Abstract

The market from Islamic ethical practices will pay attention, among other things, to the process of obtaining the right supply from the right suppliers, performing Sharia-compliant processes efficiently and innovatively, with the ultimate goal of providing halal, environmentally friendly, ethical, and socially responsible products and services to customers. The main objective of this research is to examine the market dimensions of 37 Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia for the year 2012. Content analysis of annual reports and sustainability reports was used to examine their current market practices. Semi-structured interviews were also conducted to validate the findings and clarify emerging issues. The marketplace involves stakeholder engagement activities followed by marketing activities. The disclosure of Islamic principles and values in market-related policies has received insufficient attention. This indicates that Islamic financial institutions do not strategically incorporate Islamic principles and values into their market dimension-related policies. To some extent, the interview results support the content analysis findings. The interviews conducted revealed that the motivation for stakeholder engagement in Islamic institutions is to address issues of zakat distribution.

Abstract

Abstract

Employee performance is an interesting research subject because employee performance is important for organizational sustainability. The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between organizational structure, work discipline, and employee performance as well as the influence of change management and leadership change on these factors. Other factors examined include the impact of organizational culture and organizational structure on employee performance. The number of employees who became the population of this study were 97 people. The 97 employees who were the sample of the study also represent the general population. Saturated or census sampling techniques are used in the sampling process. This study uses statistical analysis with multiple linear regression techniques and SPSS software. This is a kind of quantitative research. According to the findings of data analysis, change management, innovative leadership, organizational models, organizational culture, work compliance, and change management have a significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to measure and analyze the effect of work-family conflict on employee performance through self-efficacy as a mediating variable for bank X employees in the Kediri region. This research is a causal research with a quantitative approach, with a population of 67 banking employees, and the sampling technique used in this research is saturated sample. Data analysis in this study was analyzed using the partial least squares structural equation model (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 4.0.9 software. The results of the study show that work-family conflict has a significant negative effect on employee performance, work-family conflict has a significant negative effect on self-efficacy, self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and self-efficacy is proven to mediate the relationship between work-family conflict on employee performance. Companies must pay more attention to their employees, because a high level of work-family conflict will have a negative effect on their performance, high work-family conflict will also reduce the self-efficacy of employees, but this can be overcome with the help of self- efficacy which can mediate the relationship between work-family conflict and employee performance.

Raja Perdana Inti Medan does not yet have an application that can assist employees in estimating the number of passengers.This causes bickering and revenue while the bus ia running. The purpose of this research is ti solve problrms in estimating passenger data with data mining processes. Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on Return On Asset (ROA). The sample used in this study consists of financial data from 4 companies in the cement sub-sector over 4 years, from 2017 to 2021. The sampling method employed in this research is purposive sampling. The data were processed using SPSS with analytical techniques. The method of data analysis used is multiple linear regression, with partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that DAR does not have a significant effect on ROA, as the calculated t-value is -0.246 < t-table value of 2.110. Similarly, DER does not significantly affect ROA, as the calculated t-value is -0.103 < t-table value of 2.110. The simultaneous results show that both DAR and DER do not significantly affect ROA, with the calculated f-value of 0.346 < f-table value of 3.59.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product price and service quality on purchasing decisions (Case study of Upstreet Palopo). Sampling method by taking The sampling technique in this study using "Random Sampling". The number of samples in this study were 50 respondents from an unknown population. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaire and documentation. Data processing techniques with a regression system with the help of SPSS software (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, determinant coefficient test, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results of this study concluded that service quality has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions on Upstreet Palopo. There is an effect of price on purchasing decisions, the better the product, price and quality of service provided, the more satisfied consumers will be, the more positive and significant effect this will have on purchasing decisions (study of the Upstreet Palopo case).
