Abstract

Increasingly, competition between banks is getting tighter. For this reason, of course banks must have a strategy so as not to lose their customers. One method that can be used is in terms of service, so the best service must be continuously sought so that the bank does not lose customers. The aim of the research is to find out what the excellent service strategy is in increasing the number of customers at Bank BSI KC Arjawinangun and also to find out what the obstacles are in the excellent service strategy in increasing the number of customers at Bank BSI KC Arjawinangun. The research method used is field research, with a qualitative approach. The subject of this research is Bank BSI KC Arjawinangun, the object of this research is the excellent service strategy in increasing the number of customers. The data collection techniques used were interview observation and document study. The research results show that (1) The excellent service strategy implemented by Bank BSI KC Arjawinangun is by providing the best service to customers, (2) there is training for Bank BSI KC Arjawinangun employees so that these employees already know how to serve customers well, (3) and apart from that, BSI KC Arjawinangun bank also carries out a strategy of offering products to customers that suit customer needs. The obstacles are: (1) Lack of public understanding about sharia banking which assumes that sharia banks are the same as conventional banks, (2) The presence of other banks that also use excellent service strategies, and (3) Experiencing offline networks and a lack of customer understanding.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) on the poverty levels in the province of Central Java, utilizing a quantitative approach and the Geographic Information System (GIS) method. The data employed in this study are sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) for the years 2020–2022. The analytical method incorporates a quantitative approach to measure the relationship between the open unemployment rate and poverty levels in Central Java. Additionally, the Geographic Information System (GIS) method will be employed to map the spatial distribution o.f unemployment and poverty rates in the region. The integration of these two methods is anticipated to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the impact of unemployment on poverty levels, aiding in the formulation of more precise and targeted policy decisions. The anticipated results of the analysis include the identification of patterns and relationships between the open unemployment rate and poverty levels in each district/city in Central Java. Consequently, this research is expected to contribute to a deeper understanding of employment and poverty issues at the regional level, providing a foundation for the development of more effective policies to address these challenges.

Thesis with the title: "Analysis of the Impact of Mudharabah Financing on the Development of UMKM Customers of BSI KCP Lubuk Sikaping". compiled by Febri Fadilla Putri NIM 3319272. Thesis for a student of the Sharia Banking Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI), State Islamic University of Syeh M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. The author's background in raising this title is because the author sees the problem faced by UMKM actors, namely the lack of financing in meeting capital needs so that they can develop their business, so in this case Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Lubuk Sikaping is expected to carry out its role in helping customers meet their needs. capital through the provision of easy and fast financing. The research method used in this study is quantitative with the variable mudharabah financing (X) and the MSME development variable (Y). The data used are secondary data and primary data. The sample studied was 100 respondents, using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques used observation techniques with instruments such as stationery to obtain data and survey techniques with research instruments using a Likert scale, the data analysis method used was (1) Research Instrument Test conducted using Validity Test, Reliability Test, (2) data analysis techniques using the Normality Test, Simple Linear Regression Analysis, t-test (partial), and the Coefficient of Determination (R Square). The results of this study conclude that Mudharabah Financing has a significant influence on the Development of UMKMs at the BSI KCP Lubuk Sikaping as evidenced by the results of a simple linear regression Y = 7.757+0.515X+ei where this figure shows a positive value. Based on the results of the t test, it is known that the significance value is 0.000, less than the value <? 0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the coefficient of determination (R-Square) of 43% have a weak effect because the value does not reach 50% while the remaining 57% is influenced by other variables outside this study.The purpose of this study is to learn how UMKM BSI KCP Lubuk Sikaping's funding crisis affected the company's growth. The data used are second- and first-level data. One hundred respondents were polled using the Slovin formula. Data collection methods using observational tools like writing implements for information gathering and surveying tools like the Likert scale for scientific inquiry. Simple linear regression analysis is the method used in data analysis techniques. This study's findings suggest that philanthropic giving has a significant impact on UMKM growth. At BSI KCP Lubuk Sikaping, as evidenced by the results of a straightforward linear regression analysis, Y = 7,757+0,515X+ei, where the positive numbers indicate a high value. If the significance level of the Uji t results is less than or equal to.00005, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The R-squared value from the analysis shows that only 43% of the variation in the dependent variable can be attributed to the independent variable. This value is low since the independent variable's value does not exceed 50%.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of employee engagement and happiness on employee retention through the implementation of talent management strategies in the context of Business Management. The research method uses Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) using Smart-PLS software. The research population includes employees at PT ABC Cikaarang. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The research results show high reliability in the variable measurement tools used, especially employee uncertainty, employee retention, employee welfare, and talent management. Hypothesis analysis shows that there is a significant influence between employee retention, employee retention and talent management. However, it was found that the relationship between employee well-being and talent management was not significant. The implication is that increasing employee engagement and happiness can strengthen the relationship with employee retention and talent management, which will have a positive impact on human resource management in business organizations. These findings provide theoretical contributions regarding the dynamics of key human resource management variables, while providing practical guidance for organizational leaders.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the application of security management concepts to National Vital Objects, such as setting policy guidelines, implementing security controls, monitoring evaluation, to create a safe and controlled environment. In this research the Vital Object that is the object of observation is Soekarno-Hatta International Airport which is located, because this facility is the largest in Indonesia, if the security of this object is disturbed it could result in chaos on a national scale, therefore the researcher wants to see what the security aspects of this vital object are, the research method used this time is Descriptive Qualitative with a Study approach literature, where researchers collect data through reading sources such as books, articles, web pages, which are related to the research topic, after which an output is created based on the data the researcher has collected.

