Abstract

The background of this research is related to the influence of the quality of transportation services on customer satisfaction of the Bukittinggi-Jakarta NPM bus. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in the Bukittinggi-Jakarta NPM bus fleet. The method used in this study is to use quantitative methods. The sample used was 100 consumers of NPM Bukittinggi-Jakarta bus transportation services who made repeated purchases. The data used is the rimer obtained from the results of the questionnaire questionnaire. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale with the SPSS 16 application. The data analysis technique used was Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient Test, and T-test. significance of 0.000 ?0.05. The test results for the coefficient of determination obtained R Square of 0.602. This shows that the dependent variable of customer satisfaction is 60.2% influenced by the independent variable service quality, while 39.8% is influenced by other variables that have not been studied in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of information technology on the development of MSMEs in Lubuk Kilangan District, Padang City. This research is a quantitative descriptive research using a questionnaire (Likert scale). The number of samples is 95 respondents. And with the method of data analysis used to test the validity, reliability, classical assumptions (normality test, autocorrelation test), simple linear regression test, test the coefficient of determination R², and test the hypothesis (t test). The results of this study indicate that the regression coefficient has a value of 0.616. If it increases for every 1 unit of information technology variable, it will affect the development of MSMEs by 0.616. Then the calculated t value is 8.537 and the t table is 1.986 which is calculated > t table (8.537 > 1.986), then the sig is obtained at 0.000 <0.05. From this it can be seen that the information technology variable (X) has an influence on the MSME development variable (Y). then the results of the R² (R Square) test obtained a value of 0.439 or 43.9% which can be interpreted that the independent variable (information technology) has an influence of 43.9% on the dependent variable (business development) and the remaining 56.1% is influenced by other factors such as the ease of borrowing business capital and government policies. Based on the information technology t test, it partially has a significant effect on the development of MSMEs in Lubuk Kilangan District, Padang City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the added value of managing wooden furniture production waste as an innovative product in the city of Timika. The research method used is the descriptive research method, namely a method for examining the status of a group of people, an object, a set of conditions, a system of thought or a class of events in the present. In this research, the data collection methods used were the interview method, observation method, and documentation method. To determine the existence of a positive influence, the analytical instrument used in the research is analysis of the cost of production. The results of this research show that the cost of production for miniature bonsai is Rp. 35,490/unit and added value of Rp. 1,597,050, while the cost of production for briquettes is Rp. 9,793/kg and added value of Rp. 145,500.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of occupational safety and health through risk control on workforce productivity. The research method used is an associative research method, namely a method for determining the relationship or influence between two or more variables. In this research, the data collection methods used were the observation method, questionnaire method, and documentation method. To determine whether there is a positive influence, the analytical instrument used in the research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that in the t or partial test the elimination, substitution, engineering and administration variables have no effect and there is a PPE variable that has an effect on labor productivity and the F or simultaneous test has a significant effect on the effect of labor productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to determine strategies for improving service quality at the Timika Raya Hotel. The research method used is descriptive, which is a type of research that aims to describe or describe an incident or event. The descriptive method in this research was used to provide an overview of the strategy for improving service quality at the Timika Raya Hotel. In this research, the data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews. To find out what the hotel improvement strategy is, the analysis used in this research is a combination of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat (SWOT). Based on the results of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), the results of the research show that there are attributes included in quadrant A which are the main priority improvements that must be made by the Timika Raya Hotel to meet customer expectations because these attributes are important for hotel customers but are still not in accordance with customer expectations. Based on the results of the SWOT Analysis, the condition of the Timika Raya Hotel is in quadrant I, where the strategy that must be implemented when facing this situation is to support aggressive growth policies.

Abstract

This study is a study using literature research or literature review method. A literature review is a comprehensive overview of research conducted on a specific topic, designed to show the reader what is known and unknown about the topic, to find justification for research that has been conducted, or to find ideas for previous research. Some time ago, many large companies in our country experienced slowed growth or even closed due to the economic crisis. Meanwhile, the micro, small and medium enterprise sector has demonstrated its ability to survive and develop despite the economic crisis. Given what we learned during the crisis in Indonesia, it makes sense that private sector economic growth efforts are concentrated on MSMEs.

