Abstract

Diarrhea is a clinical symptom of digestive disorders which is characterized by an increase in the frequency of defecation more than usual and repeatedly accompanied by a change in the shape and consistency of the feces to become soft or liquid. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of antidiarrheal activity of extract (Polygonum minus Huds) on male white mice and to find out at what concentration of extract is needed for the antidiarrheal effect on male white mice. This research was carried out by inducing mice with oleum ricini, then giving extract, then observing the time when diarrhea occurred, stool consistency, frequency of diarrhea, and the duration of diarrhea. The results obtained showed that there was a significant difference between the positive control group, 0.25% extract, 0.5% extract and 0.75% extract against the negative control group. This indicates that the three test groups have. Then from these data it can be seen that the 0.25% extract group, 0.5% extract and 0.75% extract had no significant differences from the positive control group. This indicates that kesum leaf extract with concentrations of 0.25%, 0.5% and 0.75% has activity that is close to or similar to the positive group

Abstract

Catfish (Pangasius pangasius) is one of the fishery commodities with high economic value, both in seeding and rearing efforts. However, increasing the production of good-quality catfish seeds has so far relied on the help of the pituitary. This study aims to determine the effect of differences in storage temperature on catfish sperm motility. The research method used a completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments and three replications, namely P1 (-5°C/1 cc sperm), P2 (-15°C/1 cc sperm), P3 (5°C/1 cc sperm), and P4 (15°C/1 cc sperm). The parameters observed included pH, color, odor, volume, and sperm motility. The results of the observation showed that the best sperm motility was obtained at P1 (-5°C/1 cc sperm) with a value of 2.6 (good criteria). At P3 (5°C/1 cc sperm) and P4 (15°C/1 cc sperm), sperm motility was in the poor criteria with values of 2 and 1.6, respectively. The lowest motility value was obtained at P2 (-15°C/1 cc sperm) with a motility value of 1 (poor criteria).

Abstract

Technological advances in the fields of transportation, communication, and information have accelerated globalization and triggered the rapid growth of electronic commerce (e-commerce). However, this development presents significant challenges in the national legal system, especially related to the application of corporate law in online transactions. This research aims to examine the legal framework and regulatory challenges in the development of e-commerce in Indonesia, highlighting the applicable policies and their juridical implications. The method used is a normative juridical approach with descriptive-analytical specifications, which allows the identification and analysis of legal norms contained in laws and regulations, legal doctrines, and relevant legal principles. Data are collected from primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, and then analyzed qualitatively through interpretation of existing legal substances. The results of the study show that the regulation of e-commerce in Indonesia has been accommodated through Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE), which was updated through Law Number 19 of 2016, as well as Law Number 7 of 2014 concerning Trade and Government Regulation Number 82 of 2012 concerning the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions. However, obstacles are still found in its implementation, including weak electronic contract proof mechanisms, issues of trust and accountability, and low public understanding of digital transaction objects. This study recommends the drafting of a special law on e-commerce companies to strengthen legal certainty, consumer protection, and the sustainability of digital economy expansion in Indonesia.

The training is one of the capacity building programs for BUMDesa administrators carried out by the Jakarta Center for Training and Empowerment of Village, Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration. The training activity was carried out for 4 days which was attended by ten villages in Cianjur Regency. It is hoped that this training will increase the knowledge and competence of BUMDesa administrators. The type of research used is a descriptive qualitative method with an evaluative approach, namely the evaluation of the implementation of the training that has been carried out. The results of the study show that the task of the facilitator in the training, namely Non-Governmental Mobilizers, has been running well. The knowledge of the trainees has increased, as can be seen from the comparison of pre-test and post-test scores during the training. From the average pre-test score of 51.97, it increased during the post test to 71.40. The trainees felt the impact of increasing their understanding and skills during the training.