Abstract

MSMEs play an important role in Indonesia's economic development and labor training arising from production and sales activities. Snack cakes are famous for equalizing Indonesia's development and have spread throughout the country. The purpose of this study is to estimate production costs using excel for ALFALAH CAKE MSMEs by taking into account general acceptance standards and the specific characteristics of these MSMEs and using full costing with the order costing method. This article uses descriptive research with quantitative data analysis. In designing this calculation, several procedures are carried out, namely: 1. Determine input data, 2. Determine raw material costs, 3. Determine direct labor costs and overhead costs.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the calculation of the cost of production at the "Dapur Bu Poh" catering UMKM using the variable costing method and its effect on the profits obtained by the business owner. The type of research used is descriptive research using a quantitative approach. The research results show that calculating the cost of production using the variable costing method has lower results than the price determined by the owner, but if the price is marked up by a percentage of 25% the price becomes higher than the initial price.

Abstract

The Civil Service Cooperative (KPN) Kopenda of the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) of Pontianak City experiences an increase in assets every year. Not only that, the remaining operating results (SHU) also experienced an increase. The increase in assets and SHU every year has made KPN Kopenda one of the healthy cooperatives in Pontianak City. Behind this increase is closely related to the five work cultural values ??that are carried out by the management and supervisors of KPN Kopenda. The five values ??of work culture are values ??that must be carried out by every employee within the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) of the Republic of Indonesia. This study aims to understand how the five values ??of work culture affect the operational productivity and management KPN Kopenda Kemenag in increasing omzet and SHU. This is important so that cooperatives within Kemenag can implement the five values ??of work culture in increasing turnover and SHU. The results obtained were that the application of the five work cultural values ??was able to increase turnover and SHU in Kopenda Kemenag Pontianak.

Facing competition from haj and umroh travel agents at PT ABA Tour and Travel in Sukabumi City, implementing a marketing strategy concept that really understands strong management and can facilitate competition in buying interest in haj and umroh packages with the various advantages contained in these packages. This type of research is field research, with primary and secondary data sources. While the data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study are that the marketing mix strategy used by PT. ABA Tour and Travel of Sukabumi City in increasing public attractiveness. By visiting the community directly to the field through recitations, attending events held by government and private agencies, through social media, making a friendly gesture between the alumni of the PT. ABA Tour and Travel Sukabumi City, and always prioritize service. The advantages are guaranteed facilities and services for Hajj and Umrah packages, Umrah packages have a high interest rate, have good business prospects, fourth, have a unique and attractive promotion strategy, fifth, after becoming alumni of the congregation, all of them are still entitled to become the sixth family of PT ABA Tour and Travel, always updates on Youtube and Instagram about activities both in the company and while worshiping Umrah. The drawbacks are incompetent human resources, promotional activities that are sometimes limited, ONH Plus Hajj Packages which are only known by a few levels of society, and social media, namely on Facebook, which doesn't work well (not updated).

Abstract

The promotional mix is the total marketing communications program of a company consisting of advertising, sales promotion, public relations, publication and direct marketing which is used by the company to achieve advertising and marketing objectives in increasing sales targets.The purpose of this research is to determine efforts to increase the number of prospective pilgrims through promotional mix strategies at PT Al Shafwah Wisata Mandiri Smarts Umrah Cab. Agam. This type of research is field research, which takes data directly from the research site. The data sources used are primary data obtained from interviews and observations, and secondary data obtained from documents regarding the research object. The informants from this research were Travel Leaders, Congregation Mentors and employees. The results of research conducted at PT Al Shafwah Wisata Mandiri Smarts Umrah Cab. Agam in an effort to increase the number of prospective Umrah pilgrims through a promotional mix through, advertising which is carried out in the form of online and offline, namely, tik-tok, Instagram, Whatsapp, and offline such as brochures, banners. Sales Promotions that are carried out provide discounts or discounts. Public relations is carried out by establishing relationships with external parties. Personal Selling is carried out by directly contacting or making offers to suspected people. Direct Marketing is carried out by coming directly to homes and also at religious studies.
