collection techniques in this study were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation, and the research instrument was an interview guide. The results of the work discipline of Yogyakarta Religious High Court employees are still not good because they are still facing various problems, including: internal factors, lack of self-awareness, lack of commitment and responsibility, and external factors, events outside of traffic jams, accidents and employees who are active in the community. Efforts made to improve employee discipline at the Yogyakarta Religious High Court include direct supervisor supervision, leadership development, monitoring and evaluation, leadership exemplary, and rewards and punishments.