Abstract

Pawning gold at BSI KCP Mandailing this Christmas has challenges in marketing its products, where people know more about pawning, namely at city sharia pawnshops. BSI KCP Mandailing Natal itself has a strategy to attract customer interest by carrying out various efforts and strategies. The Gold Pawn or Installment product, which is a unique product from BSI Bank, recorded fund management income as mudharib of IDR 425.58 billion, an increase of 11.61% from the 2020 position of IDR 381.29 billion. Likewise, other business revenues were recorded to have increased by 15.10% to IDR 71.99 billion compared to 2020 which amounted to IDR 62.54 trillion. Based on recorded data, income from gold pawning always experiences increasing progress. The aim of this research is to analyze the marketing strategy for gold pawn products at BSI KCP Mandailing Natal.This research uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. The data collection technique used in the research was by conducting interviews and documentation with gold pawn employees at Pegadaian Syaraiah Kota and BSI KCP Mandailing Natal. Next, the data will be processed and analyzed using descriptive methods.The results of this research show that BSI BSI KCP Mandailing Natal's strategy in marketing gold pawn products uses a 4P marketing mix, namely (product, price, place, promotion). To achieve marketing objectives in terms of products, Pegadaian Syaraiah Kota and BSI KCP Mandailing Natal are developing gold pawn products into products that are in demand by customers and can be taken over, in terms of price, BSI KCP Mandailing Natal provides low administration fees and rental fees, in terms of location, Pegadaian Syaraiah Kota and BSI KCP Mandailing Natal are very strategic and easy to reach in terms of promotion, they are quite good at marketing products, offline and online, including offline (placing banners, word of mouth, visiting agencies) and some also use personal selling, while online promoting gold pawning through social media such as (Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, Tiktok). Strategy of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Mandailing Natal in marketing gold pawn products using a 4P marketing mix, namely (product, price, place, promotion) to achieve marketing objectives in terms of products, in terms of promotion it is quite good in marketing the product, with offline and online methods, offline includes (placing banners, word of mouth and visiting agencies) and some also use personal selling while online promotes gold pawning through social media such as (Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp). Meanwhile, in the promotion carried out by Pegadaian Syariah Kota district. Mandailing Natal with a 7P marketing system, namely Product, Price, promotion, place, people, physical evidence and process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the calculation of the cost of production of shoe products using the full costing method at UKM Sejahtera. SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) play an important role in a country's economy, and a good understanding of production costs is the key to their business success. The full costing method is an approach that incorporates all production costs, both variable and fixed costs, in8to the calculation of the cost of goods. In this study, production cost data from UKM Sejahtera was taken and analyzed using the full costing method. The results of the analysis show that the application of the full costing method has a significant impact on the calculation of the cost of production of shoe products in UKM Sejahtera. In this method, fixed costs are also accumulated, so that the cost of goods manufactured becomes more transparent and reflects the actual costs associated with shoe production.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of the marketing mix. The design of this research is a cross-sectional study with a sample size of four groups, which were taken randomly using the exchange sampling method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. Chi-square test and linear regression were used to analyze the data. Linear regression to find the most influential independent variable. This study found that there were three influential variables: product marketing mix (p = 0.032), price (p = 0.001), and product distribution (p = 0.020), with price having the largest impact on sales. Sig (p) = 0.010 (beta = 0.282). Traders are expected to further improve the marketing mix of broiler chicken products in terms of aspects (product, price and distribution) so that chicken sales can be increased. Traders need to make more careful considerations, such as determining selling prices, prices imposed by competitors and costs incurred in connection with efforts to increase sales.

Abstract

This mini-research aims to analyze the influence of fairness on patient satisfaction in the inpatient room at RSU Royal Prima Medan. This research uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design. In this research, researchers used questionnaires collected from respondents as a source of information to analyze the influence between the concept of Good Corporate Governance and patient satisfaction, through approach, observation and data collection at the same time. The research is located at RSU Royal Prima Medan. Research findings show 1) Fairness has an impact on patient satisfaction at RSU Royal Prima Medan. hospital inpatient room; (2) Transparency has an impact on patient satisfaction in hospital inpatient rooms; (3) Accountability has an impact on patient satisfaction in hospital inpatient rooms; (4) Responsibility influences the degree of patient satisfaction in the inpatient room at RSU Royal Prima Medan; and (5) The dominant justice variable influences patient satisfaction at RSU Royal Prima Medan.
